Dipperz
Lauren and Sarah, aka The Dipperz, are xennials who were born in the United States in 1979. They have one foot in the old-timey analog world and one foot in the now and the stories to prove it. With backgrounds in music, theater, and live performance, Sarah and Lauren bring their hilarious and fascinating perspectives as queer forty-somethings to each episode. Dipperz features nostalgic and niche pop culture, art, and music topics the hosts are stoked to talk about and that you may not have heard of before. Expert editing and sound design by Sarah means listening to Dipperz is a delightful experience. Laugh along with the Dipz as they bring you a little something different every week!

People of the world, dip up your life! Hop on the double decker bus with Sarah and Lauren for some girl power...the Spice Girls that is! Mel C, Geri, Emma, Mel B and Victoria otherwise known as Sporty, Ginger, Baby, Scary and Posh were a true cultural sensation of the 1990's. Formed in 1994, this 5-piece smashed all norms for girl groups and received five Brit Awards, three American Music Awards, four Billboard Music Awards, three MTV Europe Music Awards, one MTV Video Music Award and three World Music Awards before Geri (Ginger) left the group in late 1998. They outsold Prodigy and Oasis to become the highest earning UK music group of the 90's, and they are the highest selling girl group of all time with over 100 million international album sales. This week, the Dipperz stick to some classics, chatting about the "Wannabe" music video and "Spice World" (1997) which took in more than 100 million dollars in worldwide box office earnings. Love 'em or hate 'em, that's some real GIRL POWER! (P.S. the Dipperz love 'em!)
