We Don't Walk Alone

May 3 is National Perinatal Mental Health Day in Canada. If you are here today, you were born, and if you were born, someone gave birth to you, and if someone gave birth to you, they needed support. Did they get it? Do they still need it? How can we be a part of the change to support birthing people across our country and in our communities. Today we tell one person's story - tomorrow we walk together.
