Hi Its me Hayley! And welcome to my podcast, I'm so happy to have you here!
Take some time out with me as I share deep and meaningful conversations on heart felt topics that are lighting me up right now, feel right to talk about, ponder on, chat on either solo or with some epic humans that add value to my world.
My hope is that you will feel like you're a part of the conversation, like you're sitting on the couch with a friend having a real good D&M over a coffee or something stronger! Maybe we’ll laugh, maybe we’ll cry, either way I hope that there will be many take away moments for you and this will be a space that you’ll look forward to each week.
Not gona lie, this is totally all new for me. I will potentially talk to fast, and almost certainly will talk too much...and potentially be interrupted by little people!
But I'm sure you’ll soon work out if I’m your vibe or not and if I am then I’m so keen to have you along for the ride.

Hi It’s Me Hayley
The very first ep!
Hi It's me Hayley! And welcome to my very first episode!
I feel like this has been the longest time coming BUT here it is! And I couldn't be more excited to share this little part of me with you.
In this episode I fill you in on why its taken me so long to launch this podcast, on what I hope this podcast to be, on starting something that is on your heart and going after it regardless of all of the voices in your head telling you not to.
It took multiple attempts to get this out there, please excuse the crashing noises towards the end. That was our almost 2 year old emptying out his toy tools over my feet! The perfectionist in me wanted to re do the recording but it is what it is!
This is real life, this is my life, this is me. Perfectly imperfect and I'm here showing up regardless!
So grateful to share this space with you.
