Hi it's me Hayley and welcome back, I'm so grateful to have you here!

I am so excited to bring you this conversation with Libby Timoteo.

Libby has such a beautiful energy about her and I know you will feel that as you listen along.

She is a Transformation Mindset Coach, wife and mother to 3 gorgeous boys.

We chat about motherhood and raising boys. The roles of husbands and wives, mothers and fathers and how each of these roles intertwine, change and develop as we grow while raising our children.

How culture, beliefs and childhood conditioning play a part in how we parent, expectations we have on our children as part of the family unit, allowing our children to be who they are, pressures they are faced with, growing up and how scary and sad that can be as a parent and SO much more.

I adored having this very open and honest conversation, it felt so good to chat mother to mother and I gained so much validation, insight and wisdom from Libby.
I hope you find it valuable, enjoyable and that there are moments upon moments that you  resonate with.

I share a beautiful poem at the beginning of this podcast, called 'May He Always Know' written by the wonderfully talented Jess Urlichs.
Jess is a poet and bestselling children's author. She shares all things motherhood, as well as her beautiful poems over on Instagram @jessurlichs_writer
