Day 38 – Hope, Holiness, and Endurance

Leviticus 15–18
Psalm 31
Hebrews 6

God calls His people to live set apart while holding firmly to hope. In Leviticus chapters 15 to 18, God gives clear boundaries for daily life. Holiness is not limited to moments of worship. It touches ordinary decisions and private habits. Psalm 31 is a prayer spoken in distress. It places confidence in God’s faithful care even when circumstances feel unstable. In Hebrews chapter 6, believers are urged to move forward with perseverance. God’s promises are described as a secure anchor for the soul. Together, these readings teach that holy living and enduring hope grow out of trusting God over time.

What ties these readings together is this. God calls His people to holy living while anchoring them in lasting hope.

Let’s carry this into daily life. Here are three simple steps you can take today.

First, identify one boundary God may be calling you to honor for your spiritual good. Choose to respect it as an act of trust.

Second, place one ongoing worry into God’s hands. Speak it honestly to Him and choose trust over fear.

Third, take one intentional step today that reflects long-term faithfulness rather than short-term comfort.

As you continue through your day, remember this. Holiness is not restriction. It is protection. And hope is not wishful thinking. It is confidence rooted in God’s promises.

Thank you for joining me today. Hold fast to the hope that anchors your soul. Until tomorrow, may trust and endurance shape your walk.
