We had"},{"speaker":"Selina Gray","startTime":411.9,"endTime":416.85,"body":"worked really hard on Philips"},{"speaker":"Selina Gray","startTime":411.9,"endTime":416.85,"body":"behavior plan. And he was being"},{"speaker":"Selina Gray","startTime":416.85,"endTime":420.66,"body":"very successful. And then he"},{"speaker":"Selina Gray","startTime":416.85,"endTime":420.66,"body":"started having these outbursts"},{"speaker":"Selina Gray","startTime":420.66,"endTime":423.78,"body":"out at the job site at the"},{"speaker":"Selina Gray","startTime":420.66,"endTime":423.78,"body":"greenhouse. And we couldn't"},{"speaker":"Selina Gray","startTime":423.78,"endTime":426.36,"body":"figure out what was going on."},{"speaker":"Selina Gray","startTime":423.78,"endTime":426.36,"body":"And then finally, I discovered"},{"speaker":"Selina Gray","startTime":426.36,"endTime":429.75,"body":"that the teacher who had that"},{"speaker":"Selina Gray","startTime":426.36,"endTime":429.75,"body":"group would stand there and talk"},{"speaker":"Selina Gray","startTime":429.75,"endTime":433.56,"body":"to fill up. Now, from her"},{"speaker":"Selina Gray","startTime":429.75,"endTime":433.56,"body":"perspective, she wasn't being"},{"speaker":"Selina Gray","startTime":433.56,"endTime":437.4,"body":"unkind. She wanted to ask him"},{"speaker":"Selina Gray","startTime":433.56,"endTime":437.4,"body":"how his day was let him know."},{"speaker":"Selina Gray","startTime":437.7,"endTime":441.09,"body":"Basically, she wanted to invest"},{"speaker":"Selina Gray","startTime":437.7,"endTime":441.09,"body":"emotionally in him.
