My family's roots are originally from Italy. I've always been passionate about food and I'm so happy to be able to share a piece of my roots with you through the homemade recipes that have been passed down in my family. Gravylady catering offers dishes that are hearty, delicious & made from the scratch from the highest quality ingredients, just like Nana's Sunday cooking. We take pride in offering traditional Italian favorites, along with an array of other tasty dishes.
I began to cook as a young girl. It started at my Mom's kitchen table, where I watched her cook for everyone. I inherited her passion for cooking naturally, but I learned her honest, old-fashioned methods the traditional way-first, by watching, then by doing. No cheats, no shortcuts! Mom taught me to do it the right way, because it's the only way.
So I've taken her wonderful recipes, adding a contemporary flare, extraordinary ingredients and no small amount of love.
