It’s hard to know what Moses must be thinking.
God may have an extensive shopping list but he appears to not be taking into account the reality of the Israelites’ current situation.
The Israelites are in a desert in a landlocked nation having fled Egypt, but somehow need to provide dyes made from sea snails and hides from seacows as well as sourcing some of the rarest gemstones on the planet.
It’s a huge ask, but God appears to know exactly who Moses needs to help make this happen.
