On the 2nd episode of Life On Time, we sit down with American Pastry Chef, cookbook author, online courses extraordinaire, and entrepreneur Molly Wilkinson.

Molly shares her little great story of how she got to where she is today after making the tough decision to leave a well paid corporate job in Dallas to pursue culinary school and setting up life in Paris, France. We go through all the little up and down stories and see how Molly is running a highly successful online pastry course all from her home in Versailles, France.
