This week I am joined by David Jeffery, Advocacy General Manager of YSAS (Youth Support & Advocacy Service). What the heck is YSAS you might ask? And that is EXACTLY why we're having this chat. YSAS is the organisation behind FebFast, one of the big events in the non-alcoholic world's calendar. I am super proud to be a FebFast Ambassador for 2023 and helping you understand the benefits of a month off the booze is a big part of the message I will be helping YSAS communicate. The biggest benefit of all, is the fundraising that happens as people are sponsored to take a month off alcohol.
