In this episode we start out talking about home life and self evaluating in it to push new healthy habits for us and our children.  We get onto the topic of alcohol and marijuana a little bit, and touch on government/large corporation control and how easier and convenient is not always better.  We finish up talking about how we are both working through new ideas/goals and following up the motivation phase with discipline actions to grow them in the right directions.
