Lymph, Stress, And Fertility deep discussion with Michelle Richardson
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
We explore how lymph health shapes hormones, energy, periods, and the path to conception with lymphology expert Michelle Richardson. Practical tools—movement, massage, warmth, and gut-first nutrition—show how to reduce pain, clear bloat, and create a cleaner pelvic environment.
• What the lymphatic system is and why it matters
• How stress, sugar, and acidity congest lymph
• Links between gut health, hormones, and mood
• Why painful periods and heavy flow often mean “washing” residue
• Fertility barriers from pelvic congestion and low core strength
• Practical ways to unblock lymph with rebounders and breath
• Foods that reduce fermentation and inflammation
• Gentle heat, massage, and daily movement for flow
• Realistic timelines for healing and lasting change
• Where to connect with Michelle and her workshops
What if fertility begins with flow, not force? We sat down with lymphology expert Michelle Richardson to unpack the quiet system that clears waste, steadies hormones, and sets the stage for conception and calmer cycles. Using vivid, practical analogies—the vacuum cleaner bag, the kinked hose, the icy pole tube—Michelle explains how lymph moves without a pump, why stress and sugar thicken the “sludge,” and how that congestion shows up as bloating, heavy periods, pelvic pain, and burnout.
We dig into the gut–hormone–pelvis loop: how chronic cortisol ferments sugar, binds with calcium and debris, and settles into the pelvic bowl, scrambling signals between the gut, ovaries, immune cells, and brain. Michelle shares why a heavier, more painful bleed is the body trying to “wash” stuck residue, and how a swampy environment can make implantation harder. She lays out a clear, doable plan to restore flow—short daily rebounder sessions, light weights with higher reps, deep core engagement, warmth and gentle massage to re-liquefy hardened deposits, and simple, alkaline-leaning foods that quiet fermentation and inflammation.
You’ll hear exactly what to add and what to reduce: leafy greens, minerals, hydration, fiber, and breath; fewer refined sugars, ultra-processed snacks, and congestion culprits. We talk realistic timelines—why a nine-month window mirrors the body’s renewal—and the mindset shift that keeps you going when fluids are heavy and change feels slow. Michelle also shares ways to connect with her work, from clinic sessions and online consults to small-group workshops and retreats focused on hands-on lymph education.

Well, Michelle, that is one awesome woman I am talking to today. Thank you.
SPEAKER_00That's a lot, isn't it?
SPEAKER_02It's a lot. I'm still learning. Me too. Me too. So I think let's first of all, what is the lymphatic system? And then once we kind of get some of that, let's go into you know, how does this system help us, us women, you know? So what is the lymphatic system? How's the best way to describe it?
Blood, Sludge, And Flow Analogies
SPEAKER_00Okay, the lymphatic system is the vacuum cleaner of your house. If you don't empty out your bag in your vacuum cleaner, it will start to rot, fright, and the fibers, the dust will go in the machine of the vacuum cleaner and slow it down to even a point stop it working. That's the vacuum cleaner. Now we if we correlate to the human body, the lymphatic system is the second most important system next to the blood. It literally filters out the blood. It has one tract, one track valves that go up the body. So the pressure has to be greater on the down and the up to push it through. Imagine your body with thousands and thousands of tubes, veins, arteries, everywhere, tracks, hoses, and those hoses have kinks in them. Kinks. And the flow of blood can't get through those blockages except a little trickle. Like the end of a hose. You turn on the main tap. By the time it gets through all those kinks, it's just a trickle, and you go, and that little trickle has only got a little amount of oxygen. So we're just garbing ourselves of life.
SPEAKER_02Wow.
SPEAKER_00But the innate intelligence of who we are will survive.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00We'll keep going. It's amazing. We are so intelligent. But guess what? A heads down. Because we forget the connection to oneself.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00That's lesson one. There's lesson two and three. If you'd like me to explain, lesson two is imagine your blood is gold. Yeah. So we're gonna go pan for gold, but we don't know where it is. It's in the dirt. So if our blood is gold and we've got dirt in the blood, which is excess blood proteins, doctors call it, also sticky blood. This is fermented sugar. And that's mixed with calcium and leftover cells and all nasty things in the body, which the body eliminates through the lymphatic system. But the lymphatic system is very fine and delicate. And if it's too compacted and hard, like the cellulite lumps we get lumps here and there.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00The body, the lymphatic system bypasses it. It's like at the bottom of the well. Yeah. The bottom of the well, you have a swamp. It's just sludge, sludge. And you should get down there and clean the well. Yeah. But how do we do it? But we don't do it because we don't know how to do it. So we just keep filling up the well with water. But what's gonna happen with the water over time? It's the sludge. Yeah. It's gonna slowly poison us. And this could take 12 months, could take five years, 10 years. The body's a miracle until our body gets diagnosed as disease, but it's not disease, it's just out of balance.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Because we've got to clean the sludge from the bottom of the organs. The organs all have covers on them. And in between the covers, say for example, the skin. The skin has a fascia and a top layer. In between the skin, stores the sludge. Wow. That's where the body keeps everything. So what happens when we're stressed, we produce a hormone, causal. Yeah. And when we're stressed, we're either running or fighting. So we need we need glucose. Glucose is sugar. Now, if you're producing glucose, insulin 24-7, and you're not burning it off, what does it store off fat?
SPEAKER_02Really? Yeah.
Stress, Sugar, Fat And Toxic Waste
SPEAKER_00Now we have a certain amount of fat cells, and that's it. And they swell. And if there's no more room in those fat cells for storage, it goes between the cells, individual spaces of the cells, in the covers, and that's a toxic waste. So if you're trying to lose your tummy fat or hip fat, yeah, right, it's not gonna move until you get rid of your stress. Sugar, fat, toxic waste.
SPEAKER_02Wow.
SPEAKER_00Now being a personal trainer, I know you have to burn 20 minutes before you get in the fat burning cell zone. 20 minutes of cardio, half and puff. Not a general walk.
SPEAKER_02No.
SPEAKER_00We have to half and puff. My routine is I get on a bike for five minutes every morning and I'm pushing through five minutes to keep the heart rate up. Then it's gonna stay up because that's the way it does. That's the furnace burning. And then I'm gonna do 10 minutes of weight training. Lots of reps, low weights. It keeps the heart rate burning. So you're gonna get in the fat-burning zone and then into the toxic waste. But if you don't do that, it's not gonna work.
SPEAKER_02Right.
SPEAKER_00That's science.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Wow, that's very, very interesting. Okay. That's that really helps me to think about my own fat burning, you know, and also my own health. I I like you say it's a cleaner of the body. So knowing this, tell me the lymphatic system. Yeah, how does it affect women, their hormones, their energy, you know, their overall well-being?
SPEAKER_00Okay. Let me explain this when the body is toxic, it becomes acidic, acid. Acid burns, it holes, it rocks, it tears. So imagine a cloth and you put engine acid on the cloth, it's gonna burn. Same with your large intestines. That's where you dump all your toxins to go in bowel and bladder. Now, if it sits there for too long, the immune system works, makes it hot, and it gets inflamed and acid. And now, guess what? You're putting waste into your hip bones, into your pelvic bowl. Wow. And that's where your hormones sit. Because I communicate your gut brain communicates to your hormones, send signal to your coxic T cells, famous-derived cells, that make your immune system really nice and strong, send a signal up your brain to dump down histamines, all sorts of hormones. But if your hormones are covered in, excuse the French, shit that doesn't communicate with the brain.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00So we feel like shit because we are swimming in shit.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Wow.
Hormones, Gut, And Pelvic Health
SPEAKER_00And this is menopause because I went through menopause, but I had no symptoms. I just my period just stopped. I had a period for two days in my whole cycle of my life. That was it. Sometimes we didn't even have to wear perfection. I got pregnant within four weeks of of you know wanting a child.
SPEAKER_02Wow.
SPEAKER_00Am I weird? Am I strange? I know. But I was educated, it's all about how you feel. Right. You got it? So by the time you get to 40, 45, 50, we're living in shit. Yeah. Emotionally, physically, maybe financially.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_00No, kids are driving us crazy, we're pulling our hair out, work. I mean, life in the 21st century is so full on. Women have got no time to even scratch their bum.
SPEAKER_02True.
SPEAKER_00They're doing everything. Back when I grew up, we had neighbors. If everyone stayed home, the women stayed home. We went out and played time with nothing. No, and it was a different lifestyle, but doesn't mean we can't have a good lifestyle now. Yeah. We just have to be aware of what we do to make it better for ourselves.
SPEAKER_02Very true. So then what can poor so how does poor lymphatic flow, how would that contribute to fertility challenges, painful periods, and hormonal imbalance?
Lymph And Fertility Challenges
SPEAKER_00Okay, very interesting. The women call blockages like that hose running around everywhere, every vein, every artery, thousands, wherever the blood goes, the lymphatic is right there underneath it, catching all the junk because the cells are porous and it drips through. Now, if we have too much waste in the blood, it sticks to the like, for example, the ovaries or the lining. Now, when it comes to Chinese medicine and the flow of fertility and the cycle of life, we have a cleansing program. Every 28 days, the body gets rid of all that waste, leftover cells, eggs. Okay, and because that's stuck on the wall. So the body produces more blood to wash. The body washes everything through blood. Okay, so the more toxic waste we've got sitting in the pelvic bowl and around the ovaries and around everything, the body has to produce more blood to wash it out. Now, if it's stuck really hard, the body has to contract and force it, and that's pain. Because when you have contraction of the uterus, and I've had two kids, I know what it's like. Do you know what it's like with having kids, right? Imagine having a pain every month, but there is a solution. Solution is we gotta get the lymphatic system block, but that needs education. Because on the cell wall of your uterus, you got leftover plaque. You have toxic waste, fat cells, you have everything. Now, whether you want to believe this or not in Chinese medicine, your spirit that comes down to make the the embryo, they don't want to be made in a swampy mess. No you think about it. So that's why ladies can't get pregnant because I wouldn't want to be conceived in a swampy, stinking, fumigating smell of a uterus. And then men on on the flip side, they're not very healthy either. So their sperm can't swim very fast, or there might be a low-in sperm, and the sperm are gonna go, oh my god, there's too much junk in here, I can't even see where I'm going. So the connection's not there to begin with. And when you got junk in the trunk, you're not in a happy place either. So when you're doing the act of make loving or making love, you're not even in a real space of unconditional love to begin with. So there's lots of different uh variables to pregnancy and why some women can't get pregnant. Yeah. The lymphatic system is vital to clean the body. We gotta get it unblocked. And that's through bouncing on the rebounder because the pressure has to be greater than the up to push it through. You know, when you got a uh a kitchen and it's blocked, you get the you get the um plunger, yeah, and you unblock it. Yeah, yeah. Or you massage it. Remember when we were little and used to ride a uh push bike and you have an accident or get your finger stuck in the car door, mum would say, just rub it, yeah. Rub it to get the blood flow, to get the inflammation moving now, and the body does the rest. But we've lost all that knowledge, Liz. We've lost it all.
SPEAKER_03Wow.
SPEAKER_00But on the on the highway of information, we've got so much information, we totally are lost. We don't know who to trust, we don't even trust ourselves anymore because that doesn't even work, because when you don't trust yourself, it's not gonna work anyway. So we're really stuck in a bit of a hard corner, yeah. Yeah, and this is where I come in play because when people walk into my room, people, they're not patients, they're not clients, they're just people, and I'm the classroom, and I teach them the massage is a bonus, right? And they walk out feeling, oh my goodness, I've got this, I know now, because it all makes sense.
Bloating, Pregnancy, And Inflammation
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah, yeah. So then when it comes to, you know, so we I'm I'm aware what I'm hearing is like with fertility, if our um if our lymphatic system is not clean, you know, really like you're saying, there's a bit of a there's a bit of a cesspool there. And so with that, then I would imagine then if we have painful periods, that would also add to the pain that's going on in the lymphatic system, which I'm assuming then that creates a lot of hormonal imbalance, and then you've got no energy, would that be correct? Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Correct, because it's all about feeling good, smile, and feeling great. But if you're feeling crappy, sick to the gut, you know, carrying a heavy load, you can imagine a lot of people who over waste W A S T E hanging their large intestines over their belt. Their large intestines is actually could be hanging into their pelvis. Not supposed to be there. But if you've got fat, visceral fat around your organs leaking out, pushing everything down your pelvis, and that's called you know, pelvic floor. What's that? Um, you know, prolapse.
SPEAKER_03Uh-huh.
SPEAKER_00All right. We can easily ever have a prolapse because the pelvic floor is weak. We go get oxygen, we go make strong core. And most women who can't get pregnant haven't got a strong core. And we need muscle to help the lymphatic system as well, because everything's on the pressure belt up. That's why Pilates is so important. That's why I teach you know to zip it up, button it up, you know, breathe deeply into the bottom of your spine, and people don't even know how to do that.
SPEAKER_02Wow, that sounds great. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00It's not about what you look like because we can have a big structure or small structure. It's about how clean we are.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_00And they've moved the bars, you know. I've been around since you know high school, 84, my career, personal trainer, 15 years in the 90s and the early 2000s, and they move the bar from being healthy at this, now you're healthy at that. And go, well, how can that be? And then we're struggling to get pregnant.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00And then you've got all this emotional stuff, and you've got specialists and doctors and all love them. They're all needed, right? But there's so much out there and we just don't know what to do anymore.
SPEAKER_02How about what is the lymphatic? How does the lymph actually play the role when it went with pelvic congestion, bloating? Because we can get a lot of bloating like in life on the fertility path, you know. Yeah. And uh that lower abdominal discomfort. So how does the lymphatic play a role there?
How To Unblock Lymph Flow
SPEAKER_00Okay, and I have a lot of clients who come to me, they're eight months in, seven months in their pregnancy, and they're swelling, their legs are swelling. Yeah, I remember what's going on. Yeah, yeah. Or even after, because nine times out of the ten, most people are uh having cesareans. Right? Right. A lot of women are having cesareans and going down the normal track. But if your body's not clean, it's not gonna behave like it should. So it's not gonna open up. That's another another issue. But with bloating, we're not eating right. So imagine an apple rotting in the sun. That's your internal gut, that's your large intestines, and you share that room, you share that room with your feet is growing. So if you're stressing and producing sugar and as fermenting, your baby is having all that as well. Wow. So everything that we do as a mother or during pregnancy, the the baby is hearing it, smelling it, eating it, hearing it. That's amazing. And so if the mother's not relaxed, then the body's going to react by dumping down inflammation. Inflammation is stress. Inflammation is there to protect the cells.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Because the cells are going, help me, help me, help me, I'm in danger of being attacked. Because the body cells only communicate to your subconscious brain. So if you're living in a fear consciousness, subconsciousness, yeah, your body's jumping down causal in and around the baby as well. Wow. And so when you're warm and you've got right and left over food or whatever waste in your large intestine, small intestines in your pelvis area, that's gonna ferment, and that brings up gases, and that blows everything up. So guess what? The body dumps down more inflammation, it's a cycle, yeah. And then guess what? We'll go and get medication to block it, and then it puts strain on the liver, on the kidneys, maybe even the lungs, who knows? Right? Don't know. But it's all about we gotta start cleaning, we gotta imagine the body as a fish tank. Now, if you put fish in a dirty fish tank, it'll die. The fish have to have oxygen light, sunlight, and greenery, plants. Plants give up oxygen.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
Daily Habits And Food For Lymph
SPEAKER_00So the green, when we have super greens, green vegetables, they don't have to be organic certified, just healthy stuff. They give up oxygen, good food, to feed the baby, to feed the mother to feel good. If you feel crap, your child's gonna be crap, and then we're on a cycle of bloating, feeling heavy, and then all our muscles don't work, and nothing opens up, and then you have a cesarean, and guess what? You got scar tissue for the rest of your life, and that's so hard because it's calcified, and then we're trying to get rid of stomach fat that's all calcified, it's not going to go until you have non-surgical or have a frequency machine that will actually break up that sky tissue. That's another conversation. But the lymphatic system has got enough electricity, enough of enough flow to break everything up into microparticles and clean it itself. But the body will not work at its maximum if you're feeling crap. Yeah, yeah, if it if it's and you haven't got unconditional love for yourself. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02That's so interesting. So then now I'm beginning to understand when it comes to women's health, energy, well-being, fertility channel uh challenges, painful periods, or you know, a lot of that is to do what's going on in our body and what's coming through um our lymphatic system. So, what so with that, um, with lymphatic therapy, um, how does that support the body? And then um, like childbirth surgery and menopause with fertility.
SPEAKER_00That's a great question. Yeah, that's a really good question. There should be a lymphologist, a lymphatic method therapist on every corner to re-educate ourselves, the the human race. Because once you clear, once you can get the lymphatic unblocked, the hose, it works naturally.
SPEAKER_03Right.
SPEAKER_00I don't need lymphatic drainage because my body knows what to do. But just like everything in life, we need a helping hand. Hands. And the heat, the warmth of your hands, and electricity, because we all help. Now, let me explain this to you, Liz. The lymphatic system is the icy pole tubes in the supermarket shelf. You have more lymphatic fluid than blood. Now, those tubes, ipole tubes, they're blocked at each end. How do we unblock it? Well, we have to create a gentle force to push it open, so we do this one direction, and then over time it will open up. Will it go back in? No, because it goes up, right? Got that and then it doesn't return. It doesn't return. Once it goes back into the bloodstream, out of the spaces between the covers of all our body, it doesn't go back in there because the transport to the back is pure water. Right now, tricky bit, what if it's hard? Well, the icy pole tubes are in the freezer and they rock hard, you know, the lumps in your breast, in your legs, anywhere, or calcification on your knees, or you know, arthritis, it's all calcified lymphatic fluid, it's gone hard. How do we how do we get rid of that? We warm it up. That's why sunlight's so important, moment tea. Or we take infred sauna, right? Or we use our hands, warm it up, it goes back to liquid. We liquefy it. It's not rocket science.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I love that. I love that. Um, oh yeah, god, I love that. Let's go back to my notes.
SPEAKER_00Um, I love it too. I'm very passionate.
SPEAKER_02So what results? So, what are the daily habitats that we can now use um to improve our own lymph flow? Um, and like what would be the good foods that we can support our system and prevent that, you know, inflammation and prevent f fatigue. I'm like, okay, what's what's the medicine we can use?
SPEAKER_00Fantastic. Okay, it all begins, and you hear this all the time in the gut.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Gut health, number one. Your gut health communicates to your hormones, and the hormones make you feel good or they make you feel bad. Yeah, that's it. Yeah, now we know the immune system, 90% of it is in our gut, because that's where everything has to be processed and killed off, and all the all the infection, bacteria, excess um, heavy metals, plastics. These are all microscopic, small. We can't see them in the naked eye. We the microscope has to be a hundred times magnified. That's all stored in your large intestines, which is seven meters long. Yeah, your waistline should be pencil thin, pencil thin. Okay, so it begins, so we have to then start to unload the gut. Yeah, the gut is so overloaded, but it's hard. When we feel crappy, we emotionally eat. We do, and this is a psychical. We have we don't have to do anything, we have to stay present and work out a choice. We can either feel crappy or change it. You got a choice, and I say to my people, no one can fix you, no doctor, no specialist, not me, no one. I will give you education and you can go from there. The best way to clear your gut is alkaline in food, right? Juicing, raw vegetables. Two nine days. If you do this for nine days, your whole body moods will change.
SPEAKER_03Wow.
Mindset, Timelines, And Healing
SPEAKER_00And when you feel less pain, less stiffness, less, less stiffness, less pain, you start to do things to make your body desirable and happy. But if you're feeling heavy in the gut, and I know what it feels like, you just feel heavy, yeah, and then you get pissed off, and then you get triggered, yeah, and then the whole your whole life is shipped.
SPEAKER_02So I think so it all begins in the gut, alkaliing food, which is juicing, raw veg, alcoholizing food, so we really support the gut health. Is that right?
SPEAKER_00Yes. Dr. Samuel Carl West, who was the founder of lymphology in the USA when I was there and studied, he said in his book, The Golden Plus 7, is no coffee, no sugar, no tea, no ice cream, no lollies, no dairy, no bread. Okay, no tobacco, no alcohol. But we got a choice to feel good and have a beautiful baby, and we gotta get healthy. We can't just do it in a week and go, yeah, let's get healthy. It might take six months to get your body out of that swamp, and this is really important to change, but people find it really hard to change.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, for me, it was that big understanding of how I needed to change my body, and it did take time because I I had to really understand it. So I yeah, I do I do get that, it does take time.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah. Our lymphatic system starts in that car muscle. Okay, it hasn't got a pump like the heart, you gotta create pressure to open up the lymphatic vessels because they've all got lids on them, to push all the weight up into our filtering organs through the middle of our body. Wow. So trampoline is amazing, and you don't need to do hours, you can do a minute every day. But once you've got to understand, once you keep your lymphatic system unblocked, that's it. You can live a life without doing all these things. We didn't do this in the 70s, in the 80s, or even the 90s. We didn't have to because life was easier and less stressful, and our food was cleaner, the air was clean, the water was clean. Now we're just bombarded with toxins 24-7. Yes, we are bombarded.
Where To Find Michelle
SPEAKER_02Yeah, now that's good to know with the trampoline. I think this is yeah, such a good podcast to share with so many. Uh, just about understanding movement and the lymph starting in your calves, and that movement, that jumping, then can help to bring that flow back to the body. Understanding how stress creates, like you say, courses on no, it doesn't help, it does it. Yeah, and um, just how how um stress and it doesn't help, it does it.
SPEAKER_00The thing is, it's not about helping, it does it. You gotta do it. That supports the lymphatic system to work more efficiently.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah, excellent. And so, what what would be some top tips or anything that would be uh something that our our listeners can take home with about supporting their lymphatic system?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, get started, don't worry about what other people tell you or specialists, get educated and get moving and don't stop. I will never stop until the universe, the source, the god takes me. I follow the rules of human body. We are flesh, bone, and spirit. We have to keep going. You can't just stop, turn off, then restart. It's a lifetime process of just keep keep going, keep going. Even when you think it's not working, that's when it's gonna work.
SPEAKER_03Right.
SPEAKER_00Keep pushing through. But people these days when you're heavy with fluids and you're feeling crap, this is when people are gonna stop and go, it's not working, and your subconscious comes into play. You just have to keep going. Oh no, nine months, give yourself nine months. Why nine months live? Why? Because it takes nine months for a baby to be born. We want a whole new body. Nine months is not a long time in our period in our life. Yeah, we can produce a new gut lining in three days, we produce a new lining or the uterus in 28 days. We know that. So, why don't we believe that we can actually heal ourselves with ourselves?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, well, beautiful information now. Michelle, tell us where we can find you. How can people find you to um watch? What are your socials? How can they find up to work with you? Um, yeah, how's the best way we can find you?
SPEAKER_00Thank you, Liz. You can visit my website, www.lymphologyastralia.com. My socials are Michelle Richardson, lymphologist, on LinkedIn, Instagram, uh, TikTok, yeah, all my socials as well. Also, I have a retreat in Melbourne. I'm in Belgrade, South Victoria. I do have a retreat where people can come and stay for me overnight, 48 hours, and I will teach you everything everything you need to know, including nutrition, physical exercise, everything you need to know and more. Wow. But or you can come to my clinic, or we can do a consult online as well. And if people want to learn, I have a two-day weekend workshop that uh I run once a month. We only have six in the group. I do it here, and we learn hands-on healing and all the education I have. Yeah, so it's really important to believe that you can do it. That's number one is believe you can do it. Once you've got the belief, then your whole life changes, including myself. Once you believe that I am the best teacher.
SPEAKER_02I am no doubt. Yeah, I have no doubt. You are one awesome woman who knows some great information. And the lymph, like you say, it cleans the body. And so, if we don't have a clean system, then there is so many repercussions uh for our health, which is fertility, which is health, which is energy and hormonal, um, hormonal balance. And so I this has just been a really wonderful conversation today. Thank you so much.
SPEAKER_00You're welcome. Also, I'd just like to tell your listeners that if anyone's in Melbourne, I'm doing a lifestyle and wellness expo on the 21st of March Saturday. It's in Melbourne, Melbourne Hall. But if you'd like, I'll share the details with you, Liz. And I'm doing a presentation at one o'clock on that day as well. I'm doing a 45-minute presentation on the lymphatic system.
SPEAKER_02Yes, happy to share that. Um, give me the information, I'll put it in the show notes. Right, really happy to share that because um people need to have this awareness. So, really, really, really happy to do that. So, Michelle, thank you so much for being with us today and sharing your really deep passion. I love this.
