Taylor is a former professional track athlete who is now a gym owner and online coach. He pursued a professional track career after graduating with his Masters degree in Kinesiology and trained with Olympians and world record holders. He continues to coach elite athletes and anyone who wants to optimize their mind and body for performance and optimized health. 

 He has trained a world champion MMA fighter, USA Track & Field athletes, professional basketball players, and busy professionals looking to achieve their best in business and life. The hurdles of starting a business while training full-time presented constant opportunities for growth and change.

Pushing through a full business shutdown during the pandemic to become a thriving business has been empowering in his sense of compassion to serve others in any way, shape, or form. He focuses on creating physical well-being and mental discipline to improve all areas of life. Daily disciplines show that Consistency Conquers!
