She has designed and facilitated numerous CEO forums and cross-disciplinary networks, helping leaders move beyond static assumptions to co-create insight through shared inquiry. Beyond her advisory work, she serves as the designated Governance Expert for the University of Wisconsin–Madison Family Business Center and is a Certified Private Company Director.
