Inge Plautz is the President, CEO, and Lead Practitioner of Forums for Family Business, an organization with a 40-year legacy of supporting multigenerational family enterprises. 

A champion for growth through connection, Inge is deeply committed to peer learning as a catalyst for resilience. She has designed and facilitated numerous CEO forums and cross-disciplinary networks, helping leaders move beyond static assumptions to co-create insight through shared inquiry. Beyond her advisory work, she serves as the designated Governance Expert for the University of Wisconsin–Madison Family Business Center and is a Certified Private Company Director. 

At the heart of her work is a mission to transform governance into a "living, breathing system" that empowers families to navigate generational change with both clarity and heart.
