For Episode 2, we got a MIC! What a difference. The first episode was a trial, done on an iPhone and we didn't even think we'd use it, but it came out too good!
There's 4 segments:
1. Wine & a Movie, where we review a film then pair a wine to enjoy with the movie. In Episode 2, we do a quickie on Everything Everywhere All At Once, then do a deep dig into the film, Marcel The Shell With Shoes On.
2. The Forecast, where we pair wine to the weather and use that as a bridge to talk about what to eat in that weather. Then what restaurants or food carts should we go to to find that food? And lastly, what's the magic wine & food pairings for the dish we're talking about. In Episode 2, it's Ceviche and 2 don't miss spots.
3. What's your sign? It's Astrology and wine pairing time. Virgo is the conversational centerpiece.
4. Wine & Health is an opportunity for my co-host Constance Ohlinger ND to have center stage and talk about something near and dear. In this case, it's adaptogens. And yes we have wine pairings for that :)
