Speaker 1:

Oh man, did we enjoy those two games today? Did we just have a bowl with this? Did we just watch a frigid game? And we had a dome game and boy, these outcomes were what I predicted the winners. I said Cleveland wasn't going to make it and I said Miami wasn't going to make it. But what I didn't say was I didn't think they were going to be a shellacking the way they were. I mean shellacking, but it's all good. It's all good. Guess who's here? It's Damon, your boy with the DK and 3 podcast. And, as always, you know, I got my ride and my die with me, and that's my man, tj. Because again, we said we was going to come on and we was going to talk about the Tomfoolery that we saw with these games today. Because it was definitely some Tomfoolery. Because I'm going to just say this right off the break If you blink flacko through a pick six, if you blink flacko through a pick six, he threw one, he threw two pick sixes.

Speaker 2:

Man, that was pretty bad out there.

Speaker 1:

Listen, I am here. I am here. I see you Twitter. I see you tuned in. Hey, you can comment. We are here to talk about these two games. Listen, if you're out there listening, I'm just saying I didn't expect the Texans to whip Cleveland the way they did. Remember they had the number one defense, or close to a number one defense, or top five defense, let's just say top five defense and they just got a beat down and put on them A beat down man. Where was Miles Garrett? Where was the defense? What was they doing? Here we go. Here we go.

Speaker 2:

It's already starting. It's fine, we'll get to them, we'll get to them. But they attacked Miles Garrett and they kept it very simple. They started off early and what I noticed was the first three drives were practically all the same. If there was a passing play, there was some sort of double team or a quick pass to make sure that Miles Garrett wasn't in CJ Strauss' face, which played in their favor.

Speaker 2:

Because if you get a rhythm going, and the longer that Miles Garrett is on the field, the more he gets a little gas. I know nobody wants to make that assumption when it comes to him, but especially the last couple of weeks, if you watch the Cleveland Browns play on defense, if Miles Garrett is on the field longer than, let's say, in terms of time, from a time standpoint, longer than 25 minutes altogether, he's gas, he's gas. And so what Houston did was that they picked up on that. So it wasn't so much of your typical oh, we're going to have a running back chip in and stop him from getting after him. No, it was a whole lot of look. We're going to have a tight end to help out.

Speaker 2:

But other than that, hey, cj, get the ball out here, cj, get the ball out there. Ok, by the time, even if Garrett does get close to you, the ball is already out. So it was a lot of quick passing. There was a lot of methodical game planning that Houston did from the start of the game. And because it didn't start the game, it just, it just, it was just like second nature how they were just going to. You know, hey, we're just going to move down the field, we're going to score, we're going to score again and again, and again and again.

Speaker 1:

And again and again. Oh, you know what I mean.

Speaker 2:

So, so, but they, they, that was their focal point. They needed to take Miles Garrett out the game early with their quick passing game and they did that very, very well. And I mean yet again, man, those, those, those, those, Houston Texans, boy, I tell you, we, we you know what? Hey, hey, I called it, I called it, I called it man.

Speaker 1:

I called it From the beginning of the year. Yup, and they got. They got another week to prove it. So, with the cancellation, well, the postponement, of the Buffalo Bills and Pittsburgh Steelers game, hey, listen, listen, listen, it's it's. It's all good because it's thing. Buffalo wins, we see Houston. If the Steelers win, we see the Steelers. Oh my goodness, yeah, here's the thing I want Houston to come. I want Houston to come, yeah.

Speaker 2:

I don't back there from no, smooth There'll be more than anything.

Speaker 1:

Oh yeah, Absolutely, Absolutely. I want Houston to come because of the simple fact that, hey, they're going to balling out with CJ Stryl. But hey, I don't think now that we we did play them at the beginning of the year. I know it probably will be a different ball game.

Speaker 2:

Oh, it will be.

Speaker 1:

Because now it would be definitely be a different ball game, but we getting Andrews back. That's a game changer, that's a game changer Now we got now and cook. That's a game changer, right. So, we done stepped up so they're not a list. Yeah, we lose. I got to go like crow.

Speaker 2:

You know, like crow, we lose.

Speaker 1:

I got to eat crow. I have to eat crow if we lose.

Speaker 2:

Hey, look man, look man, I don't even want to know what crow is like. I'm glad I don't get to find that out. I'm going to let you deal with that on your own endeavor. But Baltimore, and in either game, you can lose. You have the best roster in the league and it's not even close. Yeah, with the addition of Calvin Cook.

Speaker 2:

So say, y'all, do get Houston. I do think it will be a much closer game. I do think that y'all still pull it out. I just think that the defense is, was going to be the unsung heroes, because oh yeah, oh yeah, absolutely. Defense showed you today that they will come after you and they will come after you in bunches and they do not care how it transpires, it doesn't matter, it doesn't matter. You know Will Anderson was. I couldn't. I can count on two hands how many times I saw Will Anderson in the backfield and it was. It was bad for Cleveland today. So you know, will Anderson, the secondary is playing pretty nice, as it was shown today. You know it will be a lot closer to game than it was a week one. I'll tell you Absolutely.

Speaker 1:

It absolutely would be. But again, no one right now can game for Ravens offense. No one, because Todd Munkin is scheming so much things up. I'm like man well, he's just really scheming some stuff up. So we'll see.

Speaker 2:

We will see.

Speaker 1:

But again, if you blink, I go through a pick six. Oh my, but back to back, pick six.

Speaker 2:

You know, hey, the flakos on the flakos on is over. It's over man.

Speaker 1:

He had his own song y'all, I'm sorry. The flakos on is over.

Speaker 2:

Look man, it was good while it lasted, but it's like with flaco today. It was like you can just tell after Houston scored on that second drive, on their second touchdown drive, you can tell it was like the right, it was on the wall. Every single play on offense from Cleveland was just like struggling for yardage. It was like pulling teeth.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, did you absolutely right. He is balling out of his mind. Rookie of the year. Hands down. He's rookie of the year. Hands down what he has done to come in there as a rookie quarterback and get them to the divisional round, the divisional round of the playoffs.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1:

The Browns fans want to flackle. The chain is named hey, you know what they need? They need some brown bags right now, every last brand.

Speaker 2:

Hey man, hey, look, look though, look though this is. This is underlying a bigger story for me, though, because what Cleveland showed me was a they have a huge problem next year, because this is yet another season where the Sean Watson is either coming off a layoff or coming off a layoff. Coming back to the team, then you have Joe doing what he did. So I mean, I know we, you know we joked about the whole pressure thing with, with, with the Sean, but it don't get more. You don't add more pressure than what Joe Flacco did. I think that's all Joe Flacco did this year was add more pressure for the Sean next year. Oh yeah, he sure did, because Joe Flacco basically got off the couch and said look, man, this offense is not that hard.

Speaker 1:

I'm I'm going to show you what to do.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I mean, I'm not athletically gifted as you. I don't have the arm that you do. I can't move like you, I can't do half of these things, but I'll figure out a way to make sure we get some points on the board. And since Joe Flacco has been a quarterback of this Cleveland Browns this season, they've done nothing but put points on the board. So you know. So you, you beg the question. Okay, what Like this is a? This is a year for the Sean speaking about next year where it's like all right, man, we paid you the money guaranteed. You know, the first year you bet.

Speaker 1:

We, we want production for our money. Give me a production, give me a ROI, give me my return now.

Speaker 2:

Absolutely Give me a ROI right now. So so with this Sean it's like okay, you know, we get. We gave you the first year. The first year was the red shirt year, because you have the allegations going on. The second year, you know you, you you played a little bit and then, you know, you got nicked up, so he was out three games and then you came back in and you played and then you was out. The rest of you, like this year, this upcoming season, next season, I'm talking about Look man, we get nicked up back, we get our linemen back, we're going to get some draft picks on on this, on this roster. We're probably going to make some, some moves. Maybe, you know, maybe trade a Amari Cooper or or keeping a Mari Cooper, if we know Cleveland, we know Cleveland to do some very stupid things.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, the most clearest thing we ever seen, right? Yes?

Speaker 2:

Yes, the most Cleveland thing to transpire is for them to trade a Mari Cooper, even though, yet again, he finds a way to have a thousand yards. Don't ask me how. That's just what a Mari Cooper does. Okay, so, like I said, all Joe Flacco did was raise the eyebrow of all. Right, sean, your turn.

Speaker 1:

That was it.

Speaker 2:

That was it. Yep, Like hey, I can do it.

Speaker 1:

You can do it too.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

You can do it, you can do it too.

Speaker 2:

So, it's an expectation now. It's an expectation now. So you know you getting a cut back. So at this point, at this time next year, the front office should have the conversation of look, man, it's not like we didn't put best case scenario in front of you. We definitely did Right. We definitely did. Defense is better than it's ever had been. Offensive line is still top 10. You have a running game that's still effective. We have I think he's going to get coached here when it's all said and done, but it's okay if somebody else gets it and Kevin Stafanski running offense, okay. We have no more excuses, man. So if you got the ball yet again and we're not able to get into the playoffs, even though Joe Flacco led us to the playoffs the year before, Yep.

Speaker 2:

It's like all right, man, where do we go from here?

Speaker 1:

Oh, I like this comment right here man shout out to Sean Y man he openly robbed a Browns of 250 million and didn't work for it. Hey, $250 million workers comp claim. Man it's bad man.

Speaker 2:

So Joe Flacco ruined that. Joe Flacco ruined that man. But hell, hey, hell over here, though, hell over here. I don't know about you, but I thought for sure when Nick Chubb went down back in week two or week three that was all it was.

Speaker 2:

I thought that was it. I thought that was it. That's the hard, and so the offense, that's the hard, and so the team Like it don't get no better than Nick Chubb. He's top five, arguably top three, running back in the league. You missed out on that, and I thought it was it.

Speaker 2:

I thought it was it. Then you had injury after injury on defense, then you had the Sean Watson and you had all these different moving pieces. Yeah, you still finished the year 11 and six. Really, it makes no sense, man. So so you know. Yeah, you can say what you want about you know, them getting blown out today, and the beat down was bad. Let's not take that away. Oh, the beat down was bad. It was bad, but again, in terms of all the different obstacles that could have affected them from getting to the playoffs, it didn't bother them one bit, and that within itself, that's a. That's a round of applause for me. Round of applause for me, that's a WC is in for me.

Speaker 1:

I got you. I got you, but I was just like I couldn't believe it. Now the game was going to begin the game back and forth, back and forth. Okay we're going to have a good game. Yeah, the next thing, you know and I didn't say this and I should have, because I should have gave him to Josh Allen rule If he throws an exception, the game's going to be over.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, now, that's justifiable, that's justifiable, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1:

And he threw an interception and now I'm sorry, he threw pick six and that game turned drastically, drastically. I was like it was bad, it was bad. And then you can see the look in his face like damn. And then you see the show and watch us standing on the sideline like I can't be out there, yeah you heard brother, I can't be out there.

Speaker 2:

Right, whatever man, whatever man. I don't want to hear that type of talk with Deshaun Watson until I see it on the field. That's where I'm at right now.

Speaker 1:

I don't want to hear it $250 million Worker's come clean. But, like I said, you have to praise CJ Stroud Now, something that I gave the head coach for. When they ran up that score, what'd he do? He took him out the game. Took him out the game. Hey, this game is already decided. We can just manage the clock. Get this out of here. That game was over. Took CJ, left him on it and CJ wouldn't complain. He'd say hey, I'm good, yeah, I'm good. Took him out the game and that's what he was supposed to do. You know not saying that the chiefs should have. Took my homes out of the game. Dude, that game was decided and you left my homeboy in the game up there. And that negative 30 degree weather, right right, right, oh, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1:

He probably, hey, hey, he probably has been here before. He just reincarnated talking about CJ Stroud. He probably reincarnated, hey man.

Speaker 2:

I've been saying it all year, but I got to say it again man, houston, the Houston Texans for this season, just doesn't make sense. Rookie quarterback, rookie head coach, it's a rookie officer coordinator. I mean, do you know anybody else besides CJ Stroud on that team? No, no, like you have to be a diehard football fan to know some of the players on that team and even still to go from one of the worst records in the NFL last year to not only winning games but you went to division. Right, not only do you want to division, but now you want to playoff game and going to the division no round and go into the division around.

Speaker 2:

Man, look, it was already. It was already a W season before you even got to playoff, for even today started, but now you want it. Now y'all just overachieving. This is overachieving right now. It doesn't matter what happens next week. That's how great of a year it's been Coach used to play with the. Texans he did, he did, he knows, he knows how important this is. It's just the fact that they've gotten it right so fast.

Speaker 1:

Yes.

Speaker 2:

So fast.

Speaker 1:

And that's scary, that is scary because they probably one or two pieces away of winning at all. You know they're a scary team. It's just like Detroit over in the NFC is a scary team over there. Houston is the scary team over here. Yes, Houston is. Houston is the scary team.

Speaker 2:

Because it's a bunch of babies. It's a bunch of babies, yes, there's. I mean you have Robert Woods as a veteran. You have Devin Singletary, which you can count as a veteran, even though this is like year six for him in the league. But like outside of that, these are a bunch of babies. This is Green Bay Packers, but in the AFC.

Speaker 1:

Yeah absolutely the Vigil.

Speaker 2:

Round. Come on man, come on man.

Speaker 1:

In the Vigil Round man. Come on, Can you imagine if they make it to the AFC Championship game? Would that be crazy? Would that be crazy? It would Listen. It can happen.

Speaker 2:

It would, it would.

Speaker 1:

It would be crazy. It would be. It would be crazy. We are still the big bag in the AFC Everybody's talking about. See, this is what everybody's coming to talk to me. Oh, y'all know what happened last time. Y'all was number one. See, y'all got bumped off. I said okay. I said yeah, absolutely right, we did. But guess what? I said what does Lamar have now that he didn't have in 2019? I said weapons. That's the first thing. Weapons on the office. He has weapons, yeah.

Speaker 1:

You got to have them cook down back there. A formal weapon. You're getting Mark Andrews back. Zay flowers is a threat. Bateman has stepped up his game. Agahore has stepped up his game. I said he has weapons. Also, here's another thing he has a much better defense than what he did in 2019. Much better defense, I said. So you can argue all these points of, yeah, we went down in that division around, but guess what? Lamar didn't have what he has now. Yeah, and he has it. Oh yeah, I forgot likely to and likely bald out in Andrews absent. So bald out in his absence. So here's my thing I am ready for whoever we play. If it's Houston is fine. If it's the Steelers is fine, I don't care who we play. I don't care who we play, it's going to be a different outcome. If we play the Steelers, it's going to be a different outcome. Oh yeah, it's going to be a much different outcome. A much different outcome. I don't even think that's going to be a conversation.

Speaker 1:

No, no, no, no, absolutely.

Speaker 2:

You can just pencil them in right now. Yeah, absolutely you can. You can. You might as well just pencil them in like Steelers. Steelers are one mistake away. It don't even necessarily have to be an interception, it doesn't necessarily have to be a fumble For them, they are just one mistake away. In general, it could be a Holding call that sets them back ten yards after they had momentum on a drive. It could be a big incompletion that go have some, go three and out. It could be a Big play that they gave up on defense, like that's how fragile the Steelers are. They just need that. The only thing that gets in their way is them and I know they term, but for them it's literally y'all have to be spot-on on every single second of this game to win and if y'all flip up at any point in time, you're out.

Speaker 1:

That's the end of story done.

Speaker 2:

So yeah, it's still is. It still is ends up. If there's a rematch again, I don't even think we're even having a conversation. I actually think that would be a blowout. Oh yeah, yeah, it's not even a conversation, honestly. So let's hope it's not Steelers, please. Buffalo.

Speaker 1:

Right, buffalo man. But see, it's a thing if Buffalo wins, can city goes to Buffalo Right and Houston comes to us for some reason. I'm just saying that it looks like it may be Baltimore in Kansas City and AMC Jamber in the game. Yeah, could be. I don't know, but remember my home's has never had to travel With those Super Bowl wins. He's never had to travel. Everything was up an arrowhead. You're right, right, right, right right. So we'll see.

Speaker 2:

Let's go, oh yeah.

Speaker 1:

See, kelsey, you know she already she ready for, she ready for this.

Speaker 2:

He ready is. Kansas City man right say it.

Speaker 1:

You can't count them out.

Speaker 2:

You can't play with Kansas City, no more. This is the playoff. This is the team that, out of everybody, out of everybody that's in the tournament, has the most experience. They know Exactly what kind of moment this is. They know how important these games are. They've been here before, absolutely before. So, with Kansas City. What also helped was, you know, being used to the environment, because I'll tell you right now, I Wouldn't have had a problem with postponing the game, giving out cold. It was over there.

Speaker 1:

Man you know? Did you see this? Did you see the screenshots I sent you? Some fans was there at 530 In the morning and negative weather the tail goes sickos, Sickos.

Speaker 2:

They're crazy. No, I said wait.

Speaker 1:

It's gonna be negative. What, nah? I was on for my cousin right up there and you know they they're happy up there right now in Kansas City and she said I had a ticket to the game. I should have went. Oh, oh, oh, okay, no, I'm good, I'm good, but hey, the biggest thing hit up breaking news. Breaking news. The biggest thing Taylor Swift was in the building Was in the building.

Speaker 2:

Hey, hey, just to put in the perspective of how funny that is my I was. I was watching the game and my best friend was telling me he was like I want, I want the chiefs to lose. And I was like why? He said, man, I can't stand Kansas City, can't stand Kansas City. It would be so funny if they lose and and all we talk about is, you know, taylor Swift costed them everything just by her being involved and it was like that is so sinister man. But now I think about it, that would be entertaining television. I'm not even gonna watch, not even go watch. And I thought for a split second. I thought what split second? When Tyree kill had that touchdown I was like, oh Okay, all right now, all righty. And then Kansas City was just like all right, now, we not about play these games no more, we're gonna score and we're gonna score and we're gonna score and we're gonna score, even though we couldn't get in the end zone all the time.

Speaker 1:

We're gonna get three.

Speaker 2:

All right, we're gonna get seven We'll get three more here.

Speaker 1:

Oh yeah, it's a holding call. Oh, I got rough in the passer. I like oh yeah, oh, oh, just like when I text you, I said oh, so that's not passing the first.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah, man, that's the only thing that's missing right now. They're not. They're having drives right, but they're not capitalizing. That's the only thing they're missing. And I'm telling you right now that is scary for me Personally. It is scary for everybody else that the only concern that you have with Kansas City right now is that they don't put touchdowns on the board.

Speaker 1:

That's it, but wait, did you notice something? Can see these scored over 21 point.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, because remember they've been struggling just to get 20. That's right.

Speaker 2:

That's right you know, Defensive left team. This year, all year long, it's been led by this defense, which, by the way, showed why they are Huh huh the champs. Live, let's, let's, let's not play with Kansas City's defense We've been joking for years about. Oh, you know, my home's always carrying the the defense. Defense can't stop a cold. No, I'm in, not this year, it is the other way around. The other way around it's bad.

Speaker 1:

We're not saying that the chief didn't score a touchdown. What we're saying is is that they need to capitalize more when they have taken the ball back in the sections or whatever.

Speaker 2:

Yeah touch down versus field goals.

Speaker 2:

That's what we're saying short fields, man, because yeah, that's that's what they're missing. If you find, if they find a way to, when they get inside the five, that it ends in a touchdown every time, like it used to be. Man, all right, it's breaking to y'all. Now we got a problem. Now we got a problem because Before hand, that was the biggest issue. Oh, they're just not putting points on the board. Oh, they're having drops. Well, now, tonight showed. Yeah, there may be some drops still, but I Would be dropping the ball to if it was Feeling like it was negative twenty five thousand degrees. But listen.

Speaker 1:

You know there that was too cold.

Speaker 2:

But yeah, you probably did keep some B enemies playbook I would have to, okay so you know you had the, you had these, you had the drops, you had the, you know whatever. If you're telling me that, even with all that, you still come out with 27 points.

Speaker 1:

Right, that's it.

Speaker 2:

Which means it could have been worse if you just score inside the five on half of those drives. That's what scares me.

Speaker 1:

Here's the thing, that game should have probably been close to 40 points.

Speaker 2:

Absolutely, absolutely.

Speaker 1:

Should have been close to 40 points, and that's what I'm saying.

Speaker 2:

That's what I'm saying and they're going to need. They're going to need in order for them to find themselves back in the AMC Championship game. They would need to start tallying those drives up in touchdowns, because the days of getting away with getting a three and then waking up and having 21 points unanswered, those days are over. You don't have that anymore. Sorry, you don't. So you need to put points on the board when you can get them. And the thing with Kansas City again is when you're going against a team like Baltimore or Houston even teams that have no problem putting up points themselves, and there's only but so much that your defense can do, you need to do your part as an offense when you get inside the five, when you get inside the red zone and you score.

Speaker 1:

And score points. And that's the problem Baltimore had is we was getting down there and not getting in the end zone and three's just ain't going to cut it. No, we got to get in the end zone, yeah, and we, we, we, we, we, huh. Like I said, it's even Houston or Pittsburgh, one of them two coming to Baltimore. We just two games, two games. Two games from Super Bowl, I know right, Two games. I know all the blues went up, we two games, that's it.

Speaker 1:

Two games and that's all we need. But again, I mean I brave all those guys that toughed out that weather today. If I was a player I'd be like man, and then some of them out there they don't have no sleeves. I'm like really dude.

Speaker 2:

It goes man Just nasty, it was nasty. Even even time we kill. Even time we kill man.

Speaker 1:

No sleeves right, but you saw him in the earlier clip. He was like give me a coat, give me a coat, give me a coat. Yeah, it's cold out there Come on man, Stop it, Stop it.

Speaker 2:

You can, you can. It's okay to recognize that it's cold. You do not need to be my everything I don't know, I don't know.

Speaker 1:

Give me all my un-un-unma. Give me all my un-un-unma. I ain't got no un-un-un-unma Give me all my un-un-unma.

Speaker 2:

I'm good, I am good oh my God. I need it.

Speaker 1:

I need it oh yeah, that's definitely y'all weather man. Yeah, that's y'all man. That's ridiculous, that's ridiculous.

Speaker 2:

Nasty man Can't do it. Sorry, sorry, yeah, that's ridiculous. I'm not asking for a lot, I'm not asking for a lot NFL, but tomorrow can we get some close games? Please, please, please, because, look, today was cool. Today was cool because the right team's won. It was cool, oh yeah, because the right team's won. I won't say that it was fine, but I mean it was. I mean it was Houston and Cleveland was won, and so it wasn't in the beginning, until you blink and flackle through a pick six.

Speaker 1:

Oh my God man, you blink again. He threw another pick six.

Speaker 2:

Like um, um, oh, man, you can't have that. So so yeah, two below NFL, please, please, I, I, I don't ask for much man. I'm not asking for my Eagles to win on Monday. I could care less, honestly I would. I would rather have us lose so that we can get rid of serious on it. That's kind of where I'm at right now. You know, maybe you know you can figure out what we're doing.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Uh, we're going to add that hashtag in there at one of these days, but it won't be today. It's fine, but we, I really want a close game. Give me, give me Rams, give me Rams Lions close game. I know Dallas is at home, but if we can somehow have Jordan Love turn to Aaron Rogers At AT&T stadium, I am all for it, please.

Speaker 1:

Please, I think it's going to happen. Please, I think it's going to happen. I think it's going to happen, oh.

Speaker 2:

I think it's going to happen?

Speaker 1:

I think it's going to happen. That would be a shocker. And I called the upset. I called the upset with that game. Yeah, just like with it. Yes, so that's right. With the Texans, I called it. I said Texans are going to beat them. Now, if you watched everybody, all the sports analysts, they all went with Cleveland, every last one of them. No one picked Texas, no one picked them. I said I'm along with it, I'm along with this one, just like you know, nfl game day morning.

Speaker 2:

Oh, I'm with it.

Speaker 1:

I long with it. Yeah, and I got a hashtag on morning two. I was like, yeah, all y'all were wrong, so they. All they keep talking about is that Jimmy Johnson curse is lifted down in the Dallas. Oh my God.

Speaker 2:

That's a. Thing.

Speaker 1:

The Packers. I think the Packers are going to beat them. The Packers are going to beat them. Packers are going to beat them. Now, any Dallas fan can disagree with me. Yeah, of course, because that's your team. You can disagree with me, but I smell some upsets going on around here. Man, I smell. I smell some upsets going on around here.

Speaker 2:

If you want to see the internet go into a meltdown, let that happen tomorrow.

Speaker 1:

Let that happen tomorrow. Boy. People are going to be on Suicide Watch.

Speaker 2:

Boy. It's going to be bad, because it's one thing to lose, given the season that y'all had. It's one thing to lose at home. We all have some stinkers at home. It's cool. We all are underfeated at home, so you have no excuse there. That's one thing, but when you lose into a bunch of 20-year-olds guys that weren't alive the last time that y'all have been to the NFC Championship game, or the Super Bowl for that matter. Yeah, that's a problem you lose into a bunch of ladies is a problem.

Speaker 2:

I'm not even going to lie. I'm not even going to lie. If they lose to a bunch of babies tomorrow, the internet's going to go in the face.

Speaker 1:

We're going to be on here ready for them. I'm just saying it's going to be bad, it's going to be bad, it's going to be bad, it's going to be bad.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, at that point I got to ask this sounds hyperbolic, but you have to at least consider this what do you do with Mike McCarthy? Do you keep them again? Do you look around for all these other head coaches that have been let go or that are available?

Speaker 1:

I got to answer for it, like what do you do? What do you do? I got to answer for that I got to answer for it. Here we go, here we go. Yes, like, what do you do? What do you do? Because, yet again, this is another.

Speaker 2:

Dallas Cowboys season that ended in an underwhelming fashion. Yeah, and I mean you experienced that all the time with Jason Garrett. I mean we got one more. I'm glad that we added a 17th game, because if Jason Garrett was still coaching, he was still finding a way to have the Cowboys in eight and eight. I promise you you don't find a way to still end the season eight and eight even though there's 17 games. I don't know how it'll be done, but he'll find a way. That's just his thing, that's just the way it is. So my McCarthy, with his tenure so far, is hey, I'll get you to the playoffs. I may win a playoff game, I may not. But be patient. And my thing is, with Jerry getting up there in age, he's starting to lose more and more patience. He didn't pay DAC the money. He didn't got rid of Mark Cooper, got rid of Z, got a red. You know made all these adjustments.

Speaker 2:

He's getting a little bit impatient now, so I want some stock for my return. The ROI come on. Yeah, roi, let's go.

Speaker 1:

So I want some stock for my return.

Speaker 2:

So, so, yeah. So if you're, if you're Dallas and you lose tomorrow, it's like okay, uh, mike McCarthy, why should you stay? Why should? You say Cuz last see. Last season it was cool because you lost to Uh somebody that that was playing an energy championship game, whatever the year before you lost off of a Just straight up time management issues, which is also McCarthy. You now lose to a bunch of babies at home.

Speaker 2:

Even though we've been undefeated at home all year, even though we've averaged 40 points at home all year. We just have to lose to them. Man, you gotta go.

Speaker 1:

But but but wait a minute, wait a minute, I'm gonna even touch on that even a little bit more. They should have lost at home to Detroit, oh boy.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, they should have lost to Detroit. They should have lost Seattle, like there's been a lot of close ones in in AT&T stadium but, as long as long as those refs.

Speaker 2:

That's getting that, by the way that. By the way, let me just say this if I was getting paid handsomely by the richest owner in NFL, I Might have to swing a little few games myself. But it's like you have some close ones already at home. So I Mean it's only but so so there's only so much you can play around with. But I know they're gonna get that. That's the thing with Dallas. Like you just kind of accept the fact you're gonna get away with some calls when they when they play tomorrow. I just don't want it to be.

Speaker 1:

So I don't want to be a blowout.

Speaker 2:

I don't want it to be egregious to where we were. We're talking about Detroit. I don't want that. I don't think that's, I don't think that's good for the game. I think, if anything, that will start exposing some stuff, if that happens again, and Dallas, because this will be yet another game where the other team could have won but the rest, or this call wasn't made, or but this decision wasn't made. So if we have to have that type of conversation again, I Would raise the eight, the eyebrow and be like alright, so what's going on? What's really going on here? Mm-hmm, if Vegas is getting involved, please let me know right now.

Speaker 2:

Like yep you know, is there the only team, this only team that we're having this conversation about everybody else? It's like, okay, you know a, it's 50, 50, you know they could, you know they can give you 30 plus points. They could also lose by 30, and it's cool, it's the NFL happens. You get one game a year. It's pressing. The playoffs is it's winter. Go home right in Dallas, it's like we're at home. So I mean we, you better make sure that we win that sort of thing. And if that conversation comes up Again when this game is said and done, I think that's where it's gonna be like, alright man, Thumbs up, thumbs up but we'll see well we will see.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, we will see. Like I said, for those players to play in Kansas City and even for the fans, I'm gonna give them all shotouts For braving that weather up there, because a lot of people, even RG3, are posted on his page that that game Cancel yeah, with that brutal weather. I mean you did it up in Buffalo, but the governor up there shut everything that. She said, no, now I'm closing the airport, I'm closing everything up here because it's dangerous, the whiteout conditions and I get it.

Speaker 1:

So hey, I breathe all them to breathe through that cold weather man, I Give you all props. Congratulations Kansas City. Congratulations Houston Texas. Yeah, I'll put a shellack and Both of them teams you played today. I shall lacking. Yeah, just want to go home, they go on, they go into the next round.

Speaker 2:

So yeah, what happens. I'm excited man.

Speaker 1:

Yes, I am. And we got what Cowboys packers first and the Rams on the lines last. So, like I said, I picked packers and I picked the lines, but we'll see you, okay. Lines.

Speaker 2:

Oh, wow.

Speaker 1:

Okay, yeah, they my picks.

Speaker 2:

In my pick. It's gonna bother me, man, it's gonna bother me, I'll take. I'll take Dallas and Give me Detroit. Give me Detroit, okay, yeah we both agreeing with Detroit.

Speaker 1:

I'm calling upset. I'm calling upset with the packers. I'm calling upset, so it is fine.

Speaker 2:

I wouldn't mind it. Oh, it'll be great for me It'll be. This will be great over here.

Speaker 1:

This will be great over here, oh yeah and you know all the Steelers fans happy the Browns lost anyway.

Speaker 2:

So so, look man, regardless of what we do is, as long as there's an upset tomorrow, I promise you I'm at peace.

Speaker 1:

I. You gonna see you gonna see, can't count them out, can't count them out, yeah.

Speaker 2:

I see that. Come on now, come on now, guys lose.

Speaker 1:

I'm telling right now why do you want the Cowboys to win?

Speaker 2:

I Want them to lose. I just know how. I just know how this works. I know how it works and look, I hate to channel in my little Stephen Abe, but looks like I'm going to do it anyways. They need to get to such a high that when they eventually fall, they will let you down, baby, they're an accident waiting.

Speaker 1:

Wait, that happened.

Speaker 2:

They're an accident waiting to happen and, and look man, sometimes it takes work. Look this, this is when it's gonna start getting good. Look man, you know one is one division. You know want to play a whole game. When get the division around, we're gonna go against, you know, a top tier team and then boom boom, boom.

Speaker 1:

We're just gonna let you write down.

Speaker 2:

We'll let you write down just let them down, it's coming. I just prefer to be sooner rather than later, so that way, you know, my personal enjoyment comes into play. But that's neither here nor there. That's fine, that's fine.

Speaker 1:

Ronald said we get the Houston Texas offensive coordinator to be our head coach, Washington hey man, the enemy, jim, being there a ball is drawing a lot of attention when I'm telling you Michigan probably gonna throw him some money and say, hey, he has more control in Michigan.

Speaker 2:

That's what everybody's getting, he got more control over there. But I mean, yeah, come on man, come on man. Yeah, I mean if you're Washington, don't, don't come on now. You know what you do, you know what to do, you know what to do right. Let's not do this right now. Come on, stop it.

Speaker 1:

It's all good, it's all good, it's all good. But, like I said I, I enjoyed the games, but the blowouts, whoo the blowouts, and now come on. Now we need, we need, we need interested, we need interest, interested, make it interesting.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, for sure, definitely.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, but oh Well, hey, we gonna be back on here tomorrow again and talk about those two games. Like I said and we coming over here and I hear you cheese and you say hi about the and I'm like yeah, they done, went down the mighty cowboys.

Speaker 1:

But we'll see what happens. But hey, thank y'all for tuning in. We coming back to you tomorrow night after those games are over, and then Monday night when those games over. We coming to you all three days because it was, it's going to be down to or on each side, and it's gonna be down to two on each side, and then we gonna find out who go on the Vegas. Yeah, we gonna find out who go on the Vegas.

Speaker 2:

Let's go. Yeah let's go.

Speaker 1:

I am too. I am too. I am ready. So, houston or Pittsburgh, we gonna see one of you playing simple. One of you we're gonna see, yeah, and when you come to the bank, we're gonna rob you down there and sing your packing, that's all.

Speaker 2:

Oh, you think. You think that's how that's gonna end. No, thank you, hashtag. Bounty gate at the bank.

Speaker 1:

We taking the helmets, we taking the uniforms. Oh, here's the one thing I didn't touch on man. It was so cold up there that my home's got hitting this helmet and the helmet crack man. That's some brutal cold.

Speaker 2:

I'm sorry it don't get it, don't get it. Don't get worse than that. I'm sorry now.

Speaker 1:

No, that's that brutal cold. But hey, we will see you all tomorrow evening after those two games over Whoever team that you're rooting for tomorrow, reform, hey, this your team reform. If it's not your team, reform anyway, how about that? I'll take just like this I already told you my two picks and who I think's gonna win. And if I come back on here and I'm two for two, I'm like mm-hmm, that's going down to the wire. Going down to the wire, but we will see. We will see y'all tomorrow evening. Enjoy those games tomorrow, even though we was robbed of one game. But hey, I don't blame them for safety and weather, but hey, I prefer two games a day. It's perfect with me. So, yeah, see y'all all tomorrow and good luck to your team if they still in the playoffs. I.
