WrestleMania Season: Why International Fans Are Setting the Standard for Wrestling Passion
Thank you. Oh man, look who it is, look who it is, look who it is. I hope this Saturday is just bringing everybody some good joy and great weather, because I am sure we got some great weather here. It's your boy, damon.
Speaker 1:I'm here with the DK and Tree podcast man. Let me just go on and say this it's WrestleMania season. This is what this is about. This is WrestleMania season. Anybody going to WrestleMania? Oh man, it's going to be the time of a lifetime being in Vegas. I cannot wait for it. I can't.
Speaker 1:All the excitement, the buildup, everything that is happening with wrestling right now is just hot, and I am all for the tomfoolery. Listen, this is one of the reasons why I wanted to come over here. I want to talk about these crowds because they've been overseas. These crowds overseas have been off the chain, and when I mean off the chain, they are loving that wrestling is over there. When I tell you the energy, the passion, it's just unbelievable. They're putting the United States crowds to shame. I mean to shame US. We got to do better with our wrestling community because overseas is putting us to shame.
Speaker 1:Okay, just literally the crowds, how they're singing the theme songs. They love their wrestlers and I'm going to give you a little example here in a second Randy Orton. Everybody knows who Randy Orton is and if you don't, he's the legend killer Man's, what I think, what 14-time world champion. You know my thing is that man, but that overseas crowd was singing his theme song. I'm going to give you a little preview of that. I'm going to give that to you right now. I said I'm sorry.

Speaker 3:Well, just a few weeks ago, when the dome at the Rogers Center in Toronto was shaking over the roar of Randy Orton's return, and now Barcelona gets their chance to have it, I'm getting broken. I see you in the dark. I see you in the dark.

Ko just about managed to live to fight another day thanks to our security. But I promise you there is hell coming in the near future for Kevin Owens.

Speaker 1:Like I said, this overseas crowd is putting the US crowds to shame. Why ain't the US this passionate about our wrestlers? Come on now. We all got to do better here in the US. Like I said, the overseas crowd has been off the chain. The energy it's just been in the US. Like I said, the overseas crowd has been off the chain. The energy, it's just been off the hook. Even when Jey Uso comes out, oh man, I'm just like, ooh lord the passion. They have passion and we're all ready for WrestleMania season. So, hey, listen, overseas, y'all got it, y'all got it. It's not as a buzz, y'all got it. So, like I said, it's just crazy. We got to do better, we do. We have to do better, we have to do better. So, but again, like I said, we got all that passion, we got everything. So, hey, listen, let me give you some Jey Uso. Let me give you some Jey Uso too.

Ladies and gentlemen, jey Uso entered the Royal Rumble at number 20 this past Saturday night. Lasted nearly 37 minutes before he shocked the world in one of the biggest upsets in history, eliminating John Cena. And we stop.
Speaker 1:Again, if you're not seeing these crowds, these crowds are off the chain, off the chain and y'all just got to get together. I'm just saying Y'all need to get together because, again, this has just been so exciting. Like I said, them crowds got me hyped up, okay. So, hey, listen, like I said, wrestlemania season. Then we got NXT Stand and Deliver. You know Raw SmackDown, you know everything. They have got these places hyped up and, like I said, I am a huge, huge, huge, huge wrestling fan. So I love all the smoke and even with my boys they're street profits. Wwe Tag Team Champions again, happy for them. And them boys are electrifying and exciting.
Speaker 1:But guess what? Again, wrestlemania season. It's here, it's upon us. Hey, anybody going to WrestleMania? Oh my God, enjoy yourself. Anyone that's out there, that's going to be a part of all the events. Enjoy yourself. I'm trying to get there for WrestleMania Sunday because I saw some tickets, maybe in my little price range to afford it. So I'm definitely trying to get out there myself to enjoy this and just be all a part of the festivities. But anyway, that's why I wanted to come on here for and say US crowds, get a lot better, because overseas is putting us to shame.
Speaker 1:Ok, again, wrestlemania season. Your favorite wrestlers are out there. Hey, the cards are getting together. And who's going to love John Cena's last ride? Okay, facing the American Nightmare, cody Rhodes, or? Or, you got main event Jey Uso going up against Goofa. It's going to be a good match, and let's see where the United States Championship is going to go on the males and the females side. So again, let's get ready, because WrestleMania is almost here. I know either I'm going to be there or glued to the TV for all the shenanigans. I'm all for it. It's your boy, dk. I'm signing out. I'll be back with you, maybe in a few with some more stuff.
