When Your Defense Is… Fertilizer And A Fire Hose

A massive snow system is rolling in, but today’s wildest story comes from sunny Florida, where a minor fender-bender spiraled into public indecency, handcuffs, and a press release no one wants. I walk through the timeline with clarity: a driver backs into a vehicle, refuses to share information, then escalates in front of deputies in a way that guarantees charges and a viral moment. It’s absurd, yes—but it’s also a tight case study in how small choices turn into big consequences when stress, pride, and an audience collide.

We dig into what really raises the stakes: cameras running, witnesses watching, and laws that don’t care about bravado. Indecent exposure and disorderly conduct aren’t punchlines; they’re charges that live in a file and follow you into court. From legal exposure to social fallout, we break down how a single decision can ripple into higher insurance, damaged reputation, and tough conversations at home and at work. This is where attention-seeking crashes into reality, and where self-control becomes your strongest defense.

Between storm safety tips and practical steps after a minor crash, I offer a calmer route: document, exchange information, let the report speak, and resist the bait of shock-value choices. Respect the people in front of you, remember the cameras, and act like someone you won’t have to apologize for later. If you’re craving a viral moment, let it be for doing the right thing under pressure. Listen, reflect, and share your take—have you seen a small mistake snowball into something huge?

If this resonated, follow the show, share it with a friend, and leave a quick review so more people can find it. Your stories and topic ideas are welcome at DK and TreePodcast at yahoo.com.

All right, good afternoon, good afternoon. How is everybody doing? I ain't been on here in a minute, but I wanted to jump on here. You know, whenever I see Tom Foolery, I come share with you all. It's your boy Damon, and I'm here with the DK Entry Podcast. Again, we're expecting a large snowstorm that's just coming across the country. Anyone that may be affected by this, please hunker down. I hope you have all your supplies. I hope no one loses power. But they're saying this is one for the ages that's just gonna be hammering us around. But again, like I said, yeah, I haven't been on here in a minute. Just wanted to check in and see how everyone's doing. But when I hear Tom Foolery, oh, I got to bring the Tom Foolery. Because when I heard this one, I was just like, Yeah, I got to share this one just in case it doesn't get out. But um, this one off of TikTok, uh Sheriff Grady Judd down in um Florida. Love the guy, you know, love his content, and you know, when his deputies go out different things, but some of the things I just was like, uh I'm not surprised. But this one, yeah, this one really, really got me on this one because I couldn't believe this one. I'm gonna let you listen as always, and then we're gonna come back and we're gonna chat about it.

SPEAKER_00:

I didn't believe it, but it's the truth, as can only be told in Mulberry, Florida. Fred Gill is 54 and he lives there. He's backing out of his driveway into his house and backs into our victim's vehicle. Well, the victims get out, it's a man and a woman, and Fred goes back into his house, won't talk to him, won't exchange information. So they notify the sheriff's office. Our nice deputies arrive. There's two deputies, and they're working on the crash investigation, and they call Fred outside, and you know what? Fred comes outside, and all of a sudden, he drops his drawers and dumps a load. You know what I mean? Right there in front of God, deputies and victims. That's right, he popped a squat in his front yard and fertilized. Our deputies stared in amazement. They said to themselves, self, have you ever seen any poop like that before? Then the rascal pulls up his pants, puts his coffee away, goes to the front of his truck, and exposes himself and begins to urinate. That's right, he did that. It was a pissosaurus. And then the deputies put him in jail for indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, and gave him some traffic tickets too. I told you you can't make this stuff up in Mulberry, Florida. You ain't gonna believe.

D.K:

Now I I I have no words for this one. I I don't. I don't have any words for it. So let's see. You back out into the surprise and you go into the house, right? You're refusing to give any information. So call the police. Hey, come on out and talk to us, man. It's just a traffic crash. It's nothing. Just exchange information, good to go, right? But no, you know something? I'm gonna come outside. I got something for you all. I'm just gonna dump one on my lawn. Then after that, I'm just gonna spray what right my driveway in front of everybody. I just don't understand what some people may be thinking. I I I really don't. And for you to behave in that type of manner, and it's for what? I'm just trying to figure out is it for attention? Is it what for Bible reviews? Is it for what is it for? Why are you acting like this? Why should anyone act like this? But you act like that just because you can unacceptable, unacceptable behavior in our society. And this is someone that's older. Older. You would think he would know better. Like, hey, look, hey, just crash, give me some tickets, all right, good to go. That's it. You wouldn't be in jail and doing something that is probably on their body cams too. So now, again, you are a viral moment that you just can't make up. By far, that has been one of the best stories I've heard. And when I mean best, I mean bad. Because I've never heard that happening anywhere until now. I'm pretty sure it happens a lot. It just hasn't been made to the forefront. But I I I don't get it. I don't understand. I I I don't get why you have to act like that. I don't get why you feel as though you need that type of attention. Because now you get arrested, you get tickets, you got charges, and you still gotta go to court. And you have to explain this in court, not only to judges, attorneys, but there's also people in the court that's gonna be listening to this stuff. And and now you're on a press release with your face on it. I mean, is it worth it? I I don't think any of that is ever worth it. You want to get famous, go get famous another way. Not that way. That's just bad for everybody, everyone involved. The people that you hit, the officers that came, even your family. Remember your family. This affects your family too. Well, I guess some people just don't think about that when they're in certain situations. But um, again, I saw the Tom Foolery. I definitely wanted to come on here and share it. Like I said, I haven't been on here in a minute. And again, I know we're getting a snowstorm across the country, and I just want everyone to be safe with this storm coming because they're talking about it's gonna be a lot, but the biggest thing is the freezing rain and the ice. That's the bad part. Because it's saying some people may use um um lose power, and I hope not. I really hope not. Everyone be safe. I hope you hunker down for this. And while we're going through this, hey, I'm gonna reach out to you, see how you're doing. Because I'm gonna try to um report as much as I can from where I am. All right, well, I appreciate each and every last one of you that always listen to me, that always support me, that always, you know, send comments and likes or whatever. I do appreciate it. I appreciate the downloads also. Again, tell me where you are. Hit me up, DK and TreePodcast at yahoo.com. Let me know how you're feeling. Let me know how you're doing. And hey, something you want me to talk about, and I'm willing to talk about it. I'm gonna sign off again. Everybody be safe. And let's get through the storm.
