From Viral Claim To Credible Doubt: A Prison Pregnancy Story Pulled Apart
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
A jaw-dropping claim hits our feed: a woman says she got pregnant with twins during her first prison visit with a man she met on TikTok—and now wants the internet to fund a $12,000 celebration and her living costs. We pull the thread. First, we map her timeline and details, then put them side by side with a former correctional sergeant’s on-the-ground account of how visitation works: constant supervision in the room during disturbances, lockdown counts after incidents, and locked bathrooms that are checked between uses. When standard procedures collide with a sensational story, the gaps matter.
From there, we talk about what happens when clout becomes a business model. Crowdfunding can be a lifesaver for real need, but it can also reward performative narratives. We ask the hard questions: How do you verify claims before donating? What’s the ethical line between sharing life updates and staging a spectacle? And if the father earns $18 a month and the mother is unemployed, why is a luxury event on the table before basics for the babies? It’s not about cruelty; it’s about protecting children and practicing media literacy.
Then we shift to a second, sobering case: a mother drops her infant at the aunt’s door and leaves, the father refuses responsibility, and foster care becomes the last resort. We discuss the limits of extended family support, when to call social services, and how to keep adult conflict away from kids. The through line is simple but urgent: choices have consequences, and children feel them first. If you’re not ready to parent, prevention is care. If you are parenting, planning and accountability come before pride and public performance.

The Viral Prison Pregnancy Claim
Her Timeline And First Visit Details
D.KWhat's happening? What's happening? How's everybody doing? I hope everybody's doing good. I hope everybody's week was good. And I hope everybody's weekend was even better. It's your boy Damon. I'm here with the DK and Tree Podcast. Man, when I tell you Tom Foolery's real, Tom Foolery is real. I tell you, when you cruise through social media and you see things, and you was like, it's they made like Arsenio back in the day. Things that make you go, hmm, yeah, this is one of those moments. I'm about to share a story with you. I'm gonna give you a little snippet. Young lady meets a guy, he's incarcerated. She's not a correction officer, just a regular young lady. She goes to jail and she claims, she claims that she gets pregnant by this guy in jail. We're gonna jump into these stories because uh, yeah, this is uh the tomfoolery at its best. All right, there's six parts. I'm gonna go with part one.
The Bathroom Story And Twin Reveal
Money Requests And Public Backlash
SPEAKER_03This is part one of how I got pregnant by an inmate that I met off TikTok on our first visit. This is just a disclaimer. I don't need anybody in the comments telling me that I'm stupid, telling me that I'm dumb. Like we all make mistakes, we've all done something like this. It's life it happened. Oh, I want to say back in probably May of 2024, I was scrolling on TikTok and I seen said inmate. And when I told y'all he caught my eye, because not only was he fine, he was silly and funny too. So I said, hmm, I'm gonna download this app and I'm gonna hit him up. This is the video right here. After that time passed of us getting to know each other, us talking, going through the work, um, we decided that we were gonna be exclusive, we were gonna be serious. I really liked him, he really liked me, and it went on from there. So we were talking for about maybe six months before I decided to go and see him and get approved to get on his visitors list. And mind you, if you have um anybody who's incarcerated in Ohio, you know that's a whole process of trying to be an approved visitor on somebody's list. So I got approved to get on his list or whatever, and about I'm gonna say a month to two. No, it took a month, no, two months for me to actually go see him. This is so I get to the visit to go see him. He looking at me, I'm looking at him, he looking good, I'm looking good, and he like, damn, you look better than your pictures. And I'm like, same, like you look good, like you look better than the video visits and the pictures that we had exchanged and seen of each other online. So we hug each other. Um, when you're inside of the room, this is the inmates right here, and then these are the people who are walking in to come for the visit. So you have to line up, and then the inmates are lined up, so we're facing each other like this. So we get to walk in, give each other a hug, kiss, whatever, then we go sit down at the table. If you order food, you get your food. Um, if you want to take pictures, you can take pictures. If you want to go to the vending machine, you can go to the vending machine. But the whole thing is if you and the inmate aren't taking pictures, they have to stay seated that whole entire time, right? So we're in there, we're sitting down, playing our game, eating our food, just really enjoying each other's company and really just getting to know each other in the physical. When I tell y'all, when I tell y'all the craziest thing happened, so like the craziest thing happened, like it was so insane, it was so fast, it was so quick. I still can't believe this to this day. I still can't believe that I'm in this situation, but hey, God give me lemons and I make lemonade all the time. But a super big fight between I want to say an inmate and a family broke out, and all of the CEOs insecurity have ran over there, and they were all focused on that situation, trying to break the fight up. So, you know, me being me, I'm like, I was like, I'm about to go in the bathroom. He likes shit. I'm about to follow you in there. And I'm like, What's up? What you trying to do? He said, What you trying to do? Hurry up and go before they see us. So I go in the bathroom, y'all. We're in there for maybe a good 15 minutes because we were scared to come out, y'all. I kid you not. So we in the bathroom, I put my pants down, he munching, munching, munching, munching. When I say munching, I mean certified eater on my mama. So um, we do what we do or whatever, and I'm like, Where did you come at? And he was like, Well, what you mean? I'm like, Where did you come at? He was like, In you like the crazy uh, I had almost passed out. I was like, Why didn't you pull out? He was like, What you mean? I thought you said you wanted to marry me, I thought you wanted to be with me. I'm like, Yeah, but that didn't mean leave it in. So here we are. Me being two months pregnant. I find out the gender in I want to say six more weeks, and yeah, that's that's how it started. And everybody's asking me, like, well, how is he gonna support you and the baby while he's incarcerated? I don't know. All I know is that I have my cash up in my bio, I have a GoFundMe linked in our bio as well, but I I don't know how he's going to support us, dude. Like, I don't know, and then not only am I pregnant with one child, I'm pregnant with two, I'm having twins. So everybody is like, get an abortion, and I don't believe in abortions. And then the craziest part about this all is that he still has 15 years left on his sentence. So I'm just gonna have to make the best of this, and hopefully the internet supports me throughout my pregnancy. Maybe I could get enough donations. The baby shower and gender reveal that I want is totaling to I want to say$12,000. So I'm gonna put my GoFundMe up and my cash app to just get a little support and see if the internet helps me out. But like I said before, I don't need anybody judging me or telling me like why would you do this? Like, we all have made a mistake like this. Like, please don't be judgmental. Like I said, the Cash App is in the bio. The GoFundMe is in the bio. Please donate if you can because I'm carrying two babies, and look at how big I am, y'all. To be two freaking months, like this is crazy. Uh and I know all of y'all are probably like, you're stupid, you're dumb. I see a lot of people in the comments saying that I'm a bird, I have a bird brain, and it's like only thing I need right now in this moment is just genuine love and support. Um, like I said, if you could donate anything to help me, that would be perfect. Like I said, I don't have a job. Um, he works in there. I'm gonna say he's supporter, so he only makes$18 a month. So if y'all can help a girl out, perfect. But if not, I get it. I know what I did is messed up. No, I'm not having an abortion, like I just don't believe in that, and it is what it is. And to make the situation worse, my family does not know that I'm pregnant by a man that's incarcerated. They don't even know that I'm pregnant at all. So I don't even know how I'm gonna tell my family that's supporting me that I'm pregnant by somebody that's incarcerated with twins. And I'll leave out the most important part. So when I tried to leave him, this is when he sent me boo hoo crying. Like, look at this.
SPEAKER_01I don't want to tell the players, I do all right, both of them. Oh, leave me for real.
SPEAKER_03Then after that, I really didn't want to get rid of my babies. Like, who would want to get rid of their babies? After falling in love with somebody, meeting them, y'all have your interaction, you get pregnant, and then we did have like a little mishap in between. And I told him I was gonna leave him, I was getting rid of the babies, like you know, forget him. And he sent me that video, and that really made me feel like I'm not getting rid of my kids, and I love my man, and I'm gonna marry him. And y'all have to stop judging me like y'all haven't did this before, y'all haven't been in a situation like this before. This is crazy.
Ex-CO Rebuttal: Protocols And Plausibility
D.KY'all need to stop judging me because y'all have done this before. Who the fuck has done this before? I haven't, I I haven't done no shit like this before. So what the hell you mean? We have done this before. Who the fuck is we? I ma'am, ma'am, ma'am. I don't know what type of Kool-Aid that you're drinking where you are. I don't know what's in the air over there or what you're breathing in, or whatever. But there ain't no we in this situation, just like you asking this said internet to help support you and your kids, you out of your rabid ass mind. Give me a break. I what kind of tomfoolery do you have going on here? And for the simple fact that said, Y'all judging me. Wait a minute, here's the thing if someone is judging you, you brought that on yourself because no one told you to come on said internet and share this story. No one told you to come on said internet and ask for money. No one told you to come on said internet and say that, hey, I got pregnant by some inmate, and now I'm having twins. I never told my family, but I want you all to support me because he only makes$18 a month. Ma'am, you better get on out of here with that story. I mean, get on out of here with that story, but you know, there's always someone that's sees stuff and they have rebuttals. And I have a rebuttal because I found a story that has a rebuttal to this, so now she's discrediting this lady for her story because she's trying to say, How in the hell did this happen? But hey, I'm gonna let you judge for yourself. Let me go here to the story, let me find it, and then we we'll go from there. But like I said, hey, listen, this story had me laughing, okay? I had fun with this, but here we go.
SPEAKER_03Okay, so ex-correctional sergeant here. Hi, let me tell you why that lady is a liar. If a fight breaks out in VP, one person has to stay in VP. If a fight breaks out outside, yeah, one person has to stay in VP to watch everybody who's still inside the building, right? Everybody else would have gone outside. That's one. Two, if a fight breaks out, guess what the hell is gonna happen next? A count. Y'all are gonna line, I'm sorry, not y'all. They all line up outside, at least where I was, and we did a count, right? I would count, and they would count, and then if our counts matched, plus the count that it was supposed to be, we're golden. But you say you stayed 15 minutes inside, the count would have never cleared. They would have gone looking for you. That was two, three. If the prison was like mine, then the door to the bathroom was locked, always will be locked in between anybody going through there. And it also was inspected after each person, or it should be. That's the protocol. So the door would have been locked. You would have never been able to get in there. That's bad. Uh CO bit, that's a bad CO to leave doors unlocked where you can go in and out without any supervision. That's stupid. And then what really sold it for me is the fact you asking for money, honey. Because he he got 15 years. Come on, man. Come on, man. You're saying that a man that got 15 years left got you pregnant on a one visit. I you barely was there 15 minutes, not even 15 minutes, you waited in there for 15 minutes, a five minute pump and dump, and you pregnant, and now you need everybody to fund you. You better believe in uh an abortion, you better believe in it today because you're a liar, you're a liar, and anybody who gave you money okay next.
Personal Responsibility And Prevention
D.KNow, this is someone that has worked on the inside, right? This someone has worked on the inside saying that I don't think that's possible. Not saying that it couldn't have happened, but this person saying the jail that she worked at that she didn't think this was possible. So my thing is this what do you believe here? Do you believe her or do you believe someone that actually worked on uh the inside? Here's the thing that I'm telling you that I'm believing for me. Number one, I ain't giving you no money. That's a belief that I'm telling you, I'm not giving you no money. Because again, who told you come on said internet and share that kind of story? That's your fault, no one else's fault. You said you got people in your comments calling you bird brain. I read through some of the comments, you know, some of the comments saying the main thing they harping on, they said, Who is we? Who's this we have done this before? Because again, I've never done this before, and I'm sure other people out here may have done it, so maybe some other people have, maybe people haven't, but I am part of that we, so that we're gonna take that out the equation. Number two, number two, you said you didn't even tell your family that you're pregnant by someone that's incarcerated. That's who you better lean on to for your sport network because you're gonna need it for the simple fact, you're talking about you having twins, and then you're talking about you're having a gender reveal party, and I think something about the baby shower supposed to cost like 12,000. What? What I don't get it, I don't understand it, I don't get it, and what and oh oh oh wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, don't even forget about this part. You don't have a job. What the hell you mean you don't have a job? You're not even working, but you want the internet to pay for your children. No, ma'am, you better get a dose of reality real fast and figure that stuff out, and you better do it fast. Because if you don't, I don't know what to tell you, but you better reach out to your family, you better let them know what's going on, and you better go from there. But hey, like I said, the tomfoolery is real, the tomfoolery is real, and I had to I I was just in disbelief about that one. I I was in disbelief about that one. I was just like, wow, you got to be kidding me. But you know, I saw another story, and I'm gonna share that one with you now, too. And you know, I I don't get it. You know, if you don't want children seriously, then take preventive measures to where you don't make those kind of mishaps. And what I mean by use protection, get on birth control, something like that. If you want kids, if you don't want kids, I'm sorry. And for the simple fact that you have a child, you have a child, and then you try to dump it on someone else, yeah, that's a problem. Because the child is not someone else's responsibility, the child is your responsibility, and you have to understand that if you don't, if you don't take care of that child, you have to you you're gonna have uh a lot of repercussions, a lot of hurt, a lot of anger with the children. You don't dump them on your family members, you have to take care of that child. But this one was really, really wild. I'm gonna play this one, and we're gonna talk about this one, and then we're gonna we're gonna go from there. Here we go.
Ethics Of Parenting And Foster Care
SPEAKER_02What would you do in this situation? Your brother has always been in toxic relationships, his two first baby mamas, toxic. Now he's with another girl, and toxic. They end up breaking up somehow in a relate in the middle of the pregnancy, but end up getting back together a month before she was due. Two months after she had the baby. This is when things were left because they broke up again. So one day you was at the house just chilling, and it was a knock at your door. You go to the door, it's your brother's baby's mother with your niece or your nephew. So, of course, she was happy to see them. So you took the baby out of her arm, you say hey, she said hey, but she turned around and walked off. So you was looking at her like, Where's she going? You thinking maybe she's gonna get a diaper back. So you say to her, Where are you going? She don't answer. You say again, Where are you going? She said, If your brother don't want to be a father, I don't want to be a mother and gets in her car and leave. You call your brother immediately. Your brother said, Um, sis, I don't know what you're talking about. I told her I don't want nothing to do with her or that baby. Y'all gonna have to figure that out. You tell your brother, you know, I can't do this, you know I have six kids of my own. Yes, you are a single mom of six kids between the ages of eight and six months. Your youngest is six months, your second to youngest is only one year old. So it's a lot for you now. You already stressed with your baby daddy and what y'all are going through. So to have another baby and to have day stress is what's too much for you. Your brother tells you, No, I can't help you though. So you call the mother and you say to the baby mother, I need you to come and get your kid. You said she says, What did your brother say? Why are you worried about what he said? You got to come and get your baby. She tells you she ain't coming to get a baby. So you say, You know what? Y'all got to the morning time to come and get your baby. Y'all come and get your baby in the morning time. I'm gonna have to call the department of social service to come and get your baby. The baby's gonna go and force the kid because I can't take care of the baby. Both of them respond by telling you basically, do what you gotta do because I can't help you out right now. So, of course, the next morning comes, and nope, nobody comes, nobody comes to get that baby. You even try to call them, and neither one of them answered the phone. So it was a hard decision for you, but you had to do what you had to do. You was already stressed with six kids and a baby daddy, and you, this is just not your only baby daddy, but this was just your baby daddy of the two youngest one. But you were stressed out, so you didn't need no more stress on your plate. Hard decision. So you call so service, they end up coming out, and they asked you, Was you sure? You looked at your kids and you looked at yourself, and you said, Yeah, I'm sure I can't do this. So, of course, those service takes the care baby. Now, 26 days later, your brother and his baby mama come to their house like ain't nothing ever happened. Talk about where the baby is. You say the baby's in foster care. When I tell you they was pissed, oh, they was ready to fight. They was ready to fight. Were you wrong, or are they wrong? Like, what's happening? What would you do? Y'all let me know in the comment section. Don't forget to follow me and here share my video. So see y'all later.
D.KSo you telling me my, let's say, my brother, because that's what it was, and he had toxic women, baby moms, right? And then they go ahead and have a child. They get mad with each other, they break up, they get back together, they break up, they get back together, they break up, they get back together. Then you get mad because you don't get your way. And you take your child to his sister's house, and you drop the child off. And you walk away. Like, hey, where you going? Oh, well, if your brother don't want to be a father, I ain't gonna be a mother. Where we do that at? Where we do that at? I'm serious. Where we do that at? And left. So now you call your brother. Hey, what's up? This is your child, you need to come here. Oh no. I don't want nothing to do with her or the baby. What are you serious? You call the mom back. Well, what did he say? What does it matter what he says? This is your child. You need to come over and get him. Well, I'm not coming to get him. Oh. Okay, y'all got till morning. She better than me. It wouldn't have been till morning. I'd call right away. She came over here, dropped this baby off, said she refused to come back and get him.
SPEAKER_01Mm-mm.
Closing Thoughts And Safety Sign-Off
D.KNo, that's not the sister's responsibility. Y'all both parents. Y'all gotta figure that out. And if y'all didn't want the child, then why just get the child for adoption? But the child is in the middle of something that they don't even know what's going on because they're still an infant. And that's sad that children are caught in the middle because two people who are supposed to be responsible adults are acting like children. That's truly sad. That's truly, truly sad. That they're acting like kids. They didn't once think about the safety of their child. Like your sister has six of her own. How can she take on the responsibility of someone else's? But then the kicker, 26 days later, they come to the house and then say, Where's the baby? When she told you y'all got till morning to come get this child, she gave y'all a chance. And y'all didn't take it. So she did what she needed to do for her family. And then who was wrong? Of course, they were wrong because the sister wasn't wrong. She was being nice enough to say, hey, I'll give you to mourning. And that's truly, truly commendable of the sister. But both of those parents, y'all shouldn't be able to get that child back, in my opinion, for that type of behavior. Because who's to say that she's not going to do that again? With another family member. All because she's mad with him. That's sad. That is truly sad. But that's my two cents. Like I said, Tom Foolie has been real. Thank y'all for tuning in. I enjoy each and every last one of you that listen to me and then downloads. Listen, over here on the East Coast, we got this little coastal storm over here. We got some snow going on, got blizzard conditions going up the uh east coast. Anybody that may be in that storm that lists to the show, please hunker down, be safe. I hope that everyone has an amazing week just coming up. I'm signing off.
SPEAKER_01Y'all have a good evening.
