What If Your Hardest Years Were The Doorway

She spends her life mastering the body, then childbirth takes the body away. Our guest, Isabelle Daikeler, built her identity in fitness, sports psychology, and rehabilitation, only to face a decade of chronic pain and not being able to walk. That crash forces a question most of us avoid until we have to ask it: who are you when your usual strength, control, and “fix it” tools stop working?
We follow the turning point Isabelle calls her first real prayer and what surrender actually means in practice. Not giving up, not bypassing, but letting the mind loosen so the heart can lead. From there we dig into spiritual discernment that’s usable in real life: how guidance tends to feel quiet, kind, and clear, while fear and ego show up as harsh judgment, shame spirals, and mental noise. If you’re navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, or big change, this part will land.
Then we get wonderfully practical about the Harmonic Egg, a full body sound healing and light therapy experience designed to support relaxation and nervous system regulation. Isabelle explains how music, frequency, color, and stillness can create a meditation-like reset, why some clients see it as a central nervous system reboot, and how she even offers distance sessions through intention and energy work. We close with simple alignment tools you can use anywhere: one breath, grounding, natural light, movement, music, and small pauses that change your relationships.
If this resonates, subscribe for more conversations like this, share it with a friend who needs a reset, and leave a review so more people can find the show.

Welcome And Meet Isabel
SPEAKER_00Today's guest is Isabel Dikuler. She is a meditation movement in a lot of different things. To be very transparent for anyone that's listening, we've had to kind of throw out what I had prepared, and now we're going blind. And I love this. So we're going to talk about her work at authenticity. She helps people reconnect with their inner wisdom through personalized guidance and sound and light experiences using the harmonic egg, which is so cool. Her approach is professionally honest, deeply intuitive, and centered on helping people release stress, live more authentic authentically. Amen. Create healing from within. Please welcome Isabel to Spiritual Spotlight series. I'm very happy you're here and you're being patient with me. Thank you.
SPEAKER_01It is so easy and no big deal. Thank you for having me.
SPEAKER_00Of course. So take us back to the beginning. What were the circumstances surrounding your birth and how did your early life unfold? Okay, so my early life, you mean the first 10 years of your life that you weren't able to walk.
SPEAKER_01Okay, perfect. So what you had, what you had, and you were trying to figure it out with me, was that most of my life was fitness, health, uh more centered on the body. So I did sports psychology, uh, assistant track and field, rehabilitation specialist, sport massage, training, and that was my life for a very long time. I had a few incidents where I was thrown off a little bit. I had to help myself
Fitness Identity And Early Turning Points
SPEAKER_01physically get back on track, discovered I doctored in mushrooms and herbs, dived into that. When you dive into that, somehow it brings you to emotions in the body. So that was my first introduction into huh. These elements somehow affect my emotional, my mental state. And and that then after affects my body, which was something that I didn't fully comprehend. I had a sense of, but not fully comprehend. That was the beginning. The real big jump was I'm 59. I'll be 59 in August. So I'm 59. And at 40, I gave birth. And that's when after giving birth, I couldn't walk for 10 years.
SPEAKER_00And that walk for 10 years.
SPEAKER_01And that was the big, that was the big thing because my identity was completely out the window. So, you know, the the armor, the the the pretend of strength and power and control. I was in a men's world. Back then, it was very much a men's world, especially with track and field.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01It's very different, it's changed a lot. Even the outfit, you didn't have zillion Lululemon choices, right? I had under armored black and dark blue top and bottom. That's pretty much what I wore every day, 363 days of the
Postpartum Chronic Pain And First Prayer
SPEAKER_01year. So, but anyway, I digress. So, my my identification, my strength was in that world. And even as a woman and as a married woman, what you can and cannot be and do. And now I'm back, I'm flat on my back. Yeah, I can't really move. I don't feel able to be what I thought a mom should be. I just gave birth. I thought I was gonna be hiking with him in a backpack, that kind of a mom. And all of that. So, all that is my identity just was thrown out the window, felt very vulnerable, very alone. I was very good at what I did, couldn't help myself. I had really good connection in the world in terms of rehabilitation in the body. Nobody could help me. So I got really scared. And after years and years, I basically did my first prayer. That's how I explain it. So I'm on my back, can't move, scared, difficult on a marriage. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Difficult across for you mentally, everything.
SPEAKER_01Yes, very, very scared, and not knowing what I am, right? All that is, what you identify yourself to is gone. So, what am I? What will I do for the rest of my life? What if this is it? It was chronic pain and acute pain constant for 10 years. Is this it? Is that gonna be the rest of my life? Can I live that for the rest of my life? What's the impact of that on the people around me? And so that was my first prayer where I really realized I can't fix this. Yeah, there's no tools, I have no tools that can fix what's happening.
SPEAKER_02Right.
SPEAKER_01And so it was the true understanding and the true asking for help.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01And that's when everything, as soon as I put out that prayer, that's when everything changed.
SPEAKER_00Wow. So you have spoken about surrender being an important part of your healing. What's the difference between surrendering and maybe just giving up?
SPEAKER_01It's a good question. I guess it depends what that represents for you. I think giving up. I think okay, this is the answer for me. It doesn't mean it's the answer is for everybody. The answer for everybody. Giving up for me would mean beam me up. I'm done. It's over, game over. Prayer is filled
Surrender Versus Giving Up
SPEAKER_01with a possibility of something, of help coming somehow from somewhere, meaning that by praying, by asking for help, I was suddenly allowing myself, which I hadn't done before in my life, I was not, I was not a religious person, and spirituality was present, but very vague, very fluffy, not too intense. I had never really paused, really paused. So when I surrender, I really allowed myself to let go of my mind and fall into my heart, and from my heart, a prayer came out. So it was not giving up, it was allowing another option to be the answer, if that makes sense.
SPEAKER_00It does, and to allowing yourself to be open to see what you may not be able to see, and to know that it's almost like filling yourself with hope. You know, like I know that I'm gonna get out of this somehow, somehow.
SPEAKER_01Well, that's the that's the that's the switch that was so big, is that and it this is all very subtle. So let me know if it's too subtle, but hope will come, is it's all of that is very personal, but and that's okay. It's almost yeah, none of it was a mental thing, yeah. None of it was mental.
SPEAKER_00It's like come, it came, it feels like it came from your heart, like it came from your heart, and you tapped into God.
SPEAKER_01A different organ took over. This organ turned off, right? And this organ, the heart, took over, but it was not a decision. I didn't go and turn off, I didn't say I'm gonna hope from a different place. Yeah, so there was something bigger, and and I was really not in control of any of it, but I didn't fall into a depression, a mental depression. Does it do it? It's all it's funny because when I talk about it, it's a huge difference, but I I realize hearing it, it's very subtle. But yeah, the heart took over. The heart said, It's time to lay this to rest, my mind, and let me take over. And that's what happened.
SPEAKER_00I think that's very powerful for a couple of reasons. One, I feel like being on being spiritual, open to a higher power is subtle. It's not this like the the the clouds go and the the God comes down. It's like this feeling inside of you, knowing that I'm gonna be okay. Like no matter what, I'm gonna be okay. And then you like you said, coming out of the chatter of the mind and sinking into the heart, and everything comes from the heart, you know, and we have a hard time. We're in America, shifting from here to here because we're like, but what you know, and it's but I I uh commend you so much in like acknowledging that it's subtle, but you still follow the trail, and it's big at the same time, yeah.
SPEAKER_01Sometimes when we tell stories, so no, the story of give birth, 10 years can't really walk, that's big, it's a big story, and then guidance comes and healing starts, and all that's a big story, right? But it seems big, and it is the impact is big, but the real change happens after, and the after is more subtle, and the after is internal. To this day, I will have days where internally I feel there's so much shifting, there's a change, there's an opening, there are things, and I can feel fear wrestling around, and I I feel old pattern being wrestled
Everyday Spirituality And Heart-Led Choices
SPEAKER_01with, and then a letting go and it's and it's all internal, and nothing is showing on the outside. In the outside, I'm dealing with my husband, with my child, my my son, my work, my workouts, yeah, do list. But internally, as I'm moving around and looking normal internally, I'm going through so much. So, so you know, big, subtle, it's a fine line.
SPEAKER_00Right. And it's all it's your personal definition to what's big and what's subtle could be vastly different to my like, oh my gosh. And oh, very, very different.
SPEAKER_01Like when I tell the story for the sake of podcast, yeah, I hear myself, and now I realize, oh, that was nothing. The real thing was everything after. Right. And it's like working out. So, of course, my world was in the track and field and a training, right? And a new person who starts training can have a lot of muscle gain and strength gain and everything, they do less and they get a lot more. After 10, 15, 20 years, it's all more like tweaks, and every every every uh move forward is more difficult to gain. It's more the slight tweak. Uh you can maintain more easily, but to add more muscle mass or change, get better at something, everything requires more effort and more time. It's the same thing. It's the same kind of different muscle. And your day-to-day and your ability to be vigilant and aware, and learning to be aware and watching yourself in what you say, how you say it, how you talk to people, the little tiny decisions that you make all day long, realizing that's the shit, that's your spirituality. What is happening to you in your life day to day is the deal, not the big story, not oh, I can speak to the Palladian, you know, I can feel I'm I'm, you know, people, I forgot all the words now, but you know, you can sense someone's emotional state, or you can all these gifts, right? Not that it isn't so, but that's not really where it's at. It's like the Buddha that says, don't get distracted but by anything that is an event, right? He has it, he says it better. But so, yes, guidance, yes, all these gifts, and yet spirituality is what kind of human being, how will you incorporate your heart in your day-to-day living and the decisions that you make in everything that's happening every day? The glamorous part is your everyday human part, absolutely, and staying very present and being vigilant on that is where it's at. But in podcasts, you have to tell the stories of the things that were big, but that was really just the beginning to get you on the path more with more awareness. But but then how homework homeworks are the same for everybody, whether you had the big thing or not the big thing is honing the heart aspect, the soul aspect of you as a human. Because, hey, if you're not supposed to have a body and be human, you wouldn't be in the body, right?
SPEAKER_00You would have chosen to come here as a human.
SPEAKER_01That's right. So let's honor that.
SPEAKER_00Absolutely. I think we get stuck on what's my spiritual purpose? What's my mission here? Part of your mission in life is to have a human experience, to love, to feel emotions. And I I do think that gets met, that gets like lost in the sauce sometimes. It's like you want to escape, right? Yeah, yeah. Like, how amazing is it to be able to look outside and be like, wow, look at the beautiful birds and the trees and the flowers and the ocean? Like it's amazing.
SPEAKER_01Like or look at me in angst, crying in such pain, feeling like it will never end. But I've been through this before, it will end. So, how can I live that as a human, still feeling the pain of something but with a slight angle where spirit is more present? So that I say instead of feeling like you're falling flat on a wood floor, you're falling in a hammock. You're still a human and you still feel emotions and you're still going through the pain, but there's an awareness that's more in the forefront that allows you to live the pain and the aches and the beauty from a slightly different perspective that makes life better.
SPEAKER_00So, for listeners who have never heard of the harmonic egg, what is it and how do you describe that, maybe in simple terms?
SPEAKER_01Yeah. So the harmonic egg harness sound and light. So it's literally an egg-shaped huge with um sacred geometry. Uh it has a big light on top and a big light at the bottom with a very comfortable chair that you sit and you can lay all the way to zero gravity, which is very soothing to the body. And we pick a song. We have dozens and dozens and dozens of songs that have different layers of sound and melody. And after a conversation, we sort of know what the intent is. We pick the light, we pick the sound, and you're in there for about 40 minutes, then 10 minutes of silence where you process
What The Harmonic Egg Does
SPEAKER_01and then you're cooked, and I get you out. So it's the science of sound and light, which to be to explain it simply is it life, earth itself is sound and light. So, of course, you step outside, it's a beautiful sunny day, you're on vacation, you hear the waves crashing or the trees wrestling with the wind, the sky is blue, it will make you feel a certain way, right? You hear a beautiful song, a classical song, a soothing song, you'll feel a certain way. You go to a hardcore rock and roll, you know, concert, and that will make you feel a different way. It's a busy day with cars on the freeway and it's raining and it's gray. All that will affect your body, your state of mind, how you feel. So we're harnessing that technology, which is we're built to be affected by these things, and that egg is a concentrated form of that. You come out of it feeling quite zen, as if you were very, very good at meditation.
SPEAKER_00I love that. I think that's such an amazing. I it's just it's fascinating. I can just see it in my mind. Like it's a great way I've actually looked it up. It's cool.
SPEAKER_01Like, yes, and it's a great central nervous system reset. Truly is. Which is what everyone is looking for in right now.
SPEAKER_00Yes. So what first drew you to the harmonic egg and what made you believe it was something worth exploring?
SPEAKER_01Somebody at Trust that was uh working with autistic kids introduced me to the concept. Then I f because it really helps them. And then then I flew to where Egglin, Egglin, where the the creator was, tried her egg. I had a huge migraine when I went there. And I brought somebody who I knew was not really into these things. Yeah. And I thought between my migraine and her, if we both come out of it liking it, good chance most people will enjoy it. So I came out of it feeling much better. And she came out of it shocked because she was very annoyed. She was annoyed she had to give her phone, you know, because you can't bring your phone in the your cell phone in the egg. And the whole thing, she felt like she was going to waste her time. And before she knew it, she passed out, came out of it feeling super calm and rested. And I was in a lot less pain. It was almost gone. So that's what was a big, the big decision making right there.
SPEAKER_00So cool. Why do you believe that these fragrances, the light, the color, the sound, which is amazing? Why do you feel like these actually can influence the body's natural healing process?
SPEAKER_01Well, like I said in the beginning, yeah, you we are set up. Listen, even someone's voice, don't you experience somebody's voice and you just can't, uh, just hits you wrong. You just can't listen to them. Yeah. And others, you you love their voices. Like uh, I listened to Eckhart Tole, and his voice is really soothing. I don't even care what he says, just him talking soothes me. The rhythm soothes me, the pause between his words soothes me. So, like I said earlier, we are designed to respond certain class to respond to sound. Certain uh classical musics are well known to help us feel better. So it's part of how your system is designed. The same thing with the light. We know now how important it is to get up in the morning and go outside and have real light hit your eyes. So we are designed with these elements in us. So it's just the technology of something that is quite obvious if you think about it.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, no, it's fascinating because I feel like sound healing, frequency healing, light healing, it's becoming so prevalent. And I love that you have everything wrapped in one egg. You know, it's fascinating. Like I have for myself, I have two frequency devices, one here, one at work. I have a light machine. So I and so you I can completely resonate with wow, this must be such a profound treatment for your clients that go in and experience this. And I I I think it's amazing that it was it's being used on, you know, people that have autism. How have those sessions come for somebody that has autism?
SPEAKER_01It just helps them, you know how they have these feelings.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, like pulls them in.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it just calms them down. You can really see it in dogs as well, animals. They respond amazing. I've had dogs that are very sick that they take it in so well, they're so open, so responsive to it. So it's again because it's a central nervous system reset, you can really see how people on the spectrum can really respond well to it. Um and there's something about the egg, there's so many tools, like you said. Uh I have a lot of clients that have the headsets with the glasses, and they love it. But when they come to the egg, I always say this is a full body experience, which is different. And they all acquiesce to that. It's like the whole body is taking in the sound and the light, uh, and it's very different.
SPEAKER_00Absolutely. So, you also your work also includes intuitive guidance and helping clients connect with their angels and higher intelligence. How did that spiritual ability begin revealing itself to you?
SPEAKER_01Oh, so it happened when I said that I surrendered and I threw out that prayer to the universe, that prayer. And not long after, like we were packing and leaving the next day, and my husband asked me a question, and my head, so I was flat on my back, and my upper body went up. So, just so you know, when I put out that prayer, yeah, my body elevated like a V on my tailbone. So it was my tailbone, and my upper body and lower body started shaking
Channeling And Subtle Inner Guidance
SPEAKER_01for three days, three nights nonstop.
SPEAKER_02Wow.
SPEAKER_01That went on and on and on. And and then when it stopped the next day, I was we were leaving. We were in Kauai. And when he asked a question, my upper body went up and my head shook no. And then my upper body went back down. And he kept asking questions and that kept happening. And then at some point I said, Oh my God, I wish it wouldn't have to go up because my stomach muscle was like burning. Because at that point I had lost, you know, I was 120 something. I was down to 103, I think. I had zero muscle mass. And so, like, that was like a super amount of exercise for me. And plus, I never could just bring my upper body straight up like that. And it went on. And then we were in the plane. And I said, Well, maybe it's like the spirit of the island. You know, there's all these stories about Kauai. Maybe it followed me. And let's test it, ask me a question, and my head, you know, answered. And I said, Oh my God, it followed me. Because I was totally unaware of that world. And it took me a long time to realize it's what they call channeling and it's inner guidance. And it took me several years to allow it to seep in and become like a best friend, like a voice of a best friend who wants the best for you and others. So for years and years I was just alone with it and just almost testing it on my own, right? Checking the how the information felt and what answers I was giving. And it's not like I don't show up and channel. It's sort of the client comes and I need to, it needs or I need to feel welcome and asked. And then and then it opens up. And it's very subtle now. In the beginning, it was my voice was more was different. Now it's through my own voice, but the tone and the tempo and my hands, everything is slightly different. And I can feel that it's now guidance is in the forefront, and my own mental way of thinking is is receded. And that's what it feels like. And then the information is usually better said with some depth and some information that I wasn't quite aware of. So when I speak, I don't know what's going to come up, it just comes up. So that's where it started. Took me many, many years to even tell people and then and then utilize it. And many many times I don't even talk about it. So many times in my conversation with my clients, whether it's before a healing session or before the egg, we will have conversations because the place is about helping you feel safe and heard and understood. And so it's a very sacred space that you build together. And very often, this my own thinking mind receding and guidance coming in the forefront. It happens, but I never talk about it. I don't say, Oh, now I'm channeling, right?
SPEAKER_00No, it's it's almost like it weaves into your right.
SPEAKER_01When it's needed, it comes in. Yeah. Right. If they ask a question that I can answer, if they ask a question, then suddenly it moves in and it has a much better answer.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. So throughout this conversation, which has been amazing, what I keep wanting to talk about is everything centers around like the birth canal, like birthing and the egg and your birthing experience. That's funny, yes. And I'm just like, and what's fascinating to me is that where we are now in the the universe is like we're going through this massive awakening process. So we're technically in the birth canal.
SPEAKER_01Yes, big time.
SPEAKER_00And I find it fascinating that all of your work centers around this birthing and this egg. And I'm just curious if that's something that you've maybe been like, yeah, that that makes complete sense. Or if it if it's maybe transformed a little bit of your work with all of these people that are going through this massive awakening through the birthing canal. Like, I'm just like, you're so keyed into it. Like it's fascinating to me.
SPEAKER_01It's great insight. I haven't even really paused and thought of it that way, but it's very true. And of course, I was not in charge of any of this when I was accident. I didn't plan on it when the birth turned out the way it turned out. I didn't plan on it. Right. I didn't plan on feeling like a bridge. So what you're talking about, that canal, I love, I love it.
SPEAKER_00Um the whole entire time I'm just like, bring up the birth canal.
SPEAKER_01It's so true. You're right. I used to say a bridge. I feel like I'm a bridge, and I feel like there's thousands and thousands of us, I think you are, yeah, with this podcast, that are the bridge because many people are realizing the world is not the way they really thought it was. That even as a human being, I am more than the sum of my parts. I am more than my thinking mind. The world is not functioning the way I thought it was functioning. The changes are scary. Things that used to work don't work anymore. What used to make sense to me doesn't make sense to me anymore. Technology is moving very fast and shifting what humanity is all about. We're realizing that our everyday decisions are have a huge impact on what the world will be. So the thought that we have some kind of like deity and or a government that will take care of me. And as long as I follow the rules, all is well, everything is turned upside down. And you realize that you have to own yourself and be an individual who wants its freedom and wants to think for oneself. And that starts in your own life with yourself and with people around you.
SPEAKER_00I think it brings up like this question. So, how do you practice spiritual discernment and distinguish genuine, maybe intuitive guidance from fear, ego, wishful thinking, and your own mental chatter?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, well, I'm lucky right now because it when guidance comes in the forefront, there is no chatter, there is no mental noise.
SPEAKER_02I love that.
SPEAKER_01Everything ceases, everything ceases, there's no mental thinking. So I don't know what word will come out of my mouth. So it's quite easy. It's like automatic writing, which I do for myself. I don't know what I'm gonna write on the page, so I'm very clear it's not me. But when it brings up fear and doubt and and beating yourself up, harsh judgment,
Discernment Between Fear And Truth
SPEAKER_01that's probably you. As of now, what I know of guidance is it's much kinder and forgiving, and has insides that you just feel worthy, and you feel like you're enough. You feel worthy, you feel enough, you feel lovable, and it helps you to be kinder to the other and make the other worthy and lovable and and deserving of your kindness. So, truth, right? Listening to truth and being truthful and honest. And when when too much thinking and too much debating steps in and these uh emotions are are irritating are present, pause, take a deep breath. I'm a big believer in breathing, but not just in a breathing class, but uh just one breath when you feel stuck, when you feel full of these doubts, when you feel judgmental, you take that breath or that second breath, and it instantly brings in a slightly different place. So I would say yes, when it's peaceful, when it's more quiet, when there's a clay a sense of clarity, that's usually more your heart talking. Your heart is not pointing the finger and not making you or another guilty. It's helping you to really own what you are without having shame about it. It's taking the reality of who you are without shame and guilt.
SPEAKER_00I love that answer. I'm like, I have chills. That's amazing. It's almost like being gentle with yourself, yes, while honoring your heart. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I heard somebody say, treat yourself as if you were treating your child. You know, I how would you speak to your child? Although I remember thinking some people unless you're a terrible parent. So there you go, full of judgment. Here we go, you and I.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_01A loving, kind parent that will be honest with you, tell you the truth, right? It doesn't mean you're you're not handling what needs to be handled, right? And making an adjustment, right? But I don't need to slap you across the face or yell at you, and that's what we do to ourselves all the time. We are constantly beating ourselves up, and shame and guilt does not help you change, does not help us change habits, right? Behavior, right? So being kinder and gentler usually is more effective, and guidance is that it's gentle and kind and honest and truthful, and it sees a bigger picture.
SPEAKER_00So, as a mother, how has your healing journey and spiritual practices influenced the way you parent and help your child develop emotional intelligence, empathy, and resilience?
SPEAKER_01Well, I've I was asked that one time before, and what I realized is in the beginning, I felt like I was failing as a mother because I was not physically able to be and do all the things that you think you're supposed to be. But what I realized looking back is that guidance was born, meaning I believe we all have guidance and it shows us it shows differently for each one of us, if you allow. And for me, what was extraordinary looking back
Parenting With Guidance And Trust
SPEAKER_01is that I I my son was born and there was guidance. So he interacted with me and guidance, guidance, which is this wisest, you know, I call it the heart, heart energy, so that I don't make it an outside force out there. It's within you, is the spark of love within you. So he that became normal to him. So guidance was like his best friend as he grew up and gave us answers and understanding that I didn't have before. Right. Helped me be more than what I had been. Understanding life and that little human being in front of me from a different perspective because I had guidance showing me grander, wider view of it all. So, Daniel, my son, was raised with guidance as his best friend, not knowing that some of us never listen to guidance, that that's not something we think is even real. Right. And so the guide, the gift that was given to my son was that that became a natural part of what we are. So when one day when he was much younger, and I said, I, you know what, ask your guidance. I think you, I think it would answer better. And he didn't have the reflex like I would have had. I can't talk about guidance, only special people do that. For him, it was just normal. So he's like, Oh, okay. And I said, Take a pen and paper because he's very mathematical, he's he's his brain is slightly different than mine, and obviously, and and he went and he's like, Okay, and he started automatic writing because he was never told that you can't do automatic writing. So, all these things to him were natural because mom was just mom, and so he went and wrote, and then he came and he read it to me, and he said, Oh, yeah, you were right. That's that's a perfect answer. It was very different. His guidance had a different voice, it spoke to him, and and so what the gift I gave him is his ability to go in his heart and pay attention and listen. He doesn't have to like go to a seminar and read books to feel like that spiritual aspect of us is is or isn't real, he knows it is yeah, power within and it's an amazing start.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's very profound. Before we go into our last question, if anyone is interested in learning more about the harmonic egg or your work, where is the best place for them to go to?
SPEAKER_01Thank you for asking. It's called authenticity stressless.com. It's the same on Facebook and the same on Instagram. You just Google authenticity stressless.com and you just shoot us an email. And there's a little menu, and there's all the things that I offer, and we go from there. And we can also do, just so you know, we can also do distance session.
SPEAKER_00So obviously, I was just about to ask that. I was like, wait, so if I'm in New York and you're in California, can I book a remote session? You can send me a picture.
SPEAKER_01You send me a picture, same thing with healing, and I'll put

SPEAKER_01it in the egg on the waft. The wafts are these huge kind of inflatable device that I'll also use for uh meditation and stress relief. So I put the picture on that instead of you, and I proceed exactly as if you were there. We usually have a 30-minute conversation before, talking about what's going on, what's the intent, and then I'll email you when I'm done. So and and then you're done.
SPEAKER_00Energy follows intention, so it works 100%.
SPEAKER_01Oh, it does. Even I was in that world, took me a while to really understand and see. Yeah, people would request, and eventually I was like, all right. And then and then I realized, oh yeah, like when I put the picture and I do the healing work, for me, it's as if you're there.
SPEAKER_00Absolutely. Yeah, I do integrative energy therapy, which is working with the healing angels of IET. And you can you can just take a picture of a skeleton, I can connect to you, and we're like, let's go. So it's it's fascinating to me.
SPEAKER_01Isn't it? So yes, I love it. So for Do we have time for a comment? Yes about what you just said? Yes, ma'am. Um, when you think about the fact that we now know that we are 99.9% frequencies, vibration, doesn't it make sense that healing work, energy work works? Because it's barely there. It feels like it is, but it's barely there. So of course, distance doesn't change a thing. We are frequency upon frequency upon frequency, and there is no boundaries, and everything merges as one, and we affect each other that way. So, all of these concepts that were more in the spiritual world, in a healing world, I think on our seeping in the normal world for lack of a better word, 100% agree because of quantum. It's really showing us why it's working.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. I it's funny because in my in my day job, I'm a registered nurse and I run a doctor's office.
SPEAKER_01Beautiful.
SPEAKER_00So you can tell, like you can people are like, you can tell the energy is different depending on the days that we some people are not there. I'm like, yeah, because you know, we're energetic bodies. That's right.
SPEAKER_01Our how we carry our energy matters, and you know, so it's you go to a dinner or a party and you walk in and you feel super comfortable, you think a little off. Yes, yes.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I love that. It's so true. And then, like, when you leave the grocery store and you're like, all right, gotta wipe off that energy. We're good. I we're good. So whether someone is parenting, leading a team, building a business, or simply trying to navigate a demanding life, why is inner alignment so essential? And what everyday practices help you return it to when big life becomes overwhelming for you?
SPEAKER_01Well, it's essential for the obvious, right? So think about it. If you're aggirritated, impatient, you know, something just happened and it it made you, you're just out of sort, you're not grounded. And then you have to have an interaction. That interaction will not have the same quality as if you had a good night's sleep, you hung out with your honey, you had a nice walk, you had a nice phone call, you know, you had a lovely time
Inner Alignment Practices For Real Life
SPEAKER_01before that interaction, everything you will change, you will talk differently, you will feel differently, your response will be different. Another example I gave in another podcast is if somebody's angry at you and comes angry and you slap them or you yell at them, well, everything that will unfold after that will be very different than if you had said, Hey, I'm so sorry. I can see now that what I said or did was not okay, or I don't understand why you're angry. Can you please explain to me? Or this doesn't feel good to be yelled at. Is there another way that we can move through this? Yeah. So obviously, being out of sort, out of alignment, that that's what it means. It simply means you're not in a peaceful place, in a quiet place where you can respond. Your central nervous system is out of whack and you react. And we all know the difference between responding and reacting. Yes. And one will create an outcome, karma, that will be very different than another. So it is very important to learn to be aware when you are not right and to know what to do. So obviously, like I just said, the tool for me is breath because you don't need to get it, you don't need to buy it, you don't need another human being to tell you how to do it. You can take breath class, yes, and it's fantastic. But honestly, if you can just breathe in and have a slightly longer breath out, just doing one or two of those will help you tremendously. Yeah, everybody talks about grounding, it's the obvious. If you take off your shoes and you put your feet on the ground and it takes a few a few breaths, it will you'll see, it will shift right away. So to me, that's my go-to. It's my instant go-to. And it doesn't have to be three, four, five breaths. You don't have to have a technique. Take that breath. I don't care if it's even if it's not, you know, a longer breath out, which is useful, you know, four, eight or three, six, or you know, two, three, and then six. It doesn't matter, just breathe. Just take a beat, take a pause before you respond or react. And that would that alone will help you so much. But taking bats, going outside, looking at the sky, reading a good book, putting a song that you like, you know, petting your cat or your dog. They're amazing that way. Uh, laying down, taking a walk, working out, you know, jogging. It's anything and everything that you enjoy. That will enjoy meaning it will put you back in your heart space.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that is so important. Isabel, I'm gonna thank you so much for coming on the Spiritual Spotlight series. It's truly been amazing to connect with you today.
SPEAKER_01It's been fun. I've loved the pre record recording time and the recording.
