In the debut episode of the Showing Promise podcast, I'm hanging with my best bromo, Stuart Stock-Tucker. Stuart and I have a storied history, abundant with great moments and memories, but none perhaps more monumental than the night of his coming out. It has now been just over a decade since then, and we are taking a look back on life in and out of the closet. In this episode, Stuart shares his personal experience as a member of the LGBTQA+ community, dealing with fear and pressure, coming out to friends and family, the influence of our beloved music scene, and simply surviving in a world that is hell-bent on hatred.
