Emily served her country for 34 years as both a Naval Officer and civilian federal employee. She has extensive experience as a contracting officer and small business professional, retiring as a member of the Senior Executive Service and Director of the Department of the Navy's Office of Small Business Programs in May 2019. Now, as a Certified Professional Coach, Emily helps her clients transform their dreams into reality so they can create a life they love while achieving new heights of authentic success.
