Tayla (@taylabubeck_) is my business coach, and she is also very well versed in trauma. We see a lot of gaps in peoples knowledge and how they view trauma, and in turn how they utilise spaces to help them with working through it,
We talk about the importance of patterns, and what to make sure you do when you become a client, as well as going into our unpopular opinions that will become popular - namely, the way that we see pop psychology causing more harm than good & that we dont stand by labels such as 'empath' and 'narcissists'.
