Mental Health is a serious topic for everyone. The military has a high rate. being a Marine and learning that many of my brothers have passed due to Suicide is tough to understand and accept. In this episode, I talk to a Marine friend of mine, who details his story of almost doing it himself many years ago and explains his mental pain and struggle.
