I get asked often, why did you start this Podcast? My answer, with so many cool employees that work behind the scenes, its so fun to bring them in to record a podcast without any notice! Unscripted and off the cuff, we bring employees in and hit the record button and we never know what is going to happen. Rick kept us laughing with details of how he went from retirement to Patti's employee al in a day! This one was so fun, we knew it would be as soon as Rick sat down with his check 1,23...let the laughs began!
