Chef Kevin’s passion, dedication and attention to detail allowed him to excel in the culinary field. Finding his home at the Settlement, he focuses on ways to be creative with the different type atmospheres of the two restaurants, Patti’s 1880’s Settlement and T Lawson’s Grill in both food, events and marketing.
