#30: Liz and Bryce The Third are back this week for another "couch conversation," diving into the topic of mentorship. While Bryce views mentorship as a vital part of his growth — not just recovery but also behavioral health and entrepreneurship — Liz shares a different perspective. She sees mentorship as a valuable option, not a necessity.

Now in a season of life where she has a lot of choices, Liz emphasizes trusting herself to know which tools are the right ones to reach for. A key realization for her has been understanding that she's allowed to walk away from paths that no longer serve her — because one thing she truly belongs to is herself.

Together, Liz and Bryce explore how mentorship shows up in different ways, and how personal judgment and compassion are important tools we have for recognizing which spaces align with us. Tune in as they reflect on mentorship, meaningful friendships, and how we can maintain those quality relationships that support and uplift us.
