I was never very interested in going to see psychics. Or, to be more honest, I always thought it seemed a little bit scary to be told of my future.

But after Nicholas died, I read a book called 'After This' by Claire Bidwell Smith and it really changed my perspective on psychics and how those spiritual experiences can actually help us in our grief.

Over the past few years, I've seen a few different psychics, mediums and healers, so I thought I'd give you the run down on how I've found each experience. I also share a bit about looking for spiritual signs from loved ones who have passed on.
