As we've recently passed the four year mark since Nicholas died, I thought I'd share my reflections on grief and whether I think my grief will last forever, based on a blog post I wrote last year. I feel like there were big differences in my grief over the first couple of years, but the shifts have been less significant over the past 12 months.
