Welcome to episode 111 of The Light Seekers Lounge podcast! Today, we're kicking off season six with a deep dive into choosing a word of the year. If you haven't heard of this concept, it's all about setting an intention (as opposed to New Years' resolutions) for the year ahead - and it's a practice I've been doing since 2013!
