But we're coming to a moment in this podcast, where we're going to pause and do some things which we'll talk about in a second. And also,

Oh my gosh, this is landing on such a nice number. Our last episode Taylor Swift shout out was episode 59. So guys, we are recording episode 60. Today, it's a minisode. And no, this podcast is not going away forever. But it is going to take a quick hiatus because there's a few things going on, which we'll get to in a second. But first we wanted to give you some just live updates that are going on before we go into this quick hiatus.

we are an unscripted podcast. So some going on that we have going on in our life are we just wrapped our fourth cohort I've already said coach, we just graduated an incredible crew of human beings. we just launched our fifth cohort with 10 Incredible shiny new human beings 10 New collectible items just getting launched our fifth cohort and it's full, it's 10. And we've just kicked off last week. So we're in it and it always feels like the first day of school and we kick off. So we're super excited.

Emily Merrell  

And I don't I just want to like touch for a second on launching y'all. It is no joke. Like if you are planning on launching something, clear your schedule, tell your partner tell your child to tell your dog that you will not be seeing them for a while because it is not something to be taken lightly. It is something that requires a lot of attention, a lot of commitment, a lot of follow up. And I'm really proud where we landed.

Me too. It was a hustle Not gonna lie, guys. While some things you know, we know ourselves. Well, we know the cohort, we know how to sell it. That doesn't mean we still don't go into go mode every time we're trying to find 10 more perfect humans to bring an invite into our room. So we kicked off the fifth cohort. And now we're not going to tell you like exactly what's going on. But we're going to TEASE TEASE to you that Ready Set coach 2.0 is currently in the lab. It is in the lab. Yeah, we're

cooking up something. We're we're cooking up something spicy, we're cooking. We're basically we had a bass Margarita before. And now we are adding some spice to it that we're really looking forward to and this is definitely a piece of advice for all of your businesses to to think about is at what point are you ready to iterate? At what point are you ready to look at your drawing board and ask yourself these questions like is this? Is this exactly the way that you want to move forward? For your next launch? Is this the exact way you want to move forward in your business and Lex and I both are at this at this crossroad in where we have had Ready Set coach now since 2020, the end of 2020. And our first iteration we're so frickin proud of but I think we're ready for our second baby.

We're ready. We're ready to grow it a bit and we're super excited. This baby has been something we've been talking about for a really long time. Just now. Oh life is aligning that it makes sense to begin to conceive.

Emily Merrell  

Oh, no. Here she goes, guys, we're not having babies like let's just be really clear though that we are neither Lexi and I are not having another baby. At this moment in time we make baby inequities but we are not ourselves. Currently in the moment cooking moment cooking up our own baby,

human in our belly. No, but we are we are going to be basically here's what you can expect, guys. We're gonna we're gonna go chat for August.
