Episode #32 (Spousal Loss Series Ep. #1): "Uncover and Discover" in Grief
Show Notes

"Grief is life changing but it doesn't have to be life ruining" is what my guest, Michelle, discovered as she began walking and continues to walk her grief journey. In addition to this incredible discovery she highlights a few other discoveries she's found along the way:

  • A spiritual awakening that continues as she learns how to live from the inside out
  • Learning how to embrace death as part of life instead of it being something to fear

Michelle Kolling is a trained end of life doula and founder of HELD where she helps people create the life they want until their last breath. Michelle provides non-medical practical and emotional support to the dying and their caregivers. In addition to helping people facing end of life, she provides advanced planning services, is a certified life, leadership and communication coach, and is a living funeral ceremony practitioner. Michelle is a member of both INELDA and NEDA and is a member of the Steering Committee for the Minnesota Death Collaborative.
