Jethro Casie (00:01.784)
Welcome back to another episode of Case by KC Kingdom Secrets of Success. Hope you guys are blessed and wanted to come on here as man, honestly today was an extremely lazy day. I'm realizing that the spirit of laziness, procrastination, whatever it may be is something that is in my life and that needs to get out of my life.

I really want to come on here. I don't really have a specific topic, but the reason why I wanted to record a video despite being lazy is I'm realizing that God has called me into, I guess, like an online ministry, right? And I'm trying to figure out what that means. But for a while I was avoiding the call of God. And I think one of the main reasons...

And I felt this way pretty much every solo episode. Interviews are a bit different, but I was, and I still am, not scared, that's not the right word, or fear. Well, I fear in a sense, not that I carry a spirit of fear, but I wouldn't want this to happen to where I'm now a teacher of the gospel, or a teacher of the word of God, because I feel like I'm still in my own right.

growing in the faith and obviously we're always growing in the faith but I feel like it's only been two, two and a half years and maybe that's me and then God has a whole different plan for me, But what I'm coming to know is that not only for myself but also for other people is that many people online are trying to teach and me personally I'm just not sure if they're all called to be teachers because I think that's a very different thing and I know the Bible has a verse and I don't have anything written down so this is just me

to talk to you guys. But I know the Bible has a verse about like to like be careful of what you teach. I'm paraphrasing, of course, but be careful of what you teach because what you teach will be also like you'll be held accountable for. And I think especially in my early days and I'm reflecting on it now, I think the Lord will obviously spend more time with him. He will iron these things out. But the reason and inspiration for this podcast in a sense was because I was so

Jethro Casie (02:22.986)
on fire for God and had this deal of just finishing reading the Bible. I was raised Catholic my whole life. Now I decided to obviously become like non-denominational, just say I'm Christian. And what really led that change was the emphasis on the power of God. And even in this podcast, right, the purpose of this podcast is to reveal kingdom secrets so that you may walk in the power of the Holy Spirit. But now I've just been questioning, have I been getting

this whole Christian thing wrong, this whole Christianity thing wrong. Is it necessarily about the power or the person who gives the power? And obviously we're all like, yes, praise master Jesus. Thank you, Jesus. He is the one who saved my life. He's the one who changed my life. But I remember even early on in my walk, the zeal to walk in the power of God, to manifest the power of God. And I realized my theology, maybe not theology is right word, my doctrine was off.

I say that in the sense that I had to come to the realization that I was seeing Moses perform these miracles. I was seeing Jesus perform these miracles. Paul, every, whoever else performed the miracles in the Bible, Elijah calling fire from heaven. All these different amazing, wonderful acts, right? And I was like, yeah, Lord, Lord, I want that. Father God, use me.

Use me Lord Jesus as you use Elijah and even greater. Use me Lord as you use Moses and even greater. Use me Lord as you use Jesus and even greater. And while I don't think that's a bad thing at all, right? I want, I still want that in the sense of I want God to raise. And I guess this is where the conflict is. like, is the focus on me or is it on God? Cause I was about to say I want God to raise me up. But why I guess I really should be saying what I really should want.

forgot to be glorified through me. You know, I've been thinking about what apostle Paul said, how there's these other apostles in the Bible who are, guess, demonstrating their power. But Paul comes to you and says that even though I can do all more amazing works than all of you, I can do many more miracles than all of you. I'm paraphrasing. But he comes to say that.

Jethro Casie (04:46.282)
I'm humble, right? I come to you to only glorify you so that I can only boast in you. And I've really been trying to check my heart posture. And I hope you're able to do the same because I'm just thinking about throughout my life and hasn't been too long as I've walked this walk of Christ, right? I'm like, have I really been trying to do things to glorify God or because I want the glory in any small part of me? Because right, says, the Bible says that pride cometh before the fall. It's another verse that has been on my mind.

and I want and it's deep because and I'm questioning

where I am in my walk and yeah I guess if I've really been putting the focus on me and the reason why I say that is because the verse obviously I'm into if you guys don't know already I'm into prophetic I believe in speaking in tongues that God still moves and I guess that's more if you're listening to this you're probably similar but if this is your first time listening I'm learning a lot about what it means like different types of Christianity and there's people out there who I believe they're called sensationists they don't believe that God does

pretty much any maybe he still heals but I don't really know what they believe to be honest I have to my research but there's people out there and I wouldn't even name them but there's people out there who believe that like people don't do healings that that was the time of that was just reading the Bible like people got healed demons were casted out of in the past I don't believe that right but then there's people also on the other side of the extreme where I guess and this is where I believe I kind of was maybe I'm turning out of that I don't really know I'm just

to share where I'm at like in my spiritual walk and be transparent with you guys is fully about yeah the power of God and miracle signs and wonders I would say that's the opposite so people who don't believe in miracle signs and wonders and the manifestation of God in our times while those who are like miracle signs and wonders yes yes yes and the Bible talks about

Jethro Casie (06:45.922)
That there would be doctrines and let me actually pull up the verse here. me one second. Bible verse about doctrine of devils and I believe seducing spirits. Let's see what comes up. So this is one Timothy four verse one. Now the spirit speaketh expressly that in latter times, some shall depart from their faith, giving heed to seducing spirits.

and doctrines of devils. This is first Timothy four, one verse two says speaking lies and hypocrisy, having their conscience seared with a hot iron, forbidding to marry and commanding to ex-tain for meats which God had created to be received with Thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. And it goes on to say a few different things. And the other verse that

everybody loves to quote especially in I guess the body of Christ is the verse about false prophets. Let me pull that up here. So it says here in a few different verses right it says Matthew 7 15 beware of false prophets who come to you in sheep's clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves beloved do not believe every spirit but test the spirits to see whether they are from God

for many false prophets have gone into the world. Matthew 24, 24 says for false Christ and false prophets will rise and perform great signs and wonders so as to lead astray if possible, even the elect. And we can go on and on and this isn't a teaching about false prophets or anything like that. And maybe I don't feel like I have the even spiritual understanding. This is something that I've always tried to grow in because I don't want to be.

deceived in anything that I do. Right? want to make sure that because and this is where I'm like, if somebody were to be deceived into believing something that is false, like what the would God judge them for that in terms of there's another Bible verse that says that, even going to the verse where it says Jesus is speaking.

Jethro Casie (09:11.948)
And he says, or people are coming to him and they're saying, but Lord, we've done this healing and we've cast it out these demons and we prophesied Lord offering. We were giving you the glory the whole time, but he says, the part for me, you unfaithful servant. never knew you. And I guess that's my fear. Not my fear. Let me take that back. I don't carry spirit of fear, but that's something I don't want to happen. I don't want to be so obsessed with the power of God that I never truly got to know God.

Because what I'm seeing right now in the body and I'm really trying to understand where we're at. Because right now I feel like depending on where you're at with your walk and your level of faith, Like spiritual things start to open up to you, start to have these different encounters. And maybe I'll do an episode on the things that I've experienced. But what I'm realizing is that...

While God, yes, he's a miracle working God. Yes, he's God who give you sign. Yes, he's a God who commit wonders.

Just like in Exodus, there's also false prophets, there's also magicians who can copy and do the same thing. And my whole thing is I want to make sure that when I come to Jesus after or at judgment day or whatever the case is, that I'm not one of the ones who God says, depart from me, you unfaithful servant, or you worker of iniquity. I think that's what he says, that I never knew you.

I don't want to get so caught up in the power and manifestation of God that I actually don't get to know my God. And I think that's the word for today is, and I'm speaking to myself, it's also speaking to you, is begin to check your understanding of the word. I believe in, I don't know if I think most Christians would agree with this, but everything that we do should be rooted in the word of God.

Jethro Casie (11:08.686)
not say and I and maybe this is controversial I don't believe that everything is in the Bible in the sense that how do I even describe this and maybe this is wrong and this is where I need to grow right but when I say I don't believe everything is in the Bible in the sense of like not every problem or situation or thing is in the Bible but the Bible says things like nothing new is under the sun and it gives us like principles I guess to how to deal with stuff and the reason I guess how I would relate this to maybe somebody who thinks everything's in the Bible

the sense is if you teach somebody how to fish, you teach them the principles or the technique or the guideline, the rules on how to fish. So I feel like the Bible isn't giving us everything and even it says it in the gospels that Jesus performed all types of signs, miracles and wonders and healings and if they were to write it down there would be there wouldn't be enough books or pages on the earth to keep them. So we know there's things that Jesus himself did that aren't in the Bible. So imagine

much more for the prophets where they gave us like Jeremiah or I believe it's Jeremiah or whoever it is has the 60 Isaiah with the 66 books. Lord Jesus help me. I want to say despite all this because I've been through this in a sense before but I don't think I took it seriously is I don't I'm not confused. I think we have to get to the point where we know that we love Jesus but we know that we can fall and make mistakes.

and making sure that we're always leaning on the Holy Spirit. So that's the word for today. Are you truly leaning on the Holy Spirit? Who's leading you? Because if it's your own will and your desires and you want to manifest the power of God, that's amazing. That's great. But one, make sure it's the Holy Spirit leading you. And two, it's in God's timing. Because I think the big theme...

that I've been learning is obedience is always better than sacrifice. Like I think of the story, I think sometimes we make God just to be grace, grace, grace and mercy. And yes, that's him. But I was listening to somewhere, I heard this, social media, but that God's not just the lamb, he's the lion. Jesus isn't just the lamb who is slain or the lamb who is slain since the foundations of the earth. He's also the lion of Judah.

Jethro Casie (13:33.048)
See the devil comes around, rowing, roaring, or prowling, like a hungry lion looking for who he's gonna devour, right? But we have, and this is where I'll...

seeing or hearing like how Jesus operates as a lion. Cause when you're, when you're truly the, the king of the jungle in the sense, and he's the king of Kings, you don't have to showboat who you are. You don't have to showboat what you can do because you know who you are. And I think that comes back to Lord Jesus. Thank you. I think that goes to like the story of when the people in the new Testament are trying to cast out demons and demons like Paul, know Jesus, we know, but who are you? So when

things or people or demons, spirits already know you in the spirit, you don't have to prove to them. You don't have to say like, I'm Paul. They're going to know who you are. So if you're doing something where it's not, when you're doing something where it's not for the glory of God, but it's to prove who you are, you're already making a mistake spiritually. Cause people should already know who you are.

Obviously if they're spiritual enough to catch it, but specifically even demons, So I think, yeah, that's the message is check where you're at with God. Where's your relationship with the Lord? Do you think he would ever say to you, do you think it's a possibility even slightest? And if it is, maybe, you know, the Bible talks about working your salvation out with fear and trembling. You know, I would read that verse before or hear that verse before and I'm like, I'm saved.

But then there's also another verse where Paul talks about, I think he ran the good fight and he made it to the end. And I bounced between, I'm still not definitely sure, but I lean more towards versus the camps of one saved, always saved and you can lose your salvation. I definitely lean more towards losing your salvation. Cause even it says that the verse that one of the verses we read quite a few, right? It says,

Jethro Casie (15:42.538)
Many shall depart from the faith, I believe. And going after these seducing spirits. So check your Christian walk. Are you being holy like God is holy? Are you fully surrendered to the Holy Spirit? And it's not easy, right? But are you fully... There's grace. That's the point where I'm getting to. There's grace, there's mercy, but there's also justice. So just because you're under the grace and you're no longer under the law doesn't mean you can't lose... I won't say that.

It doesn't mean that you can't sin against God. And if you're not living a repented life, if you're still holding on to these secret sins and you're just going to God, Lord, I know you're going to forgive me. Be careful. The Bible says the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. And I feel that's my that's my goal for 2025. I'll make it plain to you guys. The fear of the Lord. I need that spirit. I need the spirit of the fear of the Lord.

to be upon you. I just want to end off in that prayer. Father, in the name of Jesus, we thank you, Lord, for calling us back onto you. Father God, for never leaving us nor forsaking us. That Father God, if we were to even leave you, Lord, Father God, you would leave the 99 for the one. Jesus, we worship you for being a just God, but also a merciful God.

a God of grace, a God of mercy. Lord, I ask that you would forgive our sins, Lord Jesus, that you will give us the understanding to bring up even our secret sins onto you.

Father God, I ask that you would bless your people. That Father God, you would bring them to a place where they can capture the spirit of the fear of the Lord, where it will rest upon them, so they may begin to move in wisdom, not the wisdom of the world, but the wisdom of God. In Jesus' name, amen. God bless you guys.
