Welcome back to another episode of case by Casey kingdom secrets to success. If you're new to this podcast, this is a podcast set to show you how to walk in the power of the Holy spirit through interviews as well as solo episodes. And today's episode is titled launching pad. The inspiration for this episode is I just came back from Texas last week and I was able to have a really, really

appointed experience, divine experience, I would say, where I got to fellowship with other Christian men. If you're a new listener, if you've been listening to this podcast, you'll understand that I'm more on the prophetic side. I believe in prophets that they're still around. And I haven't been exposed to, since relatively new in this Christian walk, I haven't been exposed to other sides of the body of Christ. And this ministry that I want to

was more of a evangelist ministry. A lot of people in the place were evangelists. Yeah, there were some prophets, were some maybe like pastors and teachers, but mainly evangelists. And I wanna start off by saying I'm blessed and I hope you guys get to experience something as well where it's not just being around the same people in your church, in your ministry, in your circle. Because a lot of the times our blessings

are going to be in where we're currently at, but it can also be in a different place in terms of where God has somebody who you need to meet. Whether that's a destiny partner, somebody who's just going to give you an encouraging word. And I experienced a lot of that this weekend. And the reason why I decided to go on this launching pad and the person who leads this, his name is Steve Weatherford. He's a former NFL champion. Was that like the heights of the heights in terms of like

like money influence in the world. And he's still empty and he shared his testimony and a lot of men got up and shared their testimonies. They're vulnerable. And I think that's one thing that we can do so much. I'm reminded of the Bible verse. I believe it's in James where he talks about confess your sins to one another and pray for one another that you may be healed or something like that.

Jethro Casie (02:24.482)
This was the first weekend where I got to truly live out that scripture. And I'm just so blessed and grateful for the Holy Spirit for leading us into that. you know, the Bible talks about that the Holy Spirit will teach us in all things, but some things are right in front of us and we just have to practice it practically. So when we're around people and especially in your own,

ministry and people who are already around you many of the times we don't actually put the Word of God to practice something simple as confessing your sins to one another and I'll condemn or not condemn that's wrong word but I'll congratulate the Catholic Church for doing that because when I was raised Catholic that's something that was a practice it was like you go to the priest you go confess your sins so that you can release that weight off your shoulder and it's so much different I won't say it's better or worse but it's so much different

when you can do that around people who are like-minded, who are brothers, who you begin to have a relationship with and who can be vulnerable back with you. And that's really the word of encouragement today because that trip taught me that there, thank you, Jesus. That trip taught me the understanding of the scripture or like a practical revelation or practical wisdom as I applied this scripture. The Bible says that in our weakness, we are strong.

And there's all these men, all these guys who are like super muscular, way bigger than me, men who are multimillionaires. They have businesses, they're good family man, good family men. And yet they were all struggling with something that until that they shared their weakness, until that they were vulnerable, they were able to fully receive what God had for them. And that's the other thing that I learned that as I went up there and I shared what I was vulnerable and I could share that with you guys as well. And I think I've shared it.

multiple times, but I've struggled with, or I used to struggle with, thank you Jesus, I used to struggle with pornography and masturbation and even when I was back in the world for a certain time, like fornication and sexual sin, but what this launching pad taught me and the same freedom that is available for you guys as well is that we don't have to, it doesn't have to be our struggle anymore.

Jethro Casie (04:50.126)
The Bible says to cast all your anxieties and your worries onto Christ, but especially as men, and this could be for women too, we tend to isolate ourselves. We tend to try and do things ourselves, even though when what we've been trying to do isn't working, we'll be tricked, whether that's by the enemy, whether it's by ourselves, into not truly leaning on others, leaning on those who God has sent to you. Cause I believe that there's somebody who God has sent to you if you're listening now.

who actually has your, I wouldn't say deliverance in their hand or their healing in their hand, but has a word for you, a word of comfort, a word of healing. Cause many times when we're going through something in secret, what we need to do is just bring it to the light. that light is, the Bible says that we are the light of the world. We are the salt of the earth. So sometimes what you need to do is like when your light is enough, you bring it to somebody else who you know, somebody who has a...

I wouldn't say a greater light, but just a different light from you to shine it onto your problem. Cause when something is in secret, it eats away at you. And that's what pornography and masturbation was, was doing to me. would tear up my confidence. It would mess up my relationships, not just in terms of like a, like a significant other, but just people around me. And then it would also affect my purpose and whether your issue that you're dealing with or something that you've been struggling with.

is masturbation or non-sexual related. I'm sure that's a common occurrence, a common feeling that's messing up your purpose. It's messing up your sign. Might even be messing up your relationship because when I was around all these strong men, all these men who were successful or seemingly, right, they're successful on the outside. But when you have the secret sentence, it makes you miserable on the inside.

Even though you have Jesus, right? And this isn't for people who aren't Christians. I'm talking about Christians, people who believe in God, who, yes, they've given their life to Christ. Yet they were, we were, many of us were still in bondage, felt like we were in bondage. And what I realized is that one, masturbation and pornography, I already knew this, but it's crazy to see when you just notice it in person and people are honest about it, is that so many people, not even just men, mainly men, but-

Jethro Casie (07:14.914)
So many people, women included, deal with this issue. And it's rampant. It's a false sense of security, right? It's a false sense of comfort. But there is freedom. And that's what the launching pad taught me. And also, to understand that we already have the authority in Christ Jesus, you know, especially being in prophetic ministry and being around people who are, I would say, like spiritually at a level that I am striving to be at.

I believe that just like in anything, that there's levels to the kingdom as well. There's different revelations, understanding of who God is, understanding of His word, even different levels of relationship. We're all sons and, excuse me, we're all child of God. Some of us are servants, some of us are slaves to God. The Bible calls us, we're supposed to be slaves to God. Some of us are sons, so it's all levels of different relationships.

And being in a prophetic ministry and seeing like the manifestation of God, I would disqualify myself at times, even though I know like what prophetic words I've received about what I'm going to do for the kingdom. At times I would doubt myself, wondering if like, do I really have this? Is this really for me? And I've received this word a few times where it's like,

And this is personal for me, but the word was you're waiting for the prophet to approve you when God has basically already approved you. God is waiting on for me personally to go. I feel like that's a word for somebody as well. The Holy Spirit is telling you that you're trying to wait for somebody to come to you to tell you that it's time. But just as the Bible says, as you draw closer onto God, he draw closer onto you. It's a testament. It's a

It's a test, I would say, of faith. And for whoever this word is for, and I'm speaking to myself too, is that we have to walk out by faith, not waiting for somebody to come and approve us when you're approved by God. And I knew these scriptures were talked about since we have the Holy Spirit and Jesus died, that authority is given to us, that power is given to us through what Jesus has done, right? But

Jethro Casie (09:39.552)
I realized at this event specifically that I didn't want to claim it. When I say claim it, not in the sense that I didn't have it, but in the sense that I wasn't walking in that. I wasn't walking in authority. I wasn't walking in power. I wasn't walking in the gifts that the Holy Spirit has given me. I would believe it at times, but I didn't have full faith and full belief that I am who the scripture says I am. And that I live how the scripture says I'm supposed to live.

And I'm thinking now, it's like how many people, and not in like a condemning myself way, and I don't want you to think like this about yourself either, but in the sense of how much more could you have done for the kingdom? Because when you're around evangelists, something that I noticed is they have such a big emphasis on winning souls. I was really, really surprised on like how big of an emphasis winning souls are in the sense of.

Obviously the Bible talks about like what you do here on earth You will be rewarded for in heaven and not everybody has done this same amount of work for God's kingdom, right? Everybody's gonna be saved but a reward is different Like everybody will be like if you have kids like you love your kids equally, but some kids you wouldn't trust the business to versus others and I say that to say that they're Not even zeal or desire to win souls, but their obedience there's like we're coming to the end of the

the event, the launching pad. And the person leading it, Steve Weatherford, we're all taking pictures with him. And then he's like, yo, like, up, like, guys, like, we we gotta hurry up. There's time to like, go, we have to go like, some souls, save some souls. And I saw like the urgency and this is like a person, when I saw that, I was like, that's a man who's about his father's business. And that's who I want to be. I want to be somebody who is about God's business, who focuses not on the things of the world, but the things of the kingdom.

And I believe that's also a growing process as you begin to understand that there's less and less that this world can give you that everything that we truly desire is in Christ. And then we have that faith, that belief that God is who he says he is, because something that was talked about is like, and then I had to confess to that, like, yo, sometimes I don't like I believe in God, but I don't believe in God in the sense of not that he's not God, but that like his word is true.

Jethro Casie (12:04.47)
And even saying that, right, it sounds crazy, but that's how I felt at times. Like, I know God, he said, you're going to provide, but it's scary to walk out on faith sometimes. Like you need a lot of faith to walk out on faith. it's, it's, it's a, at times it's scary. And that's why, like, when you think about like all the stories in the Bible, the main thing in common with all the men and women is that they were men of faith. The Bible says that without faith, you can't even please God. So that was something I learned from the launching pad is that.

My level of faith has to increase to go where God is going to bring me. I need to really trust God, because if I trust myself, the Bible says that there's a way that seems right onto a man, but it leads into destruction. So why would I begin to trust myself when I know that there's a God who will never leave me or forsake me a God? This is that all things are working for my good, since I love them. And I would say the last thing that I learned on this launching pad, and I would encourage for

everyone listening to to do as well.

is to understand that you're truly not alone on this walk. on that, being surrounded by other Christian men, realize that my problems aren't unique to me. And I know this through scripture, but it's different when you truly live it. The Bible says that nothing is new under the sun. And my understanding of that scripture is like, we've all gone through the same problems. Maybe not like you listening right now, I've gone through similar problems, but somebody has.

And nobody has lived your life, but everybody has lived aspects of your life. That time when you were struggling to pay your bills, the time when you maybe said something wrong to your girlfriend, the time when you had that secret sin that you were holding onto. We've all gone through that. And I just want to encourage you because I believe in this time, in this season, it is time for your own launching pad.

Jethro Casie (14:03.342)
I'm not sure where the Lord is going to bring you or who he's going to surround you around, but I believe that there will be a time where your launching pad is coming soon. So I'll just end off in that prayer. Father God, I thank you Lord for allowing us to gather here. Lord, your word says where two or three are gathered in your name that you are in the midst. And Lord, I know that I am by myself currently, but there is somebody who is listening and that while we are gathered in this prayer, Lord, I know that you are here between us. So father God, I thank you and I worship you.

for being my God, the God of God, the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords, the God who answers, the living God. And Lord, as I ask you to open up this person's eyes to see their own launching pad, to see whatever they need, whatever people they need to encounter, Lord, to receive their freedom. Father God, we know that we already have freedom in you, but there's some things that we need to confess to some people. There's some things that we need to repent of, Lord Jesus.

So Father God, in your mighty and powerful name, all I do is ask that you will introduce the listeners Lord to who their launching pad is, who will launch them into the next part of their destiny. In the mighty and powerful name of Jesus, amen. God bless you guys and looking forward to talking against you.
