Ep 28---

Should women have to sacrifice their careers for parenthood or to achieve physical and mental wellness?

This is the topic of conversation in today’s episode as I sit down with a good friend of mine, Alison Clarke.

Alison reveals how she conquered her own health and fertility struggles by making some major and minor changes in her lifestyle. We talk about some of these lifestyle changes and how they made a big difference in her own journey to eventually getting pregnant and becoming a mum for the first time.

DoTerra and the power of essential oils come into focus as Alison tells us the difference between DoTerra’s products versus other brands of essential oils. We talk about the importance of education when it comes to using oils and why Alison created a holistic program called the Life Switch Co with the aim of empowering women to make positive changes in their own lifestyles.

The challenges women face in the workplace when dealing with fertility issues and the importance of hormonal health also come up in conversation. This leads us to the transformative workshops, support, and guidance provided by her new venture, Fembition, and how the program is designed to optimize fertility and manage stress in relation to work.

We finish on the power of community and support, and the profound connection between emotional and physical well-being.
