Carlo and Florence sit down with Anna Marie Jehorek, a travel blogger, author and Irish dancer from North Carolina, whose connection to Boyle stretches back to 1983 when she first visited with her mother to meet a great uncle she had never known. That first trip became a lifelong love. Anna Marie has written two novels set in and around Boyle and Lough Key, runs the travel blog Pull Over and Let Me Out, and recently launched her own podcast. 

She talks about pen pal letters tied with ribbon in a shoebox, the turf fire in a cottage in Croghan that had not gone out in decades, winning a North American Irish dance championship, and why she keeps coming back to Boyle when the rest of the world is available to her. A warm, funny and genuinely touching conversation.
