2- Journal of Commerce article by Michael Angell is reporting that some terminals and even ocean carriers have delayed or stopped billing for D&D while they sort out their internal billing systems to accommodate and comply with OSRA 22's prescriptive requirements.

3- The Federal Maritime Commission set their next FMC Commission Meeting for next Wednesday, July 27th at 10am. On the agenda: the first of the required rulemakings (in closed session, bummer!).
