In this episode of Dad Like a Seahorse, Parent Coach Elisabeth Harrod talks to Nate Silas Richardson about his journey as a father and what being a dad means to him.

Nate Silas Richardson is the owner & head engineer at Rep Studio in Ithaca NY. He also performs as a multi-instrumentalist with a focus on guitar. He has recorded and toured internationally with Sim Redmond Band, Samite of Uganda, Dr. Bill Thomas's 'Age of Disruption Tour', Ten Foot Ganja Plant & John Brown's Body. A musical omnivore, he holds a BA in jazz composition from the Berkeley College of Music and he has a  particular affinity for African guitar styles, American Folk, Rock & Jazz, and Jamaican reggae. All of this musical practice & experience gives him a keen ear for audio recording, editing & mastering, which has kept him busy with production work in audio books, commercial voice-over, sound to picture, a collaboration with the Civic Ensemble's Re-entry Program, and other projects.
