Here we go. Welcome to the Brain's Body Podcast. I'm Dr Christopher Kevin Slayton, your host and author of Brain Talk Learning the Brain's Body with Dr Slayton Live. Now we're going to continue to talk about the crisis of self, because I want to make it clear that it's an information processing issue and it deals with your sense of self, that's the body-mind, and your sense of feel-force self, that's the brain-body. And your sense of self is that part of you has a transform to an understanding. Your state of mind is a reflective state. So what I'm saying is that the body-mind is like you go to school every day and people would say, or parents would say, that I was around when I was growing up. I have to deprogram him from what he learned in school. Saying that what he learned could be more confusing because it was programmed.

Speaker 1:

Learning meaning training the state of the mind. Learning meaning training the state of the mind, not the mental brain, but the mental state of mind. Meaning the child learns academics through a reflective state, as rote memory that has to be played back for analysis and confirmation that learning did take place. And the confusion is that children have this transformative state they're born with because you're born into the environment and your sense of feel is self, and that's what you have to ignore when you're learning in a classroom, because your self has to be postponed, your sense of feel for self, and you just have to respond to the instruction. Sense receive pass. Research is what I'm talking to you from, and what that means is you just respond to the instruction. You don't think about the instruction, because the thinking part is already determined in the lesson plan and what they want you to do is confirm your acceptance of the material. So I'm talking about the crisis of self, because we all have to go through school and we all have to come from homes that are different. So if you're not set up for academic learning, then learning in school can be a crisis within itself. Think about what you're already going through inside your home when you get to school, and now you're going through a whole other set of problems dealing with communication, how your brain, body and senses organize and operate.

Okay, and what I'm saying is to reduce the anxiety. You have to realize your sense of fear for self and stop being afraid of how you feel things, because you're not accustomed to feeling things, to think. But that's the way you have to do it because you want to feel positive reflections of self, and that comes from your ability to transfer information through the receive path and then realize your information processing capacities evolving through feedback loops where you can then look and see your human potential advancing. And that's your work, that's the natural, authentic you. So the crisis itself deals with who am I? What am I if I am caught up between confusion in the home, confusion in school, and I'm utilizing my neighborhood as free space, but it really isn't. But it allows me to think as though it is where I can just practice figuring out who and what I am. So the crisis self deals with in ego, super ego, but in a logical sequence, because your sense of feel for self is your organizer. So your self-esteem is not predicated upon external influence. It's predicated upon how you receive and process the information and then understand how to track it from the brain's response brain talk into the environment, and then the feedback loop comes back to you into the environment and then the feedback loop comes back to you. Now you're living in multiple worlds because you got to maintain who you are and you're always different from the breath of life forward. You're always going to be different because you're different and your brain functions differently. That's why, if you go see a therapist, they have no way of actually telling you what's wrong, because everybody's human system works differently, dealing with tension, stress and pressure, anxiety, fear, anger, disappointment, frustration, hostility.

I'm Dr Clayton Lyon, but what I'm talking about is human-sense science. As a human-sense science theorist, I'm talking about the neurophysical self, how the brain, body and senses evolve into a technology, and that's how you recover from the crisis of self. You have to understand what you're doing. What you're trying to do is merge the brain-body connections as one Body-brain, not body-mind, as one Body-brain, not body-mind Body-brain, because body-mind means trap yourself in the program state of mind. So when you have a problem, how do you fix it if it's not within the scope of the program? Brain-body means that you're flexibly moving through the crisis of self, adjusting to cooperate so that you can survive the situation and evolve in age-appropriate ways to competently respond, because you can evaluate and assess your own levels of participation, performance, sometimes with the brain's body learning system.

Speaker 1:

I'm talking about the crisis of self and I'm saying to you that you're not alone, that there's a lot of people that are going through. I don't know who I am. I don't know what I can do. What am I? No, you are a technology. You are the computer, you are the cell phone, you are the technology that you're manipulating, that they call IT systems. That's you.

Speaker 1:

But you have to understand the differences between the correlation of sensory, telepathic energy and understanding your sense of feel for self, because we're talking about communication. How do you communicate? From the outside in or the inside out? No, you're one system and the brain, body and senses is a forward-backward feed mechanism. So you learn from the outside in, inside out, and it's repetitive, it's endless. Think about the nights that you can't get to sleep. The information flow is just moving. You can't even slow it down, it's just constantly moving. And you're trying to figure out what, how to relax, how to calm down, how to be cool, how to collect your sense of fear for self, the environment, other people. And then you relax Because what are you saying? I understand what's happening. These influences my day. So you're getting organized If your feedback systems are coming back to you and you're rationally looking at how it feels to move through anxiety, fear or even anger because you can't get to sleep.

Speaker 1:

For example, I know how pissed off I get when I am sitting there trying to relax and my brain saying well, we got to listen. You have not processed this correctly and I'm trying to help you. I'm talking about my inner voice and me. I'm not talking crazy. I'm talking about my inner voice and what my inner voice is trying to get me not talking crazy. I'm talking my inner voice, and what my inner voice is trying to get me to do is transform to brain talk with my action. Because when your action, you know how it feels, when you just relax and you find yourself just sleeping because you have resolved or accepted that flow of information and rashly, oh okay, we got that, I'll pick it up in the morning, rather than get up and go inside your, whatever you do, I got a laboratory, I go inside my lab, bam, I crunch, I go back to sleep. But those are the signals and that's what I'm talking about.

Sensory seed path knowledge is how do you learn how to live inside your body and realize what it takes for you to be you? That's what we're talking about In the crisis of self. You just want to figure out how to be yourself and let you allow other people the most critical part be themselves. And so the crucifix of what I'm talking about is this that when the body's in the lead of the brain, which is the crisis of self, you're beating everybody up, whether you're cursing them, you're angry, you're not motivated correctly. I mean because your body is physical and that's what you're leading with, rather than your brain. Because if you lead with your brain, what are you doing? Staying calm, looking to be collected, looking to be cool, looking to be open, because you're processing the information flow, and that backward and forward feed is dialogue.
