Welcome to the Brain's Body Podcast hosted by human systems scientist Dr Christopher Kaye Slayton and author of education in science literature that discusses brain, body and sense messaging. This is Dr Slayton Live Reflective storytelling. One of the most intelligent things you can do is to move through the crisis of self. 1. Choose to reset your sense path to move through the crisis of self. One choose to reset your sense path to show signs of care for self. Decide to use your receive path to feel how your brain releases forward feet, set up memory hooks, sensible special themes. One, the choice to care. Two, the decision to feel for self. And three, the experience of how your brain lights up as you act through emotion, moods and states of mind. You learn what it means to reflect on the experience while experiencing new ways to move through the experiences of self and your brain in the lead of your body. You do not withdraw from the transfer of information to control the body. You embrace the choice to care to become more informed. You do not isolate yourself from the conversion of your sense of self to your sense of feel for self. To break down the flow of fear or doubt, you feel your way through the experience to become more disciplined. You learn to feel, the way you focus to sense and feel. One, the energy, action and feelings Through which. Two, you inform self, discipline self. And three, process the experience of self-learning. You connect the experience of emotion backward and thought forward as sense and receive path functions From where you are in the crisis of self. You are experiencing the transfer of memory files forward in response to the experience of social and environmental influences. Backward, you can sense how your body-mind shifts through a trained state of reacting. You can feel how your brain sends forward feed through the process cycle as you feel the ebb and flow. One, you must choose to accept the need to change the experience of inert emotion and thought. Two, you must decide to comprehend the transfer to your sense of feel for self and the brain in the lead of the body. Each step manifests the dynamics in these memory hooks 1. Sense, 2. Feel, 3. Focus, 1. Receive, 2. Organize, 3. Express. Transfer points to process loops. That makes it easier to move between backward and forward feet.

Your inner voice creates reflective states of responding to the social physics of the body. 4. The body is social feed and the mind is neural backward feed. Explore the experience of body-mind connections for signs of resistant states to sense and receive path interplay. Six signs of the body replicate moods of fear, anger, anxiety as mind states of frustration, disappointment or hostility.

Speaker 2

Seven the physics of the body harnesses reflective states of mind that separate the transition between sense, path influences and receive path responses. The roles of the body-brain connection transforms in sense and receive path co-action. Transforms in sense and receive path co-action.
