Process vs Program

Welcome to the Brains Body Podcast. I'm Dr. Christopher Kevin Slayton, your host, author, human system science in the best interest of the child's mental health and self-awareness. And we're talking today about the process. Wait a minute. What about the program? Well, let me start off with saying that the program is the trap that we're all moving through. I mean, I get a lot of calls from people talking about how difficult it is to go to work today, for example, because going to work is an experience in and of itself where you got to figure out the why each day because you haven't turned the corner yet. The brain's body. What is that? The brain is the body, and you want to use your brain's body to overcome the program. What I mean by that is you want to process going to work because in each of us is an entrepreneur. An entrepreneur fits into the workplace. However, you have to know how to go there with the intent to move beyond the position you find yourself in. And being an entrepreneur does not mean you have to go out and try to figure out how to make your own money, it means that you have to figure out how to apply your labor in ways that allow you to process the experience so you become more able to do more outside your workplace and expand who and what you're becoming, because your brain, body, and sense networks are fueling the experience of self, the neurofix of self. So we're talking about the process versus the program, and you're a processor, and so it doesn't matter where you go, what you pick up, pick it up, pick it up, pick it up, read it, read it, write it, talk it. But at the end of the day, if you're processing the information, you're reading into a program. Now, what do you do with that? That's what we're talking about here at the Brain's Body Podcast. How do you overcome workplace anxiety? How do you overcome the frustration of being unfulfilled because your labor is not absorbed in the way that compensates you with levels of clarity because you're competing for the smallest amounts, but being asked to perform at the highest levels? And what I'm saying to you is digest that, process that, because the brain is the body. And when you move through the brain's body, you begin to understand the experience of self and you're not angry anymore. The crisis of self-you're not angry anymore, crisis of self, you're not angry anymore because you're processing the experience of emotion because you're thinking through it. And as you think through it, what are you digesting? The program, the emotional anxiety of the unknown. Because what are you doing? You're building new levels of reflection from what moving through the crisis itself. So I talked about the brain's body, and I mean it, but I'm talking about program and I mean that too. For example, you're locked into a state of mind. Why? Because you trained yourself to deal with the crises a certain way, to protect yourself, let's say. But are you really protecting yourself? Are are you afraid to process the negative energy behind the anxiety? And what I'm saying to you is step to the front. Everybody goes through this, but very few of us are able to allow the brain to take the lead of the body and process that experience because that's the neurophysical or the chemical imbalances that you're moving through. The threats and the anxiety has got you shifting and afraid, sweating even. But wait a minute. When the brain's in the lead of the body, it is a process loop. You have to learn how to experience your brain's body because it's a system, it's a response system, and it responds to everything you do. And so you pick up a smoke, you pick up a drug, you pick up, you pick it up, you pick it up, you pick it up, you don't put it back down. Why? Because it's replacing what your brain ordinarily would do otherwise if you just learn how to work through it. Now, wait a minute. What am I talking about? The brain's body. And why am I talking about the brain's body? Because it's the process, it's not a program. And when you look for a program, you're looking for ways to deny the experience of anxiety, emotion, upset. You want to just figure out how to move yourself through the frustration with as little feelings as possible, which means you don't want to feel for you because you can't deal with what's happening. Wait a minute. I'm not arguing. I'm talking about the experience of going to work every day and hitting the wall and realize at the end of the day, man, I got to find something else to do. No, you don't. You got to learn how to go to work and experience the environment and understand what you're moving through and recreate it because that's what your brain is going to do. It's going to, I don't, I'm you, you know, you I'm driving down the street and I see these people from other cultures out on the street selling watermelons, sodas, and so I'm that's an example. Just an example, okay, of what I'm talking about because the brain solves the problem, it learns from the experience. Now, how can I take this experience and shift it to where I have more control over my anxiety, my frustration because I'm doing it for me, and I understand the return on the investment is because I've experienced this long enough. You see, so that's the entrepreneurship I talked about on the front. But listen to what I'm saying, you gotta learn the experience of self. You know what I just said? Well, you gotta learn how to experience you. Get yourself through that because nobody's coming, the cavalry's not coming. The crisis self says to receive bad damage, the cavalry's not coming, and even if the therapist did, you're not gonna listen. Why? Because you are built differently, your senses are introverted, you're not gonna accept the information flow, you're gonna fight it because it's not coming from you. Yes, it is, because you got to realize the process and the program and how to process the therapist's information. Bam! Because the therapist is throwing program at you, but you got to process the program. And now, what do you do with that? No, your brain does something with that. Just take a minute. Don't, don't, don't rush through it. Give yourself some time. Give yourself some time. No, not one day, two days. Give yourself at least 14 days of just processing the experience. Now, watch how your brain begins to build an infrastructure that allows you to see beyond the crisis self in relation to other people. You can't sell a tire to yourself, you got to sell it to somebody else. So you move through the experience of self to learn how to move through the experience of others because that's the crisis.
