Welcome to another edition of the Motorcycle Mayhem Radio Podcast, hosted by Johnny Rizto, where we talk about everything motorcycle, from tips on safe riding to apparel and accessories, to where the next events are, and everything in between. So, let's mount up and ride. Hey Johnny, where are we going this time?
SPEAKER_02What's up, everybody? What's going on out there? How you doing, guys?
unknownHey.
SPEAKER_03Better now.
SPEAKER_02What's happening? I like this new logo back here. Isn't it awesome looking? That's awesome. It's fantastic, isn't it? Yes. It's lovely. It's beautiful. It's the new motorcycle Mayhem Radio. Bad S. Anyway. So we got a great show for you tonight. Of course, we gotta say hello to Darlene from Rockavaca.
SPEAKER_05Hey guys.
SPEAKER_02How are you doing?
SPEAKER_05Hanging good.
SPEAKER_02We got some great segments coming up with Darlene. We're looking forward to it. And uh it's gonna be you gotta do something about the mic stand is kind of blocking your face. We gotta fix that. Yeah, okay. There you go. If you keep just like dad, we'll kind of get the mic closer to your face. Yeah. I'm looking right into your pocketbook there. I see you got cigarettes, gum. So we got Josephine in studio.
SPEAKER_06Hey Johnny, how are you? How are you doing? You look fantastic. Thank you.
SPEAKER_02You know, I don't know if you ever heard me say this before.
SPEAKER_06Uh-oh.
SPEAKER_02But I beat Manjaro. I beat it. I I beat it. I beat it. Congratulations. Thank you. So we got Mr. Chris Beckins. And I was power with it. What's up, guys?
SPEAKER_11What's happening, Johnny? Hey, Johnny.
SPEAKER_02How are you guys doing over there?
SPEAKER_11Fantastic.
SPEAKER_02It's been a long time since Chris was in the studio.
SPEAKER_11Yes, it has been. Yeah, actually, I had to get orientated again.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I got fixed up. So uh we got a big show for you tonight. We got lots going on. I'm glad that Chris is back in the studio with us because you know, bike season is back, guys. Am I right?
SPEAKER_03Yes, it's getting there. Definitely getting there.
SPEAKER_02The weather is not cooperating. You know, today was a nice day. You wrote today, right? Yes, I did. But it's supposed to rain for the next what, seven days after this?
SPEAKER_11Probably close, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Oh, yeah. You know, but at least the snow is done. I mean, that's all I gotta say. Hopefully. Let's just hope the snow is over.
SPEAKER_05It has snowed in April, though. Yes.
SPEAKER_02Well, you want to get kicked off the show? Yes.
SPEAKER_05No, but I experienced it pregnant in the whole nine yards.
SPEAKER_03So no, well, I wasn't pregnant, but I experienced it too.
SPEAKER_02So well, only me and Chris look pregnant. Okay.
SPEAKER_11Hide Easter eggs in the snow, it's great.
SPEAKER_02Oh my god.
SPEAKER_03But I want an Easter egg. I want an Easter egg. I want an Easter eggs.
SPEAKER_02I want to man. Yeah. So we got a lot of stuff going on here. You know, again, the bike season starting. That's when when you see that yellow tent, that means it is a full effect. I went to a bike night about two weeks ago. Did you? Over in uh Hicksville at the uh, what do they call that place?
SPEAKER_11Cycle gear. Cycle gear.
SPEAKER_02There you go. And uh it was cool because the Long Island Bait was there. Yes. And that just goes to show that you guys support everybody as far as like it ain't just about Harley's. You know your Kalasaki can go in there now, Pat.
SPEAKER_03Oh gee, thank you, Johnny.
SPEAKER_02But you know, it's also about you know the sports bikes, too. I mean, there's so much involved when it comes to riding now that you know and they all everyone has to know be on the same page. Yes. Am I right?
SPEAKER_10Yes, absolutely.
SPEAKER_02Now, what what do you feel, Josephine? I'm gonna ask you this question. Okay. Do you feel that the most people, okay? I'm gonna give you a multiple choice, okay? Who need to be taught about the rules of riding a motorcycle and the safety of riding a motorcycle? Is it a guy that's over 50 on a holly? A kid under 30 on a holly? Sports bike, a guy 30 years old on a on sports bikes, or in a car that knows nothing about motorcycles.
SPEAKER_06I think everybody needs a refresher cross, a refresher course every year about motorcycle rights and safety and using your head on a swivel. So I'm gonna say all of the above. How do you feel about that?
SPEAKER_11Honestly, there's too many different situations to go on one by one, but agreed. I think all motorcyclists should be schooled as well as um motorists, you know. Um education is key, um, awareness is definitely important, and then you know, put those two together and safety becomes a natural.
SPEAKER_02There you go. I believe in the same thing. But no matter what it is, you're on a motorcycle, you have to respect the motorcycle, right, Pat?
SPEAKER_03Absolutely.
SPEAKER_02And don't think it's not gonna happen to you. I knew somebody always said that to me. Oh, it's not gonna happen to me, and flying down the road, and like I'm watching this guy like, dude, you're gonna kill somebody yourself. You know what? He had an accident, you got in bad shape.
SPEAKER_03Well, see, that's the thing, it's like you have to be humble every year because you don't know what could happen. I mean, every you know, you gotta get on that bike and treat it like it's your first time on the bike. Honestly, honestly, always check, you know, always check your mirrors, always look over your shoulder. Absolutely. Especially we know because we know because a lot of people don't look for us to begin with. You're right, Pat. Which is a big problem.
SPEAKER_02Right. I'm trying to fix your camera over here because you guys are a little bit.
SPEAKER_11We actually kind of got to do a couple things to improve on what he's saying. Um, we need to expand our our skills, we need to refresh ourselves as well as go over our motorcycles because you know, the bike gets dusty, so do we. You know, we have to uh get the muscle memory back. It's been a while, a lot of people haven't been riding through the winter. So you need to go out in the parking lot, you need to do what you gotta do, you know, try to refresh your skills. You know, you want to push it a little bit without hurting yourself, obviously. You know, you want to get more familiar with the bike, obviously, and your abilities. So then you gotta road conditions. Road conditions is a big thing, especially this time of year coming out of the winter with all the potholes and stuff going on. It it's it's insane. So we need to be aware.
SPEAKER_02Absolutely, man. Potholes are a huge factor in running a motorcycle, especially this time of year, am I right?
SPEAKER_03Oh, the potholes have been horrible coming out of this winter, too. It's been real bad.
SPEAKER_02You hit a pothole, man, you'd be getting calling books for Christmas for the rest of your life. You know what I'm saying? I mean, these potholes are bad.
SPEAKER_11No, it's it's I saw one for rent the other day. It was two bedrooms.
SPEAKER_02That's when the long on the bait comes in handy, and what they would they do like the best, because it ain't only about motorcycle safety, but if you see a pothole, you can report that to the long on the bait, right?
SPEAKER_11Well, we would do is we provide the tools to do the reporting. We can't report them for you, but we do give you the tools. 1-800 pothole works pretty much everywhere.
SPEAKER_10Right.
SPEAKER_11But then for each individual municipality on the website as well as on our Facebook group, there is a uh a link to every municipality out there that you can report the pothole. If you don't report it, they're not going to fix it in a timely manner. And if they get a couple of complaints on, and you know, once the seasons are officially open, they're actually liable for some repairs. As of right now, I think until April, they're not they're not liable. So you have to report it if you want to get it fixed. Absolutely. Not everybody in the maintenance department travels the same roads as you do.
SPEAKER_02That's true. Now, on the other hand, also now if you need a good attorney, you got the ridingcouncil.com. So let's bring on the ridingcouncil.com. What's happening?
SPEAKER_04Hey Johnny, how you doing, man?
SPEAKER_02Good Jeffy. Why don't we hear you?
SPEAKER_04Why I don't know. Can you hear me now?
SPEAKER_02We hear you. You know, somebody has to learn to turn the volume up on these things. What's going on?
SPEAKER_04How are you doing, man?
SPEAKER_02We're doing good. How are you doing?
SPEAKER_04All right. Hello, everybody in the studio. You got a packed house.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Hey, Rich. Do we do we congratulate you on something? Or what's going on with you over there? What are you doing?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, uh, did a little patching over. I'm uh now officially uh uh club member of the T Rats.
SPEAKER_02So wow, that's pretty awesome.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, yeah. So made the move and uh it's good stuff. It's good stuff. So uh good set of people, a lot of um a lot of charity work, and we have something like 55 charity rides that we already have scheduled. So we're gonna be really busy this season, and personally I can't wait.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, the T Rats, I'll say the TRS are another one of those clubs that go everywhere, man. Like they show up everywhere, they support everybody, they do a great job as well. So you'll feel right in there is because you ride everywhere.
SPEAKER_03Daddy does.
SPEAKER_02You can't hear me? Do you have headphones? Can you we hear you? We hear you perfectly. Do you have headphones? Maybe your volume is down.
SPEAKER_04No, my volume is good, man.
SPEAKER_02How'd you hear me say that? We got you! We got ya.
SPEAKER_04Can you hear me okay now?
SPEAKER_02We we've heard you! Perfect the whole night.
SPEAKER_04Okay, uh, so I wanna uh I want to give a big shout out to Long Island of Beat. I gotta tell you, because I went to a uh Stop the Bleed class. Uh did you guys talk about that already?
SPEAKER_02No, no, we're gonna talk about that later.
SPEAKER_04We're gonna Okay, alright, so I'll save it for later. But uh just for now, just uh suffice it to say that uh I went to an incredible class, Stop the Bleed, and it was given by Long Island of Beat. And uh I was really privileged to take part in that, and I'm all about taking classes like that. And you know, I used to be a paramedic, and I definitely needed the refresher stuff. Really? I'll save the rest for later.
SPEAKER_02Wow. You've been you've been doing a lot, you've been you're involved with a lot of stuff, man.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, you know. I get around, I get around, man. I don't like a fan of these.
SPEAKER_02You get around. Well, so hang out there. We're gonna come back to you in a few minutes. So, of course, we're gonna do our legal minute with Rich Jaffe, the ridingcouncil.com. Which if you need a lawyer, he rides everywhere. So if you need a lawyer that knows what you're going through, can you guys agree? You want somebody who rides a motorcycle who's gonna give you the best advice and help you out the best. So that's the ridingcouncil.com. So let's say hello to Bob Johnson. What's up, Bob? When don't we hear you? We should hear you. How about you? How about Newman?
SPEAKER_19Should be now. You got me now? We got you. All right. How are you doing? Good, man. Fresh back from Nashville, Tennessee. Uh we did a songwriters uh uh we attended the Tin Pan South, which is uh the largest national or the largest uh songwriters uh uh convention in the world, and it was a lot of fun, man. We met a lot of amazing people.
SPEAKER_02Nice, that's awesome, man.
SPEAKER_19No awards, no awards, a lot a lot of special treatment, though, I gotta tell you, red carpet nights and uh, you know, met uh so many people. Like you don't know, but around the country, you know, Garth Brooks may sing a song, or you know, whomever, right? Miranda Lambert. Well, there's actually a group of people that meet every day, groups, group, group, group after group, all day, every day, all over the town of Nashville, all over the country, that write these songs. Like they'll have an idea and they'll come up in the group and they write song after song and then they'll pitch it to these stars. And then that's how those songs get played. And so I actually uh sat in on a lot of that. Man, I tell you what, it's amazing to know just nor ordinary people, you know, just writing these amazing songs. And what I learned from that is that if let's say this two guys wrote this song and Garth Brooks picks it up and it goes to number one.
SPEAKER_02Well, that's what you're hoping to happen with you, right?
SPEAKER_19Yeah, you never know. So they get that's how they get their money, is when that song goes to number one or whatever, that's when they get the big chance.
SPEAKER_02Absolutely, man. That's fantastic. You wrote some really great songs, I gotta say. We'll play one of them a little bit later. But you did a great job on on uh those songs, and they really a lot of them are heart filled, man. Like it really comes from you're you're right from the bottom of your heart, man. And then down in your roots, you do a great job, Bob. Very proud of you with all that, man. So what's up, Alex Lewin's out there? What's up, Alex Lewin?
SPEAKER_11Alex, what's going on?
SPEAKER_02Kevin is out there, Kevin Bebow with Jasmine, Kane. We love those guys. What's up, Kevin? Hope you're being good. No, but uh yeah, so there's a lot going on. We're gonna uh kick it off. I want to say, is Mimi out there? Mimi, can you hear me? Let me see. Can you hear me, Mimi?
SPEAKER_08Hi, how are you? I'm here, but I'm I'm driving right now, so I couldn't like I I was able to join, but like you know, I'm on the cause, I'm just listening in.
SPEAKER_02Okay, I'm gonna get I'm gonna get back with you also because we got an awesome story about Mimi, who owns an awesome restaurant that we found yesterday. Me and me and Dawn. And uh they they took care of us, and we're gonna talk about that. I'm gonna play a video that me and Dawn made yesterday. Because we'd like to do that now, because we got this show, right? We got Motorcycle Mayhem. Dawn does her breast cancer show, right? The Double D, turning a negative into a positive. So if anyone's out there that got breast cancer, or you just got it and you and you don't know what to do, you feel down, or listen to her show, and they'll make you feel up on it, because you know, they everyone on the show has been through it.
unknownRight.
SPEAKER_02So uh she does that, I do this, and together we do Bella and Johnny's Adventures. I'm not gonna tell you the damn thing about Italy on there, but that'll be lying. That'll be lying. But there's plenty of stuff in Italy on there. So we like to go to the restaurants and we we kind of like talk about the restaurant, and she saw we weren't like doing it like to show her, but Mimi saw what we were doing. Like, what are you guys doing? I told her she's like, this meal is on us, and you know, it's great. And we it's uh it's a modern day Japanese cuisine, which is awesome. So we're gonna get into that. You gotta check it out. Mimi, tell me the correct way to say it.
SPEAKER_08So the restaurant is called Ikato. I just arrived at my Port Washington location. Okay, it's called Ikato. Ikato. Um yeah, let me um oh, this is uh our small store. I can have my staff say hi.
SPEAKER_02Okay. Oh, there she is.
SPEAKER_08Hi. Hi, we're on TV.
SPEAKER_02You got millions watching you right now, you have no idea.
SPEAKER_08We have a small store here.
SPEAKER_02Right?
SPEAKER_08Uh with this, we have the same message. And uh at least I'll say hi.
SPEAKER_02That's a beautiful location. That's beautiful.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_02We were enjoying some ramen yesterday.
SPEAKER_08Some steak, with some dumplings. Yeah, we have a little restaurant. Two. Um yeah, we have two locations. This one is a small one, it's we're winding down here. But the other location is much bigger, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Traditional Japanese modern day restaurant, which I gotta tell you, it was so good. We really enjoyed it.
SPEAKER_08Thank you.
SPEAKER_02I'll get to that that video after we come back from uh commercial. So, what's up to horticulture? I'm not wearing a shirt tonight, sorry. But uh, yeah, so great stuff, guys. You gotta check out their location. You got one in Port Washington and one in Mineola. Uh, where's the one in Port Washington located?
SPEAKER_08Um, it's on Main Street. Uh no, I'm sorry, it's on Port Washington Boulevard, uh next to this fabulous um uh uh bakery called St. Honore that everyone in Port Washington goes to. Uh that's been around for 30 years. Um we are next to uh Smash Burger. Um yeah, it's like a another uh big shopping center here.
SPEAKER_02So you know what's sad about this though? I'm a fat guy, so I know where all these locations are. I I know where the Smash Burger is, I know that. I know exactly where you are.
SPEAKER_08I don't even care. Lisa. Yeah. Oh yeah, this is so cool.
SPEAKER_02You froze over there. That's what happened. And you have a location in uh Miniola, right?
SPEAKER_08Yeah, I have another location in Mineola, and is um, it's you know, it's very um, it's brand new. We only open for one month, and uh we have a sushi bar. This one we have a little dining area, and it's like a local town restaurant that we opened like during COVID uh in Port Washington. And uh, you know, the town, everyone here is very supportive of our business. We've been here for five or six years. And the Mignola location, we only open for one month, and you um stumble into our space and and hope you had a good experience. We over there we yeah, we over there we have a sushi bar and a where you can have ramen and sushi, and it's called the Izagaya in a Japanese term, which is like kind of like you know, like a tapas bar type of thing. Uh, and you just kind of have some small bites and you drink some little like you know, sake or beer, and you just kind of hang out kind of place. Oh, that's awesome. Yeah, you go and you you you know, hopefully you go meet a couple of friends, and you just kind of sit at the bar, hang out, and you get sushi rolls, or you can have small bites.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, and here I tell you, we really enjoyed the small bites and uh and the dumplings and the rice. Oh my god, the rice was unbelievable. But we're gonna come back tomorrow with you, Mimi. So don't go anywhere, all right?
SPEAKER_08All right, thank you so much.
SPEAKER_02So we're gonna go to commercial, guys. So we'll be right back. Right after this. We will be right back.

SPEAKER_07First time trying this. So you get to pick from your menu and check off what you want and mix your ramen eating color guys. You like sushi, they got a sushi bar, they got some grilled food here. So we're trying it for the first time. Um it looks like it's gonna be yummy and very interesting. And we'll get back to you soon. And we'll tell you how it tastes. Alright, so this is uh this is a chapter one.
SPEAKER_08Yeah. Um, yeah, please take a look. Here we um it's made with um uh you know, we've we've cooked this club for like two and a half hours. Um this is uh Alright, let me try this.
SPEAKER_02Oh my god. Very tasty. Yep. What's next?
SPEAKER_07We have the meat and then the pickles in it.
SPEAKER_08The touchable. Yeah, that's a pickles. And then a Japanese stuff. And then the that's just half it.
SPEAKER_07Delicious. That's what we come down and check it out. I need a way to eat the shrimp and the dumplings. And then we have some steak here.
SPEAKER_02Oh, steak, steak.
SPEAKER_07Um, I'm sure this cookie is great, but I'm not a big fish eater, but we do.
SPEAKER_02Oh, Mimi, thank you so much. Looking forward to coming back to the back.
SPEAKER_07Cheers, cheers, cheers, cheese, cheers.
SPEAKER_02Hey, what's up everybody? My name is Johnny Rizo. And so we are the keto today. The place is amazing so far. This wallable is ass, I gotta say. I got Mimi with the owner. A few things about the place.
SPEAKER_08So um this concept of Ikido came about because um my name is Mimi, but my last name is Chi. And um, I always host a lot of parties in my house, so I wanted to have a a place where people can gather and just kinda hang out. Yeah. And so we call it Ikido, it's Mimi's house. Basically, it translates it in Japanese, it's and we um we have a super bar here. It's kind of like a place where I can be in the middle, helping out with customers, but then we can also do friendships in that. And this is um, this is exactly what we're doing what I'm hoping to achieve one day here in the Tart.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, location.
SPEAKER_08Oh, we're located here in Miniola, uh, 530 Jericho Trip, um, Miniola, New York. Um, yeah, we are right to um actually in Minneola. So uh if you are in the area of this shop, so let's tell your menu works. So we have um the concept here is uh we have the handle bars um and ramen. So we started at the ramen shop and uh we I have like a passion for really good omakasin experience. And the omakasin is when you sit in front of a sushi shop and they serve you one, you know, one like one sushi piece at a time, and it's a very like amazing experience that I personally love. So I want to bring that to my customer spot more casual, which is a camera, and we can have some carols, have some ramen. It's all of like, you know, just a hangout place has the way you get the experience of us if you're in Japan. But we have very authentic Japanese ramen, and at the same time, you know, our seaweed and rice come from Hokkaido Japan. So hopefully we can do create the experience that you can get in Japan here in the video on the yard. Thank you so much.
SPEAKER_07So now I'm gonna eat this garlic crap. Look at those big pieces of garlic on there. This was grilled. Let's see how it tastes.
SPEAKER_02And the steak here got the open fried onions on it. Look at that. This bowl. I mean, you gotta try this bowl. You gotta put your fork in there.
SPEAKER_07Let me try the dumplings first.
SPEAKER_02Oh, there you go.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, this is um a chicken and fork dumpling. But here's the way.
SPEAKER_02Are we good? I'm gonna try. Oh next. Oh my god. Oh my god. We'll be back here. Oh yeah. Perfectly, perfectly cool chicken.
SPEAKER_07That bowl of round mountain bowls.
SPEAKER_02There you go.
SPEAKER_07Mouth needles.
SPEAKER_02Oh bye. This rice is a kill for me. What you do is you take some rice, right? What I did take some rice, took some steaks, put it together. Oh my god. Oh, yeah, man. If that video didn't make you hungry, nothing will. That's his good stuff, boy. Check out that place anyway. So hey, let's take it over to Mr. Mr. Jaffe, right? Mr. Mr. Jaffe? Hold on, I got some for you, bitch. I got some for you.
SPEAKER_00It's time for a legal minute with writingcouncil.com. Here's Richard Jaffe.
SPEAKER_04That is sick.
SPEAKER_02Is that beautiful?
SPEAKER_04I love that. I feel very calm and serene right now.
SPEAKER_02So, Rich, what do you got for us today with the uh legal minute?
SPEAKER_04Let me tell you something. Uh, you know, spring is upon us, thank God, right? And today, at least around here in Long Island, it was a great time to ride, and you could probably tell I was out riding by my very sumburned face. So uh as I'm riding around, I did notice a lot of landscapers out there and armorists, and what are they doing? They're blowing the lawn and they're using the the the uh leaf blowers, and what are they putting on the grass and all energy? So everybody please, first of all, be careful, okay? Every accident really could be avoided before and after they have it. Not everyone, but a lot of them. But especially with graphic hookings, okay? Just watch out for them, go slow, and what magnify that is if these graphic hookings are on a like a painted line in the roadway. In case you do fall, in case graphic lookings all you go down, which I hope it never does. Don't think you're out of the box and nobody can be held responsible because that's why I do. Okay, when you call me I go hunting and I find out who is responsible for the graphic clickings, but you can help yourself, you gotta take pictures, and you gotta fall 911 if the cops out there after you fall. Don't just try to minimize anything, you know, it wasn't really a big deal, because if the injuries happen afterwards, you feel it afterwards, and if it turns into something more severe, and you don't call the cops, and you don't call a lawyer, and you don't take photos, well then you have nothing to go on, and you really can hurt yourself. Okay, take pictures of the grass coding, take pictures of the roadway, take pictures of the street that are on your helmet, on your clothes, take pictures of the area around, okay, because you can see if something was just freshly cut, and this way you can hide your house. If there's landscapers around, take pictures of the truck, take pictures of the license plate. If somebody comes up to you and says something like, Yeah, you know, this isn't you're not the first one, because you probably aren't, then you know what? You gotta help yourself and don't blow it off. Like there is help, you can help yourself, and the best way to do that is first call 911, take care of yourself, and then call a lawyer, okay? You can always give me if you have questions about this at ridingcouncil.com. But you've gotta be aware because this is the season where everybody's coming out and taking care of their lawns and blowing it on the road because nobody really gives a crap about motorcycles. So be careful out there.
SPEAKER_05My grandsons own a landscaping um route for the past 30 years, and I'm gonna go home and tell them this because it's very important that they they are aware. And not everybody that works for them is always as aware as they should be of what they're doing. So that's crazy.
SPEAKER_04So I'm not saying that everybody does it intentionally and they say, Oh, you know, I hate bikers, I hate motorcyclists, and they blow it out into the street. You know, it's and the laws, there are laws against this, okay? There's town laws, there's town ordinances, and there's even bigger laws that cover these things. It's not supposed to be like a hey, I got you now, but it's supposed to actually prevent people from you know doing this stuff. But if they do, if they get careless and somebody gets hurt as a result, you know, it's time to call me.
SPEAKER_02Well, and of course, if you do have an issue, who are you gonna call?com. He's there to help you guys. So excellent job, Rich, like always. Love you, man. So sit tight right there. You did a great job. We do a great job, man, all the time. You really do. Hey, Bob, did anything wanna add to that?
SPEAKER_19Hey, I just uh John and I were talking earlier, and I just sent you the song, John, so you should have that. But no, he's uh he's right he's exactly right about the grass and clippings and stuff, and like in my area in Indiana, there's uh we do a lot of chip and seal in the back roads here. I live sort of in a rural area, and there's a lot of the the little gravel loose around. So, you know, still another month away from better writing, you know, it's never perfectly safe. But yeah, just hang tight on the roads there and be careful, man.
SPEAKER_02Congratulations again, Richard.
SPEAKER_19Okay, I'm usually good with names, sorry. You already have the song. Oh, okay. Fight back fight back or fall.
SPEAKER_02Oh, yeah, beautiful, awesome song too, by the way. But um, all right, so let's take this minute now and switch it over to the Long Island debate. We got Mr. Chris Beckins in studio with us tonight. What's going on out there, Chris? It's your busy season now.
SPEAKER_11Oh, yeah, it's definitely uh kicking up. I mean, we're busy all year long, we're just not as out in the public in the crappy weather.
SPEAKER_02Right.
SPEAKER_11Um, but now it's it's game on, you know, between motorcycle awareness classes in the high schools or driver's ed for the young drivers. To we started doing um road captain courses for the riders, which is basically it helps prepare the riders before an event, during an event, after an event, and also what if, which is something that's very important a lot of people don't consider.
SPEAKER_02So, what is that? You should the parking lot practice?
SPEAKER_11We also do the parking lot practices again. We started with uh Mark Begandy from Parking Lot Practice Rats. If you want to check it out, sign up, answer the questions, and then join the group. And then when we get out there, uh we don't teach you how to ride, we just give you an opportunity and a place to do it. Um, you know, and basically it's a practice at your own skill level. You know, you want to blow the dust off your bike as well as yourself, and you want to get build that muscle memory up and and you want to be able to enjoy riding the way we do, you know.
SPEAKER_12Or none of the drink you got? Only one. Sometimes working.
SPEAKER_02Uh oh, she's back on me meet her. Okay. So yeah, go ahead and talk, Chris.
SPEAKER_11No, no worries. We're out and about. We uh we just did the uh St. Patrick's Day Parade and we're on Conklin. We're out for that. We had uh Irish Pat's bike on a trailer. He couldn't get him to dress up like a leprechaun. No, that was not happening. It would have been really cool, I thought, but he didn't think so. That would have been awesome. Just looking for the pot of gold. Um But yeah, that was great. We were able to get out in the community and and get you know get the exposure and everything, get the support. Oh, there it is. And uh, you know, you get to give all the stuff to the kids and all the attendees and stuff. It's kind of cool to interact with the you know the general population, you know, the public. It's really cool.
SPEAKER_10Yeah.
SPEAKER_11Um and then after that we did the we did the parking lot practice that we spoke about, which was really pretty awesome. It was cold as heck, it was like 33 degrees out. You only had about nine people show up, but those are nine people that really care about riding and and their skills, so it was pretty good to get people out there and and actually diligently practice and and you know become more one with their machines, you know.
SPEAKER_10Sure.
SPEAKER_11Biggest thing, obviously, after sitting the bike, sitting a while, and you know, you gotta check their tear tire pressures and you know, go over your fluids and make sure your lights and everything work, and then when you get out in the parking lot, you're able to, you know, get yourself up to speed, which is very important.
SPEAKER_02You learn something new every year.
SPEAKER_11Yeah, and you know what, retaining it. You want to build muscle memory, you want to do it until you can't not do it, you know. Um that's when you gotta practice until you don't know how not to do it.
SPEAKER_02Right.
SPEAKER_11You know, whether it's on a trike. Yeah, pothole. It doesn't matter, even even on a trike. You still got potholes, you still have emergency braking, you still have stuff you gotta watch for, you know. Um and with a trike, you you know, you say it's more stable, but with a trike, you got three wheels, right? So that means you have more susceptibility. You can't square around a pothole because one of your tires are gonna hit a hit a uh pothole regardless.
SPEAKER_02That's true, you know.
SPEAKER_11So when you got a bigger footprint, you're gonna cover more of the road. So that's right, you know. Um, but we're out there doing tons of stuff. We got the um what else we got? We did the stop the bleed class, which Rich spoke about. Um that was great. That was actually we held it at the Elks Lodge in Center Reach. They're a proud supporter of us as well. And uh Stonybrook Hospital, University Hospital provided the uh Chris Fit uh Fisher. He was the one who presented, and he does a great job. We had like 40 people plus, and it was it was really, really well received. And that's just more of what we want to do. You know, we want to educate the riders, we want to educate the drivers, and and make it safer and prepare everybody, which is you know, we've all been in situations that were unplanned, and you want to know what to do just in case. You know, have a couple of personal situations that we're involved in, and we want to make everybody ready for them, you know.
SPEAKER_02Absolutely, man. Absolutely. That's why it's so important to be part of the Long Island Debate. Chris, how do you sign up?
SPEAKER_11Uh, you can go on long island.org or anytime you see an event, you know, with the yellow 10 out there, or you can PM us and we can, you know, go on the website. You can do it online, you can do it in person. There's multiple ways of doing it. You know, and by joining, you're adding volume to the voice of motorcycles here on Long Island, New York, and nationally, because like coming up in May, we have bikers in the beltway. That's when we go down and we lobby our politicians, our elected officials, depending on what you want to call them. And you know, we discuss the things that are very important to uh to us that we're for and against, you know. There's a lot of things going on, uh whether it be profiling, whether it be uh freedom of choice, you know, with electric EV vehicle mandates. You're talking about uh right to repair. That doesn't just affect motorcycles, that affects motorists, that affects the farmer, that affects the snowwheel, you know, rider, the the snowblower guy. I mean, everybody. You know, if you can't get the parts, the tools, or the knowledge to fix it, you have to bring it back to the dealer, and that's a big thing we're fighting against. Absolutely. You know, autonomous vehicles, another thing, you know. That's another big thing. You know, four or five motorcyclists were killed via Teslas right now. Jeez. You know, so we want to make sure that motorcyclists are recognized in the programming and there's no glitches, you know, because the glitches would got the motorcyclists killed.
SPEAKER_02Absolutely. Twisted, you want to add anything?
SPEAKER_06Um everything that he said above and beyond. Um April 26th is our safety and awareness run. Um, please come out and join us. It is a police escorted run as we do every year. That's when our handbooks will be coming out. Um, if you want to be in the handbook, the cutoff date has passed, but I could make an allowance and get you in the handbook if you want to advertise. Yeah. Um, please, if you are advertising, send in your payments uh to Long Island Abate, P.O. Box 22, in Yapank. Uh, you can send your payments in. Um, and please come out and join us on Sunday. That's one of our first big events kicking off um motorcycle um Gress Help.
SPEAKER_11It's our first big event of the year. Thank you. And the funds raised on that event helped our awareness campaign, and we were able to get this lawn signs out there and all the literature we hand out throughout the year to educate and promote uh motorcycle safety and awareness.
SPEAKER_06It is at the end of April, and then May is Motorcycle Awareness and Safety Month.
SPEAKER_02Wow, good job, guys. Excellent stuff. So we gotta go to the commercial again, real quick, and then uh we'll come back. We're gonna have Darlene's got some important stuff to talk about.
unknownYes, we do.
SPEAKER_02From Rock. You know what? Mimi, if you're still listening to me out there, there's one thing your restaurants are missing, and that is rock and vaca. We need the rock of vaca in your restaurants, and we'll talk about that once we get back. So don't go anywhere, anybody. We'll be right back.

SPEAKER_10I tell you.
SPEAKER_03If I'm gonna be put through this hell, I need to make some money out of it at least.
SPEAKER_02Even Bob's laughing. What's up, Bob? Bob Johnson, man. I'm so happy Bob's back with us again, man. You know, Bob, Bob does, you know, he sells sunglasses, right? Optic armor sunglasses. And he's out there pretty much at every major event, right?
SPEAKER_19Yeah, I go to a lot of them. It's uh the season was cut a little short this year because of the car accident in January, but I should be back out in a couple of weeks. I'm feeling pretty good. Uh the doctor told me, you know, 12 weeks, so that 12 weeks is up in a couple of weeks, and and I'm feeling really good. I'm just gonna go by doctor's advice and take those two more weeks, and uh I'll be back out there. You missed it. So I'm excited. Yeah, you know, I do. Uh it's it's fun, you know. Be it traveling isn't always fun, but sometimes it's the people that are out there at the shows, you know, Daytona, Sturgis, all these places I go, you know, Texas, Maine, all the places are so much fun. I have friends everywhere now, and it's been a lot of fun. I got a lot of cool stuff coming up, though. Uh, we're going to a couple new shows, one in South Carolina. We got Harley dealers are actually reaching out to me now. So that's my my main place I like to be is at Harley locations. Quality customer, quality products, and no Kawasakis.
SPEAKER_02Oh, Bob's on board. Bob's on board. Bob's gotta get a piece of that paycheck too, you know. Rich, what do you ride, Rich? You got you ride a Harley, right? Oh, you can't hear me. I don't know why.
SPEAKER_04I can hear you.
SPEAKER_02You have headphones on or we gotta fix you up over there, man. We gotta fix you up, Rich. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04I got no audio.
SPEAKER_02You have no audio. Alright, we gotta fix that up. We hear you. We hear you, Rich. We hear you.

SPEAKER_19It's all good.
SPEAKER_02There you go. So we're gonna kick it over now to Rockavaca. We got Darlene from Rock of Vaca with us. Yes, we do. And uh we got a couple new segments with her, right? So take it away, Darlene.
SPEAKER_05Okay. So we're gonna start our new program.
SPEAKER_02Wait, you gotta get closer to the microphone.
SPEAKER_05Okay. We're gonna start a new program. We're gonna have the Rock of Vaca Ride Report.
SPEAKER_02The Rock of Vaca ride report. I love it.
SPEAKER_05From the road to the party, presented by Rock of Acca, the Vaca that rocks.
SPEAKER_02I love it.
SPEAKER_05Okay. Okay. So we have a few events coming up. Um we've talked about Rock and Messi Island Bike Fest, which is gonna be April the 10th through the 14th. Space is still available. SPEAKER_05Then we have our um bike and beach Johnny, which we're gonna be uh at together in Biloxi. I'm sorry, in Ocean City.
SPEAKER_02This yeah, they changed it to Ocean City now, right?
SPEAKER_05Yeah.

And um I just want to give a shout out to everybody for Easter to be safe, shake off the winter, get the bikes out, and ride with your crew.
SPEAKER_02That's right. That's a great job.
SPEAKER_05And and drive responsibly, please. And yes, you do drink.
SPEAKER_02You gotta add that in there.
SPEAKER_05I have.
SPEAKER_02I told you I drank responsibly this weekend. I didn't spill any of it.
SPEAKER_05Great job. If you have any events, write into Johnny and I'll be happy to talk about them next week.
SPEAKER_02That's right. Not only for rock of vodka. If you haven't tried rock of vodka, you will love it. Let me show you a quick picture. Look at this. Look how beautiful that looks, right? I love the new bottles. Thank you. Look at that. Oh my god, look at that.

Every bottle of Rock of Vaca Tunnel to Towers that's sold, five dollars goes to the foundation. Sweet. That's awesome. So we have we want to have over a hundred thousand bottles sold by the end of 2020. And you will.
SPEAKER_02Fantastic. That's beautiful.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, that is.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, the rock and vacu is very big in a charity, so which is great. So speaking about charities, we got the boogie for the boobies coming up. Now, if you guys uh know Motorcycle Man Radio and Dawn DeMillion, my girlfriend, who runs uh Rock and the Roll for a Cure, they uh they have a huge motorcycle run every year. Uh this year's gonna be October 4th, but in May they're having the Boogie for the Boobies. This one is gonna be for the women who rock. All women bands are gonna be playing. Even Dawn's band's playing. So that's gonna be awesome. So that's gonna be uh May 3rd at the Whiskey Rocks in West Babylon. So check that out, man. Uh it's gonna be a great day of food, fun, music, rock of vodka.
SPEAKER_05Oh, I hope so. Right?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, it's gonna be a great day, and uh I'm really looking forward to that one. That's gonna be fantastic. So uh what else we got here? Wow, Josephine.
SPEAKER_06Where are you? I'm good. I'm here. Wow. You lost a lot of weight, you look fantastic. Thank you, Johnny.
SPEAKER_02You look really beautiful. So, uh, alright. So, Rich, are you with us? He can't hear us. Okay. He can't hear. Hey, Mimi. Mimi? Yeah, I'm here. So, one thing a restaurant restaurant is missing is rock and vaca.
unknownOkay?
SPEAKER_02Wait, I gotta hold on. Sorry. You're you're missing rock and vaca. We gotta get some rock and vacuum in there, okay? Look at that. Look how beautiful that looks.
SPEAKER_08I can't sell vodka because I don't have hard liquor license.
SPEAKER_02Oh. Alright, I know a guy.
SPEAKER_08I know a guy. I can't, I can't, I I'm not allowed to have hard liquor because it gets like messy, you know, with a bar.
SPEAKER_02Oh, I got understandable. Okay.
SPEAKER_08Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_02So we try to try it anyway.
SPEAKER_08That is like low low, lower alcohol content. It was okay.
SPEAKER_02Wow. So I want to give a shout out to Louie Beggar Donald to know one of his friends had uh, I believe had a motorcycle accident tonight, and uh Louie took him over to the hospital so he could be on the show tonight. But uh, there's a lot of uh band stuff that goes on in Florida. Yeah, I don't want to step on his toes with that stuff, so I'll wait for him to come back next week. Do all the band stuff. He really does a great job with all the bands. In Florida, you know, Crash Rocket, Jasmine Kane, you know, awesome. He's all over the place, and he does a great job for Motorcycle. Nicoloff is one of them as well. Nicolov is a great band, too. Yeah. But again, I want to talk about Milwaukee uh clothing company. You gotta check them out. Uh make sure I use the promo code Mayhem for your 20% off. They got the best riding gear you need out there from shoes to jackets to hats, belts, you name it. They got it all. Their website is a one-stop shop. So check them out. So, so we're gonna go to commercial one more time. I know, sorry, guys. And then after this, we'll end the show. SPEAKER_18Hey Mad Dog here, big dog with microdot helmet company. No, not that kind of purple. I know you weren't, you know what we're talking about back in the day. This purple microdot is a helmet, it's a transitional color. It goes from black gloss in the shades at night into you can see that into a deep dark purple. Now it had to be a purple enough that you guys would wear. Because everybody knows purple is a new thing, right? Get a guy to wear it, it had to be the right shade of purple. And uh it's almost the same shade as that Harley purple bike that's just recently come out. So uh Micro Doc Purple, Mad Dog Signature Series, Purple Micro Doc. 149 is right now through the end of Daytona bike week, which is the shit 13th of God bless. Right today, check him out.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah, yeah. We are back from our Comac studio. Well, really, it's our only studio.
SPEAKER_06I was gonna say you got what?
SPEAKER_02Well, I got one in the house also, but you know.
SPEAKER_06Okay, so yeah.
SPEAKER_02So that's that's Studio B. All right, studio A, B.
SPEAKER_05And mobile.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, and mobile. We are a mobile show. We can do a live show anywhere and I have. Daytona, we have plenty of shows there.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. On board cruise ships more than cruise ships, yeah.
SPEAKER_02And uh Mayhem Mobile. Mayhem Mobile. I went to get a new phone the other day. So I said, you know what, let me stop at Verizon because Dawn lost her iPad in Daytona. Right? So I said, let me go get him another one. You know what I mean? So I said, you know what? My phone's up for an upgrade. Let me go get one. So I go there. And it can be like, hey, here's your new phone. Have a good day. No, they closed at eight. I kept them there at almost 11 o'clock at night. Oh, Jesus Christ. Yeah, I didn't I didn't want to keep them there. They were like, they kept saying they're sorry to me. I'm like, I feel bad that you're here. You know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_06What took so long?
SPEAKER_02They had a problem with this. There's new phones, it's 17. It's a whole brand new operating system. So they actually gave me another phone number with this phone, which I'm gonna put in the studio here. So we all have a phone. And then hopefully by next week, once I figure it out. See, I don't live around a corner anymore like I used to. That's why every week I'm like, I gotta clean this place up. You know what I mean? So let me see if I can do this quick. Let's let's show our people out there what the studio actually looks like.
SPEAKER_11Oh my god.
SPEAKER_02They only see the green screen, they don't know what it looks like. Right? So let's see if I get this up. If I can get this up, alright. Hold on. I know this is horrible, man. Uh yeah, hold on. Uh Wow. I can't get it. Oh wait. We needed for a connection, but I think I have too many on, but everybody on. One, two, three. I don't know. Well, forget it, guys. The studio!
SPEAKER_03You're not missing anything.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, you ain't missing much. You ain't you ain't missing much over here. So anyway.
SPEAKER_05Josephine, does Long Island Abate have anything planned for the 250th anniversary? Oh, wait.
SPEAKER_06No, no.
SPEAKER_05No? Mm-mm.
SPEAKER_11Might be something to think about though, for sure.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. Yeah. Great celebration.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. We'll put something else on our plate. Yeah, why not?
SPEAKER_11What's really crazy is I remember the bicentennial. I was in fourth grade and we had I was a blacksmith. We had the whole school, everybody did something. It was like a big fair. It was kind of cool.
SPEAKER_05Wow. I remember going to Brooklyn to see the ships.
SPEAKER_06They were cool. I think we did a big block party in East Northport where I lived. Yeah?
SPEAKER_02Yeah. I used to live in East Northport too. I remember you. My mom thinks she remembers you from the bank when she used to work at the bank on the bank.
SPEAKER_06Well, but I love that bank.
SPEAKER_03Your picture was on the wall, that's why she remembers it.
SPEAKER_19Was it across from the restaurant? Yeah, Bob.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, it was a cross from uh remember Chicago Pizza Pub?
SPEAKER_06Dairy Barn, actually, on Lockfield Road.
SPEAKER_02I used to always work there.
SPEAKER_06Ah, very nice.
SPEAKER_02Very good. So Bob, you got anything you'd like to end with, Bob?
SPEAKER_19Yeah, you know, I just want to thank everybody in Nashville that took care of me down there for the uh Yeah, that's how it's your experience a little bit, I know. You were talking about a red carpet and Yeah, so the it's called Tin Pan South. It is uh, I think it was the 34th annual. It's a songwriter's uh type convention. So what happens is these songwriters uh get into the the the uh labels, studios, or whatever, once four-hour blocks, and three or four of them will sit in and they write songs. Well, what they do is they write hits that other national artists that we all know sing. So, and and you know, those artists also write their own songs, but most of the time they come from this small groups of people. So those performers came out and shared the story behind the song that might have been the number one for whatever you know, yeah or whatever. So that's what they did. So show after show after show, two shows a day at like, I don't know, ten locations all around the city, and it was fun, man. Just a big time.
SPEAKER_02That's awesome, man.
SPEAKER_19So that's tomorrow. My uh second album comes out. It's called Where Dogs Call Home. It drops tomorrow, all country. Um, but uh so today I got while I was down in Nashville, I met so many cool people, right? Producers, record labels, um, songwriters, and they gave me some connections. So hopefully someday maybe I'll have a song that you know they like. But they asked me to submit some. So today I submitted a couple. So you know, it's like a lottery ticket, you know. It it's got to be that perfect song, and I'm not saying I'm any good at it, but I enjoy it, I'm having fun with it. I like your song, Bob. You got good songs. I appreciate it, man. I presented some lyrics to them, and uh, we'll see if anything happens. It's a long shot, it's a long way away.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Well, good job, brother. Good job. Rich, you want to end that then?
SPEAKER_04Uh looking forward to seeing everybody on the road. I got a lot of trips planned this uh uh this time around. And uh I know I'm gonna see a lot of you out there might uh make a guest appearance down at Merrow Beach. And uh definitely Ocean City and a couple of other rallies. Um but in the meantime, I'm gonna be riding all up and down the East Coast, so I know I'm gonna see you guys out there and just everybody rides today.
SPEAKER_02Excellent, man. Excellent job. And what I think what next Sunday is Easter, right?
SPEAKER_03Yes, next Sunday.
SPEAKER_02Pasqua! It's Pasqua! Next Sunday.
SPEAKER_05Next Sunday, yes.
SPEAKER_02It's Pasqua.
SPEAKER_05And Passover is uh Wednesday.
SPEAKER_02Wednesday is Passover. And yesterday was Palm Sunday.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_02Then we got Holy Thursday and Good Friday, which I'm gonna go out to the shrine on Friday, which I have done on the year.
SPEAKER_05Our Lady of the Island? Yes. So beautiful.
SPEAKER_02I'll be out there checking that out, and you know. And uh what can we uh let me see? So Bob was his awesome song. Check out this one here. It's one of uh one of my favorites, is this one.
SPEAKER_19Thank you.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah, Bob! Good stuff there, Bob.
SPEAKER_05That belongs on a TV show.
SPEAKER_02Good stuff, right? Yeah. Make sure you check out my album coming out, Arrival, and that's all the guys. FNARecords.com. And you'll see Arrival is out there. So I want to thank everybody for watching the show. And Bimi, thank you for coming on, Mimi.
SPEAKER_08Thank you so much. This is an amazing show to be part of the show. I'm so sorry about like being on like my my phone. Yeah? Sorry. Okay. Um, yeah, so thank you so much for having me on the show.
SPEAKER_02Excellent. No, it's uh I'm sorry, say the name of the play one more time.
SPEAKER_08Aikido, Aikido.
SPEAKER_02Aikido.
SPEAKER_08Yes.
SPEAKER_02Check it out, guys. Amazing Japanese food right here on Long Island.
SPEAKER_08Thank you so, so much.
SPEAKER_02Well, me and Dorne will be stopping in probably in a couple of weeks to see you. Get some more amazing food. All right, so we'll see you soon.
SPEAKER_08Okay, see you soon. Bye. Bye. Good night.
SPEAKER_02Alright, it was a fun show, guys. It was awesome. So we gotta go to Pat, actually. I didn't forget you, Pat. I was like, I don't know, I was like, I don't tell me Pat. So what do you got going on, Pat?
SPEAKER_03Okay, well we got since we do have Easter this Sunday. And and uh the uh and the uh Russian Wind Church has their annual Easter run. It's the uh Easter Sunrise run, ride to Smith's Point. Um the service starts at 6 30 a.m. Sunrise is at 6 28.
SPEAKER_06And they ride from the out to Smith Point. So I know it's beautiful.
SPEAKER_02It's a beautiful day to go.
SPEAKER_03I did it last year. I didn't do the ride, I drove out there because I just wasn't doing that. Uh but I liked being in the car where I could turn on the heater and just be comfortable. I agree with you. But I mean it was actually to watch the sunrise up and see the beach that morning. It was absolutely beautiful. Nice so the the uh meet is at uh Russian wind biker church, which is at uh 10 Peachtree Court in Holbrook. It's sound so warm. It's uh 4:30 a.m. for coffee and bagels, and kickstands go up at 5 a.m. I'm assuming I'm assuming we may or may not see Johnny Rizzo at that event.
SPEAKER_02No, I'm gonna say you're not. I mean, I love Paskasky. I love Paskasky and Easter and I believe in God and all that, but you know what? I could do the same thing at two o'clock in the afternoon. All right? Okay.
SPEAKER_03And we're always talking about what is considered the first official event. Usually in here, we always consider uh when you go to Daytona like the first event. But locally here, usually what's considered the unofficial first event is the blessing of the bikes, run by Riders of the Fire. Great job, um, that is the week before our event, which is on Sunday, April 19th. Uh, registration starts at 10 a.m. and goes to 1245. Kickstands go up at 1. It's uh$20 donations for rider and passenger. Um uh for the first 100 who get there, you get a free challenge coin. They will have Raffles and 50-50 there. Um, it's start it's starting at Applebee's and uh registration. Yeah, I told you registration already. I'm blind as a bat. So that's at 10 a.m. Is that a little more reasonable for you, Johnny? A little bit.
SPEAKER_06Long Island of Bait will be set up there also. Oh, right.
SPEAKER_02I'm glad you will be.
SPEAKER_03So yeah, now we just gotta hope that our tent decides it doesn't want to fly. Oh my gosh. Oh, there was an event we did one year. A kid, you met the tent took off. Josephine's truck was parked next to the tent. The tent literally did a 360 over her truck and landed on the other side of the beautiful so it's it's so it starts at Applebee's in Farmingville at 1935 North Ocean Avenue. And the destination, you brought it up before, the Shrine of Our Lady of uh of the island, 258, 258 Eastport and Manor Road in Manaville. Excellent job, Pat. And also for those of you who do ride, remember in April, registration is due. 430 is the last is the last date, so get your registration. It's the one good thing about owning a bike, you always know when the bike's got to be registered. You can't claim, oh, I didn't know what it was doing. No, you know what it's doing. They're all do the same, right? They're all do the same, which is what I love about it. Yeah. So so get your registration in before 4.30. All right. And that's what's happening.
