May 9, 2009. Eighteen-year-old Kelsey Emily Collins stepped out of her home on 100th Street. She had plans to take public transportation to Seattle and meet up with her new boyfriend.

Kelsey was the star witness against her pimp in an upcoming trial. That is, until she disappeared.

Kelsey has never been seen again.
