How to stick to your 2026 New Years Goals
If 2025 taught you anything, it’s that motivation isn’t the problem.
Structure is.
Here’s what actually moves the needle👇🏼
Your nutrition has to be the priority.
Not extremes. Not perfection. Just consistent, repeatable habits you can sustain when life gets busy.
Stop over-committing to training.
You don’t need a 6-day program to see results — especially if you’re already exhausted.
Less, done well — ALWAYS beats more (then quitting when you can’t commit to it).
You can actually still make progress on weeks you don’t even make it to training.
Get your steps in.
Daily movement matters more for fat loss than most people realise — more than your workouts themselves.
Be ruthless with your environment.
Surround yourself with people who support your goals. Distance yourself from those who drain, sabotage, or normalise staying stuck.
Consume content that keeps you aligned.
Podcasts, education, reminders that pull you back on track when old patterns creep in.
And finally — get support.
Doing this alone is harder, slower, and far more frustrating. The right support shortens the journey and protects your energy.
You don’t need another “fresh start.”
You need systems that work in real life.
