We often label anime as a single component when discussing how good they are, but what actually makes a good anime?
In our latest episode, each of us were assigned a category (story, character development, main and side characters, and animation/music/visuals) and gave examples of anime that do these well, and that don't do it well. We also talked about how important each of these categories are in anime.
In typical, unpredictable WGP fashion, we end the episode by wondering what anime song we'd play at our funeral. Because why not 😂.
