TUESDAY TIPS: Get up and do what you told yourself you were going to do!
We often set ourselves daily tasks and we also often stop ourselves from doing these things. The feeling of achievement, the feeling of fulfilling WHAT YOU WANT is a breath of fresh air, it makes you feel incredible and creates this motivation we're all seeking. My encouragement to you is to get up and do the tasks you have set yourself up to do for the day, swallow that frog and just get it done, YOU WON'T REGRET IT, and I have never ever once heard my clients say to me oh I regret finishing my business plan, or I regret finishing that unfinished project I set myself up to doing, so instead of stopping yourself from feeling AMAZING, go out and do the things you told yourself you were going to do!
