Tuesday Tips: Time to Spring Clean!!!
Time to spring clean everything for a better mental space and mental clarity!
1. Clean out your phone, delete things you don't need like apps, photos, messages, make your phone nice and tidy and working well so you don't feel stressed every time you open it!
2. Clean your desk top, for your laptop personal and work, clear your downloads, documents and put everything into organised folders and delete things that you don't need.
3. Go through your wardrobe, clean out what you don't use or wear, sell or donate what you don't want before getting anything new.
4. Clean out all of your bags, handbags, gym bags, shopping bags any bags you use, clean them out and throw out whatever is in them that you don't need!
5. Clear out kitchen cupboards, laundry cupboard, your bed side table draws, bathroom draws, any cupboards that usually have things shoved into them, clean them out!
6. Unsubscribe from emails that no longer serve you, get rid of online businesses that send you endless emails that encourage you to spend money you don't wish to spend.
7. Unfollow people on social media that do not serve you!
