A Chat about Mindfulness
In this episode, I speak with my colleague and dear friend Matthew about what mindfulness really means and how to practice it. Mindfulness has gained popularity in modern pop and work culture but there is a lot of allusion around its true essence as well as limited views on how to practice it.
The point of this episode was to try and clarify what we feel is a more accurate understanding of mindfulness and also acknowledge the diverse ways it can be practiced in daily life.
