In this episode, Kathy C does a free marketing review with Hugo Vrsalovic, a motivational speaker and recovery expert. They focused on his website and messaging strategy for his business because he was finding that he was not closing enough sales and wanted to find out if the website was clear and easy for visitors to get information.
A website is a key factor in building trust with potential clients… and they tackled Hugo’s messaging because a lot of his website content was more focused on him rather than the people he can help. This can cause a trust issue with people and make them wonder more about you and your ability to help versus believing you’re the person to help!
Another major concern was that Hugo was giving away too much free content without collecting names and emails.
