Jan 16, 2024 Episode 79
Kathy Colaiacovo

In this episode of "Marketing Your Private Practice with Kathy C we are talking with Ola Williams, a business coach and host of a personal development podcast as well as owner of Cornish’s Variety, a convenience store in the small town of Trenton in Nova Scotia, Canada.
Ola was looking for a marketing review to clarify her messaging, audience, and content for her podcast and coaching practice.
Kathy focused in on ways that Ola could develop a clear and concise statement that communicates who she is, who she helps, and how she helps her clients.

The main advice given to Ola was all about the importance of ensuring that her messages no matter if she is talking to folks, or has them written online or on her website - it’s got to convey her expertise and the transformation her clients can expect.

Kathy suggests several strategies to improve Ola’s messaging on her website and in her marketing. They also discussed her podcast title and subtitle and how a small change could better reflect these key messages.

Ola also shares some of her own experiences as a newcomer to Canada and as a parent and entrepreneur, emphasizing the importance of creating boundaries and prioritizing what matters most as she builds her businesses.

Listen in to learn what advice Kathy has to help Ola attract the right clients and effectively communicate the benefits of her coaching services through improved messaging in her marketing.
